My phone was super dead randomly, and I brought it up to Fredo (hope I got the name right) here at his kiosk and I explained the situation and he instantly knew it was a screen issue. Told me it would be a certain amount and it was too much for me as a college student but I needed it done. I explained to him and he brought my price down as much as possible which was extremely appreciated. He was done super fast, and the screen is just the same as when I bought the phone originally. He didn't try to upset me and discounted the screen protector heavily as well with any promotion he could. Totally gave me the best price and the best service. Fredo is great! He's fixed my phone at least 3 times now and has helped me out immensely. He works very fast and always suggest what's best for my phone. 10/10 - my kiddo was devastated when he shattered the screen on his phone by no fault of his own- I assured him I vaguely heard of a place at the mall that could fix it. Not only did they fix it- my techy kiddo was embraced by the worker who grabbed him eye pice- magnification - light glasses to see all the damage and the internal workings of the iPhone. It became both a lesson in engineering and a god send. The worker was 10/10 for making it amazing, educational and super fun. The man who works at this kiosk works hard and is very responsive to customers. I took my iphone to him because it had water in the screen. He tried to fix it and had trouble replacing the screen without rendering the camera unworkable. So I ended up having to take my phone to an Apple repair shop in SC instead. At the Apple repair shop they said the same thing I heard at Fix Station. The man who works at Fix Station knows his stuff and tried as hard as he could to help me. read more

my iphone 6s wouldn't turn on. Had battery issues the previous 2 weeks. then finally wouldn't charge anymore. I took it to Apple and they said it was a motherboard issue, and I could buy a replacement for $300. took it to We Fix, Nicco was there, long story short- he fixed it! and at an amazing price! He fixed it so it would turn on, but it wouldn't charge. So it might have been a motherboard issue. He said they couldn't fix it, it was a rare problem. but then he persisted in looking for different solutions, attached an external battery to it, that made it charge, and then he figured out how to fix it! So thankful for his ethic and service! would definitely go back there for any issues!! read more

Used this place for an iPhone battery replacement and the battery they put in was 5 years old. No wonder it didn't last but a few months and never really held a charge well. My apple XS went on the blink yesterday, so I went to apple and they tried to sell me a new phone and then I went to sprint and they tried to get me to pay off the busted phone and pay for an effin upgrade and then I went to Fix Station. I was helped by Zeus who spent hrs with me trying to figure out what the eff was going on. Literally hours. I was ready to give up but he kept trying... I almost had to rip the phone from him when... the phone started to power up... I thought I was going to cry. This literally saved me hundreds of dollars which in my slow season of work I just don't have. Great service and good at what they do. Highly recommend this place if you need your phone served. This guy is really helpful and honest. I was told I needed a new screen on my iPhone by another place. However I never got it fixed. Took it to this place and he said NOPE your screen protector is cracked. I brought in my new expensive screen protector and while he was attempting to put it on for me I noticed the screen protector really wasn't that impressive. EDIT- Initial review was for my experience so far. Based on my interactions with the owner I would avoid this business at all cost! After speaking with the owner on th 11th he offered me a partial refund. I did not have time to come in before today, Nov 2nd, and he tells me his offer isn't good anymore and that he was planning to give me a partial refund and reinstall my old shattered screen. If your repair goes well here maybe you'll be fine, if it doesn't then you're on your own. UPDATE I visited the stall in the mall to talk to the tech about the issue I had with the screen not working upon wake up. Unfortunately between initial review and visiting the stall I now have a crack in the screen. He was not able to help me out due to their policy of no physical damage showing on the screen. The tech was polite but unhelpful. He replaces the screen protector, but did not fit it on square to the phone. I understand there is a crack, by the earpiece on the screen, but as far as I can tell this is not the cause of the wake up/ non function issue. Bearing in mind that this phone worked fine for 6 months with a busted screen I don't agree that the 2 are connected. I get it, policy is policy, but that doesn't make me a happy customer. read more

This little Kiosk in the mall is AMazing! After several attempts of trying to find someone to fix my iphone 5 back camera, this place came through. Originally I brought my own camera in that I bought from Amazon.The nice man installed the camera for me, and was going to charge me only $20, we quickly found out that the camera I purchased was corrupted, he then put my original camera back in for no charge! He spent an hour working on my phone! He then told me that I could purchase a camera from his company, and he would replace my broken one for only $45. I was sold! I did have to wait a little under a week for him to receive the parts, but totally worth the wait! If I have any problems with my phone I will totally go back! read more
