To explain this in my simple, not tech-y way: they coordinate set up and troubleshooting with our vendors to ensure our patient database, claims clearinghouse, and x-ray software are all working together and working properly (we would not be able to see patients if this wasn't working!). They make sure all our data is backed up each night and can be restored if something bad happens. They make sure we can print to our printers and log in on our computers and access our network - when something is not working, they will fix it so I don't have to spend hours trying to figure it out. They can investigate suspicious looking emails to verify it's legit so I don't click on it and expose all our computers to malware. They set us up with secure email so we can send confidential patient information without violating HIPAA. This is just what I see on a day to day basis. In all seriousness, I know they're also doing SO MUCH MORE behind the scenes to ensure the safety and security of our data and our equipment. They are constantly monitoring our data and equipment to make sure everything is working properly (we receive weekly and monthly reports, and get a check in call with Arash each year to review everything and get recommendations). Arash and his team are very knowledgeable. They are also all very nice, very patient, very persistent when trying to figure out how to solve a problem that isn't so straightforward. The staff here are super knowledgeable and transparent. They gave me their diagnostic & looked up the estimate cost within the first 3 minutes. Screen repairs are normally pricey so they warned me & continued to reassure me that it was fine if I needed to think about the price if the repair before I commit. I was also over charged by $100 for the Windows 11. - There were more parts found damaged from being assembled. RAMs look like they were aggressively pushed in. - CPU prong bent. The repair guy I found could tell the computer was placed with the glass down in the car like the NbN worker had done. Legitimately go take your computer to Silicon Valley to have it looked at or a custom one made. Found someone who actually talks to you face to face, is passionate about computer builds, and likes their job. Also respectful to customers. I wish I could get my money back from the damage Nerds by Night caused and the mess they left in my computer casing.

It turned out the issue was worse than we thought, but I really appreciated the help he gave me over the phone -- for free ! So I brought the PC to him and Adam determined that the motherboard was ruined. It was an older PC, so rather than put in a new motherboard, he recommended I purchase a refurbished one with a warranty for the same price. Adam transferred all the data and applications from the old PC to the "new" refurbished one, and it has been working fine ever since. (It's been a year now -- I know, I'm very late writing up this review.) I was very impressed with the manner in which Adam treated me -- he explained everything very clearly and never talked down to me.
