Super friendly, helpful and made the experience in store worthy with some laughs to kill the waiting time of transferring data from an old to new phone. He was eager to help other people that came in while I was waiting, and was super efficient overall! His willingness to help was reassuring and definitely went above and beyond during this experience, and it's been over 10 years since i had to be in person and do an upgrade!! The staff kept saying that the store manager would call me which he never did. The business manager was also supposed to call me. He never did. I ended up managing to speak with the Store/district manager Walter at the Campbell store. He looked me in the eyes and said he would call me the next day at 2 PM and did he, no. Now my bill is coming back up for payment and I'm not sure what to do. I can't cancel my service because I don't trust that I'll ever get my money back from these people and I contacted the people below and they are opening up a case, and it will take them 12 business days to help me out, which won't help when I have to pay again. I also contacted "7 on your side" and I'm hoping they will look into this matter and shine the light on how poorly Verizon/Victra treat their customers. read more

I went here a few days ago to get my mom's new iPhone 16 Pro Max activated. I transferred all the data over but the cellular activation wasn't recognizing my Verizon login. It was about 3pm on a Wednesday afternoon and Jona was the only employee staff on duty since there was a sick call. He took my name down and said I could come back in an hour since he had 2 customers ahead of me. When I came back at 4pm, he was wrapping up with a gentleman and had 1 more customer ahead of me. The lady was very impatient and rude to him so I felt sorry for him. I waited patiently for him and he helped me in an efficient manner. Although he was very busy, he greeted everyone who came through the door kindly and was professional about letting them know the estimated wait time since the store was closing at 5pm. Was excited today to get a bran new iPhone 16 plus with a brand new Verizon plan but that didn't happen today because of the lack and disrespectful customer service I experienced. A customer was there already returning an item so I waited in line, after about 10 minutes another employee walks in and walks straight to the back not saying anything or helping .A family walks in and the employee who walked to the back comes out and helps them immediately even though I've been waiting for about 15 minutes with 0 help. My experience from using this business to sign up has been the worst. I went in to the store in Dec of last year and had to visit this location as well as the Campbell location multiple times just to get my service/phones activated. Then I received my first bills and they were very wrong. I ended up calling Verizon directly several times and as of writing this working on resolving my bill to the correct amount. I also noticed that the monthly bill that I was quoted on as a promotion was lower than the actual bill even though I was told the quoted amount included all the charges (taxes, fees etc). I did find out that the billing issue was a result of how my account was set up. read more

Buyer beware - Alexus M spins a good story it steals on the backside. She charged my parents over $600 in "set up fees and taxes" and said she'd send the receipt to my account - but can't as it's a victea store and not a Verizon store. I asked for the original receipt to be duplicated and she said she couldn't do that, there was no way to reprint it. When I went to another Victoria store on the advice of a real Verizon store (after they got suspicious and felt I had been taken advantage of) the employee easily looked up the receipt and reprinted. She charged for set-up-and-go fees, protective coatings, and didn't give us the buy-one-get-one deal as promised on accessories and instead charged full price. After I had the receipt I went back in the government her another chance to reprint the receipt and be honest and she again said she couldn't reprint it and that it was just taxes and fees. She also never gave a receipt for my white iPhone 12 256 and I found out through Verizon that that phone was never turned in at all. So my promotion promotion never kicked in for exchanging to a new iPhone 15. Many hours later working with Verizon customer service we've unraveled that neither promotion was attached to my account and these were logged as purchases to her store - I'm assuming - which makes her look like she's selling many phones but is, in fact, lying to and cheating customers. Another review left by Oren L describes a similar situation he and his wife experienced with the same service rep Alexus M. Do not go to this store and stay away from Victra store as they don't have as much recourse or oversight for their employees as real corporate verizon stores have. read more

I used the live chat option to try to resolve a billing issue with Verizon. It was so bad it was comical - I literally felt like I was in a sitcom where someone is getting such bad customer service it lasts the whole episode. Except in my case, the chat conversation lasted FOUR HOURS!!! They put me through three different "live agents" which my husband thinks might have been AI bots, but they were way too slow to be robots. Every question on my part took about 20 minutes to answer, and I was often given a useless response like "How is your day going?" which I know is supposed to be friendly, but not appreciated when the only thing I want to do is resolve the Verizon problem! Ultimately I ended up getting a bit of a refund but not what I think I am owed. But I didn't have any more energy at that point to fight any more with them. read more

