Had a terrible experience at this store with someone name Joanna. Went in to upgrade one phone in my account but they associated the wrong phone number with the upgrade. The result is that we had a phone with my daughter's information transferred to my phone number. They said they resolved the issue by uploading an ESIMs on both out phones but they messed up all my billing with Version. I would highly advise that anyone avoid using this store. read more

I had a great experience with Valencia. She ensured I was set before I left. She made me feel prioritized despite other people being impatient she made me feel better knowing I was taken care of. She was overwhelmed with several customers and handled a rude customer very well despite them cussing at her over a phone. Definitely recommend. I would say Just be patient with her if you can't then find another time to come in. I also notice that people bring in a lot of negative energy which puts others in the same mood. read more

This place should be closed down by the police. They are committing fraud. I came in for a new phone and they sold me an iPhone. I brought it home and it didn't work, so I brought it back. They gave me another one, and that didn't work either. When the third one didn't work I took it to an Apple store and found out that they had been giving me REFURBISHED phones not new phones. The Verizon salesperson never told me this, but apparently I was supposed to know because it said something to that effect on page 5 of the 6 page 8-point type document I had to sign when buying the phone. Another important point - this is not actually a Verizon store, it is a store that sells Verizon products. You can't tell this from the outside, as it has the same Verizon logos and signage. But when they scam you Verizon takes no responsibility whatsoever and you are screwed. It took me weeks to get my money back, and that only happened because I threatened legal action. read more

This Verizon Store is awful. I went yesterday to get help for my old bill. The snot who helped me said she couldn't look me up because I am not with them anymore. I was with them for 25 years. You can't find anything? She was so rude it's not funny. They are all rude down there and the are suppose to be a corporate office. OMG . I have had nothing but problems try to fix my bill since I left. I was paying $193 for two phones. My Mom's was paid off and my payment was only $25. I kept asking them why? They didn't answer me. They would give me some discounts for a couple months and it would go right back up. Finally a man helped me and said I was getting charged for 2 phone numbers for pads I did not use. He told me they would do an investigation and never did. Watch your bills. Since you get them online I really didn't check mine. They only show you the part that you owe. Print them out or make them pay to mail them. They are rip offs. I go to T-Mobile now and my bill is $103 every month. read more

BEWARE THIS STORE these appear to be bait and switch scammers. They sold my husband a charger saying it had dual charging features. When he left the store he opened the box in the parking lot and discovered it was only a single capacity charger, not what they had promised. He went back inside to return the item and they refused to take it back. They accused him of replacing the item they sold with something different, which is absurd. Grudgingly they returned his $30 when he threatened to file a criminal complaint. Reading the rest of the Yelp reviews, I see that the cops should shut this store down. read more

This is my second time coming back to upgrade my phone. This time I have, after scanning in, waited for over an hour to talk to someone about upgrading and switching/upgrading my phone. I even tried calling in to sales. Put on hold. It looks like I may have to explore switching to ATT or T-Mobile. Not sure how customer service with them will be any improvement. Beware of this store! Would give negative stars if I could. The store is awful and should be shut down for scamming. This store upgraded my fiance's iphone on a "upgrade + tablet promotion" 3 months ago. We received the tablet but it turns out, the store never sent in his old phone. We have paid over $1000 in fee's related to a trade in without Verizon ever receiving the old phone. According to the Victra Store at 1955 41st Avenue, Ste A6, they do not have the phone, but also there is no record of it ever being sent in, so basically - its lost and we are paying the price. We have spoken to many managers, on the phone and in person, and left messages for the regional manager with no response. We are pursing legal action, and tracking the location of the old phone with a serial number. Additionally, the staff at the store told us that they have had 3 managers in the last 3 months with an incredibly high staff turnover. Victra - can you hear us clear enough, now? Absolutely the worst service you could ever imagine. Rude and uneducated staff that have no common sense, manners or basic hygiene. Real flunkies. Wiped his nose with his hand and then wanted to grab my phone but I refused. I filed a formal complaint with Verizon that this reseller really sucks. If I could give negative stars I would. They have a ridiculous safe that you need to wait 15 minutes for someone to unlock it remotely so customers just stand around waiting for the safe to click open. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD! I was told by Zach that with my new phone I purchased it came with a free tablet. I didn't review my receipt and when I did I was charged $199 for the tablet, he added a line, charged an activation fee and my monthly bill almost doubled! This is devious and malicious on the salesman and managements part. I believe Verizon needs to revoke this "authorized dealer". This store is a poor representation of the Verizon Corporation! The employees are deceptive and seem to lack proper training. We went in to get a new screen protector for my fiancé's phone a the employee working told her she was due for an upgrade and could get a new phone for just the cost of the tax if she traded her old phone in so we thought why not. Next thing we know her next bill has an $800 balance on it. So we contacted the store and they told us that offer wasn't actually available and the employee shouldn't have been able to offer such a thing. By the time the bill came and we knew what had happened it was too late to return the new phone according to the person we talked to, so we are stuck with this phone and the bill for it. Went to get a new phone, the employee who said he was the manager told the lady in front of us and us that he had a management meeting on the phone he had to do. It would be 20-40 minutes but he'd text or call us when he was done. He told the lady in front of us they close at 6:00 pm and this was about 2:00. I traded in an iPhone XR here for what I told would be $800 credit towards a new phone but three months have passed and they haven't credited my account anything. Even worse, Verizon told me that they never received a phone from Victra so it makes me think that either the employee or store has effectively stolen my phone and done something else with it. While I was traveling in Hawaii, I had a phone emergency and had to purchase a new phone quickly. The employee at the Go Wireless in Kauai, who was very helpful, told me that I would have 14 days, or two Saturdays from then, to return the phone if I could get my original IPhone X to work when I returned to the mainland. Well- it turns out there were 31 days in May, so my 14 days ended on Friday, not Saturday as told! The Go Wireless/Verizon associate, Rasha, in Capitola saved the day. She was very helpful and understanding, and found a way to make sure the problem was solved - even though the phone was not purchased at their store and the 14 days was technically passed, and the system wasn't allowing the return. Thank you Go Wireless and Rasha for coming through for the customer. I recommend this store. read more

