Most unprofessional organization I've ever worked with in my life. I gave them multiple calls without them returning my calls. I went to get Support from elsewhere and they called for assistance to take over the account and they refused to help them. I spent a lot of money with these guys and they left me hanging. I strongly suggest if you want a professional organization to go elsewhere. read more

I was in a panic when my Mac computer showed a white screen and was locked up after an attempted computer update. I remembered seeing a computer repair service "TechOnIt" while driving through Aptos Village and decided to give them a try, so glad I did! Jeff and his team was able to take care of the problem promptly (I have school work to get done) and they were reasonably priced. He explained the problem in a way that I was able to understand (I'm not very computer savvy) and fixed it rather quickly. Jeff at TechOnIt solved a complex corporate email issue where we had users hosted on several different servers. Jeff was able to break down the problem, facilitate the move, and consolidate our employee email with little downtime and zero lost data. He also setup and implement MS Office 365 Office and Exchange for my business. He is almost always available and just answered an email question in less than 5 minutes. My husband and I moved to Aptos a year ago, from Alameda. We both work at home. I'm on my computer all day, and my husband rarely uses his, for completely different things. I was reluctant to try a new IT service, and limped through a year with my old providers, through remote connection. A hardware issue finally forced me to seek local assistance, and I'm so glad I did! Jeff is prompt, knowledgeable, reasonable, and calm. He fixed my hardware and software issues, upgraded my e-mail, charged me an incredibly fair amount, and never made me feel stupid for my questions. The next time my husband asked me "How do I . . .?" and I didn't have the answer, we made him an appointment with Jeff, who fixed his computer system, upgraded his e-mail, solved his web-hosting issues, and made him completely comfortable. The initial visit for a virus removal worked out well and the owner was very friendly. However the next day the same problem popped back up. I was under the impression the work I received would be covered for at least a week. But according to Jeff the owner, I would be paying for another visit. When I asked why they wouldn't guarantee the work they had done his congenial mood changed instantly and he became very antagonistic. I felt totally ripped off as I had paid for several hours of work and was now left in the same predicament. His nasty attitude alone made me feel I had been scammed. I ended up having to go to another tech who thankfully knew how to treat customers as an asset and not as pawns to be taken advantage of. read more
