Dropped my phone last night and shattered the whole screen. I googled phone repair near me and found this place located at the mall. Sent them a yelp inquiry with details on my phone etc. They responded almost immediately with a solid price .They opened at 10am, I got there at 1020, I had a perfectly working phone in less than 30 minutes. Made it to work by 11am. Solid work and fast convenient service. Keep up the great work. I hope I never break my screen again but if I drop my phone in the future they will be the first and only place I go to fix it !! read more

I took my iPhone 6S plus to Niko after it was exposed to water damage. Niko did all that he could to try to save my iPhone. Unfortunately, my phone was too far damaged by water exposure. What made this situation better is the fact that Niko tried to help me out by trying a few things such as cleaning the phone, changing the battery, installing a new screen. He also explained to me each step and showed me the areas that were defective by water. After it all Niko didn't charge me for this. I insisted to pay him but he refused because he said he didn't do anything. Which he did. Anyways, I really appreciate the attention given to the matter, I recommend Fix Station. Cracked the front screen of my iPhone 12 Pro Max and didn't want to spend almost $400 at Apple or Best Buy to replace the screen, when I called I was quoted $220 and took my phone the next day to get it fixed. Arrived and the guy was very nice and told me it would take about 30 mins to fix. Came back screen was fixed and gave me a discount on a screen protector, in total I paid $260. Not even arriving back at my house 15 minutes later when I was driving home the screen went black. I had to restart my phone and thought maybe it was a one time thing, but the next day, my phone screen kept going black and had to restart multiple times a day. Took it back a couple days later (make sure to have your receipt or he won't help you, as he uses the receipt for the 60 day warranty), explained what happened and he offered to fix and told me it was something with the sensors, and said it will be fixed in 30 mins. It seemed fixed for about a day but then it started with the same issue 10x worse, to the point where I couldn't even turn on the phone anymore, the phone is completely inoperable and I had to buy a whole new phone, and I think it's important to point out I didn't have any issues until he fixed the screen, and even while the screen was cracked before I took it to him, there wasn't any issues. I'm giving 3 stars because he was nice and offered to fix it when I showed him the receipt, but it seems whatever he did made it worse, and now I'm out $260 and had to buy another phone. If you can, spend the extra money and take it to Apple or a certified place that you can find on apples website and get it fixed. read more

First off, I am not a big fan of malls. Capitola Mall is no exception but I was so impressed with this little kiosk in the mall. I have been to the mall most of my life and rarely pay attention to the kiosks but I had an issue with my son's iPhone and needed some information. The young man working there was amazing. He took the time to check if the phone was a problem or just the battery - free of charge. It was the battery and he was able to change it out right there within 10 minutes for under $50! While I was waiting a couple other people stopped by with questions. This young man was able to help them, while repairing my phone. One older man was having trouble with his power button. The repair man was able to give him a temporary solution within 15 seconds, free of charge - then went back and showed him step by step how to use this feature - while changing my phone's battery! This type of service is not seen as often as I would like. I will be a return customer. read more

Fix StationrRepaired cracked screen for iPhone 6+ for $85 after I used $25 coupon through Yelp. While using my phone screen two weeks later screen cracked while I was using it. Went back to Fix Station to get new screen and got said they won't replace. Receipt says 60-day warrant for repairs but the warranty doesn't cover anything. The glass they used was obviously defective. Avoid this place! read more

Paid 140 dollars to have them break my phone. Came in for a screen replacement -- which was done in about 30 minutes. The next day I realized that the touchscreen on the far left side of my phone was non-functional... This may sound like not such a big deal for some people, but imagine never being able to type the number 1, or to change your flash settings on your camera. Not sure how to proceed, might have to take it to another place to get it redone. The worst thing about it is that I work monday - saturday so Sunday's are the only days I can visit this location making it hard to take back for them to either fix or to refund me. read more

I was told it was broken when I gave it to him, although I had used it for a few days even though the screen was cracked, and the button was not broken. He offered to fix it for me for $50, but I declined. read more

This place is amazing. There's a gentleman here name Sasha. Right in front of my eyes he replaced the broken glass on my iPhone 6S Plus. It was like watching a surgeon in action. Cracked my screen while in the mall. Got it replaced. Within 24 hours my screen was broken and they would not replace it. For $140 for an iPhone 6s screen, I'd expect something more than "the warranty doesn't cover the screen". I've had this phone in this case for two years and dropped it a thousand times. It can be a coincidence that it broke the very first time after I got this new screen. I'm sure it's still me kind of cheap knockoff. read more

I purchased an iPhone case for my son's birthday. I DID NOT RECEIVE A RECEIPT!! But I didn't think it was that big of a deal. Only to find out on getting it home, it was broken and scratched. When I tried to return it I was told I broke it and scratched it and without a receipt they would do nothing for me and they INSISTED I received a receipt! My intention was to buy a more expensive case from them, but after the way they treated me, I would never buy another thing from them. Beware, you get what you pay for!!! I bought a cell phone holder that you wear on a belt. Within 2 weeks the clip broke. I went to return it (with my receipt) and they said they only accept returns within 7 days.