If you go there be prepared. They'll try and sell you the oldest technology for the highest price. I suggest going down the road to the real Verizon store. Go Wireless has a shorter return policy than Verizon. Go Wireless will have you on hold for hours if you need help and that help will be limited. Very bad service, and Verizon can't assist you with any mishaps there. Go Wireless has a one person staff on that appears to be on commission. Go Wireless does not have your full information as to your Verizon account, hence if you have any rebates or deals offered by Verizon Go Wireless can't inform you and let you know. Kristy V committed fraud with my account and I am still trying to fix her mess with the unauthorized changes she makes. Long story short (and not much different than others who have had the misfortune to have her "help"), I go in to transfer my daughters phone line to my account. Easy, specific and clear request. She told us all new activations had a free hum. I initially declined it, but she insisted it would not add any additional charges (Racha, my daughter, my son and two store employees were present when I asked multiple times and was told this hum would have no charges. Two hrs later we are walking out not knowing it would be the biggest headache and dishonest transaction I have ever been given. She switched all of my four lines into a different contract, charged activation, SIM, monthly service fee for the hum. After multiple days of calling and try to pin down Racha or Kristy I finally spoke to her. She apologized and confirmed no charges shod have occurred. I reminded her I have a printout which indicated exactly that. She promised to fix it and email me updating me when completed. No email of course. She accessed my account and added a protection line for $15 a month to my daughters phone. Without my request or authorization to do this... This is fraud!!! She is activating services on her own that financially benefit her and the company. Today I went to store and nothing can be resolved. Racha was called and she said hum cannot be returned. Verizon Customer service said Kristy place me on a two year contract and if they cancel I am liable for an early termination fee. This is frustrating, inconvenient, unprofessional and illegal. Deception and fraud. Avoid yourself the trouble and skip this store. read more

He said they could fix wt I needed done long story short I mentioned I was leaving kohl's would be there in 3 min he said he would be there as I was parking. Walked into their door at 7:30 pm last night. The sign on the door states that they are open until 8:00 pm on Wednesday nights. The minute I walked into the door the lady behind the counter said they were closed. I informed her that I was interested in looking for a case for my new IPhone which I just received from Verizon two days before. Not only was she rude but she informed me that she couldn't sell me a case because she had closed out her register 30 minutes before the store was supposed to be closed. Terrible customer support. Took me 4 times to order the iPhone 6 64gb 1st time store was out so they placed an order told me 5 days. I called on the 6th day they said for some reason the order was cancelled 2nd time they call me so I drive in then they have the wrong phone only a 16gb So they Mexican guys says he placed a order and would put a note for Corey to call me 3rd time I wait another 6 days I call and finally get Corey on the phone. I ask if my phone is in yet. He looks up and says order was never placed 4th time I finally get my phone. Corey said he would talk to the manager about a case for all my trouble. When I come to the store he only offered me 10% off a case or a free cheap 1amp car charger. I didn't want to give them another penny so took the free charger Pretty ridiculous that it took almost a month to get a phone. The guys seemed helpful to your face. But no follow up and definitely didn't take care of me for all the troubles. Save yourself the headache and go to a Corporate Verizon store. This place is a joke!! read more

The so called manager was rude rude rude when I had questions about extra unexplained charges on my purchase. Turned out it was The Owner who just threw random accessories in my bag without asking, AND added extra monthly services to my bill WITHOUT asking!! Wtf. Never going back. If we decide to stick with Verizon, we'll be going to the Scotts Valley location from now on. No waiting, patient explanations, and high quality customer service there. The fabulous customer service Zach gave me at this Verizon store was waaaaay above and beyond. When I entered the store, Zach was serving 3 customers simultaneously! I was having trouble transferring data from an old phone to a new one and he patiently worked with me throughout the iCloud backup and transfer while my old phone was practically dying before our eyes. It wasn't even his responsibility to help me out! Zach was friendly and professional with every customer I saw him serving. Great guy, great service, great overall experience. read more

I wish I hadn't taken the earlier good reviews about Kristy to heart. I trusted her and I was completely taken advantage of., which now seems like the norm. I went in just to buy a replacement SIM card for an old backup phone I had, as the phone that I had at the time was stolen, along with my purse/wallet and my two year old's diaper bag. I told her the story, with the feelings still very fresh, because she asked why I wanted to switch my service over to a barely usable old phone. She seemed really genuine and caring, and asked what I was going to do long-term for a phone. As a full time student and only my partner able to work while I'm in school, we're tight on money. I told her I had great luck finding good used phones on eBay, and would be paying half price for an almost-new phone of my choice. She asked if I had time to let her do some digging and see what she could do to get me a good price on the same phone through them, and she said that if I traded in my old phone, she could get my price down to ~$300, which was only a bit more than what I was planning to pay for it used. I had her confirm the price three separate times before I agreed, because I really couldn't afford to pay full price. I said $300 sounded great, as I'd be able to pay it in installments, and would walk out with a phone that day. When the first bill showed up, it said I was paying over $500 for the phone! So I went in and asked her what went wrong, and she told me that the discounts can sometimes take a billing cycle or two to activate, and assured me that it would go down to our agreed upon price. Two more billing cycles go through, and still the price hadn't changed, so I went in again. It was a busy day there, and she told me she'd make some phone calls and figure out what was going on, assured me that she could get it fixed, and wrote down my number to call me later or in the next day or so with an explanation. I NEVER received that phone call, and the price never went down. At this point, I'm writing it off as a lost cause and know that if I go back in there, I will not be very polite to her. Do not trust Kristy. She's an amazing con artist and liar, and really truly makes you feel like she cares, when in reality she'll take complete advantage of you and you'll end up screwed. All I wanted was a SIM card and to get my life feeling back to normal after having so much of my stuff stolen while I played at the park with my kid. I hope karma bites her in the ass. read more

Let's face it. Going to Verizon is almost as bad as standing in lines at the DMV. At least it used to be. Anytime I had no choice other than to physically walk in there, I was greeted with a 45 min wait and a young tech or sales person - primarily a male, who would grab my phone, push random codes in and send me out the door wondering if he was being patronizing, arrogant or both. This past week, though, I had a totally different expieience. I was greeted by Frank, a young man who turned my mood around almost instantly. He stopped long enough to explain what he was doing, he answered every question I had and he didn't make me feel like I was a complete indiot! This store recently changed their hours and are now closed on Sundays and when they are open they only have one person working. There was one person in front of me, a woman who wanted a tutorial on how to use her phone, she had her notepad and pen ready and was asking what wifi was, how to enter contacts, elementary stuff, etc. That's nice of the one person working to launch into a 20 minute tutorial, but what can you do for the customer who just needs to purchase a screen protector? No warning of "this might take awhile", instead I got "I'll be right with you" and proceeded to wait for 10 minutes with no end in sight. Would've been nice to get a head's up. Bummer I try to avoid the big "take a number" Verizon store and support the smaller companies, but it doesn't seem like this store can handle more than one customer at a time. And in fact, when I first purchased my phone I had a list of questions and was told I had to make an appointment ahead of time. Staff here has always been friendly, but if you're looking to run a quick errand, it's best to avoid this place. read more

More fraud to report. DO NOT go to this store. I went in to buy a new phone. Kristy didn't know what she was doing. After two hours of her scanning products and staring at the monitor, I finally left. The next day, Verizon attaches a $194.00 bill to my account. They said I purchased two phones which I did not. That same week all of my photos disappeared from my phone; apparently, they were uploaded to a new phone, but Verizon doesn't know which phone they were uploaded to. They are simply gone. I am really heartbroken because I had traveled to India and Africa, and all my photos from those trips are now gone. We've looked everywhere for them: iCloud, etc. Just gone. Now it's a month later, and Verizon has attached a late fee to the $194.00 dollars; I still do not have a new phone; and, all of my photos from the past 10 years are gone. I have spoken with numerous people at Verizon, and they all pretend they have fixed the billing problem, but they haven't: the bill remains the same. I am sick to my stomach from having to waste my time dealing with Verizon this past month. Scam artists at every level of Verizon and GoWireless. read more