After an hour of waiting, I was asked to come back at a different time, once again. The representative at this location seemed confused and clearly did not know how to handle a customer environment. We've purchased phones at this location in the past. It's easy to get to with plenty of parking. Service has always been good. Yesterday we went in to have everything transferred from an older phone to a newer one that was given to us. The person working there at the time, Alex, was so helpful. The process takes some time, waiting for information to transfer, etc., and during that time he managed to assist several other customers as well as answer our questions about the newer phone, since some of the basic features had changed. We are not very tech-savvy, so his patience with our questions was so appreciated. We were also impressed with the way he handled a rude and unreasonable customer. I would not have been so kind or as patient as he was. This is my favorite place to go when I'm buying a phone or when I need help with an existing one. I love their customer service. BUYER BEWARE. This store isn't a Verizon store, it is a VICTRA reseller. On 10/12/2023, ALEXUS M. Told my wife she was being given a number of accessories - all for free - for 21 years of being a loyal VERIZON customer. After upgrading an iPhone 12 to the 15 and an iPad from the 8th to 9th generation, my wife was shocked that the total charges still came to $408. ALEXUS M. Said to my wife "that is just the taxes on all the free stuff as well as government fees. I will email you a receipt." I took the trade in devices back today and asked for the receipt we were never provided. I see SET UP AND GO FEES for each device ----- they set up the iPhone for my wife but didn't touch my iPad, I migrated all that and wiped everything myself. I see $250 of protective coatings and films for the iPhone - again that were stated to be free, along with $23 of sales tax on that. We just tried to go back to the store and found a "OUT TO LUNCH" sign. Called corporate and I was transferred to VERIZON. VERIZON said they couldn't help because this was all on the reseller..... UGH. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU AVOID THIS STORE AND GO DIRECTLY THROUGH VERIZON ONLINE. read more

The customer service rep wasn't helpful at all, told me it was my fault thinking the phone I ordered would be there. Michael dramatically saved my iPhone. After sending it to Apple for repair, I got it back but couldn't use it because iCloud backup wasn't working. When I asked for help, the Apple employees kept telling me to go to my carrier, which made me really upset. Owner or leader of this store "Victra"- you better shut down the store, you don't know how to operate business. Wish I could give them 0 stars for being so unprofessional. We had an appointment at 3pm for upgrading my phone. We reached sharp at 3 and the employee (i think her name is Jenny?) told us she's helping someone else and we would need to come back in an hour and a half. Our experience today was shockingly bad. Roger, the store manager, was very rude to us as we waited outside in the sun for 40 minutes. When we got there, he instructed us to wait outside due to social distancing guidelines, and that he'd be out to help us in a few minutes. That's fine. About 30 minutes go by before he comes out again and says it'll be "2-3 more minutes". 15 minutes after that we asked to wait inside on the designated 6 feet apart floor indicators, as it was getting very hot outside. He was not happy about it, but let us do so. While exchanging our "lifetime warranty replacement screen covers" he incorrectly looked up my file and told me I didn't have a lifetime warranty and would have to pay for a new one. Without arguing, I let him know that I remembered purchasing specifically the lifetime warranty from another gentleman at the store. I told him I remembered doing this because I had the conversation about it being worth it for the lifetime replacement (of the phone), despite the high price point. His response was defiant, "Oh so I'm just making this receipt up?!" I could've laughed! I'm not making my memory up! Finally he looks up my fiancées number and sees the receipt of the lifetime replacement covers. Hmm! We will definitely not be returning to this store again. Possibly the worst customer service I have ever received. Incompetent staff. Waited for over a month to exchange an Apple Watch, which was a gift and the wrong color. They kept telling me it was out of stock in 'the whole country'. Finally I just ordered from the Apple store. It was delivered to my home by courier in less than 2 hours! We went to RETURN the wrong color watch, as now an exchange was not needed and they told us they would not accept it. Only one person in the store. I have been coming to this store for a couple of years now for a business account. Roger has helped me with our phones most of the time. He is extremely helpful and patient with all my questions in getting the best deals. Even my most recent visit with social distancing rules I observed him (alone in the store) great each guest and with only 2 customers in the store allowed asked them kindly to wait outside or in their car and he would call them to let them know when it was their turn. Letting them know this was due to the social distancing rules due to Covid. Every time I have been in they do the best they can to work quickly and diligently with each client. On 6/19/21, at about 3PM, I went to the Verizon Store at 15200 Los Gatos Blvd., Los Gatos, Ca. regarding a problem I had with my Verizon service. I was greeted my a young man by the name of Jona. I went to our local Verizon store today to add our grand daughter to our family plan. I left with two new IPADs and an iPhone X. Roger was an incredible salesman. We looked at a number of different options and prices. I was able to take advantage of several sales that were amazing. Roger moved all of our data, replaced screen savers, and answered all of our questions. I would highly recommend him and the Los Gatos Blvd..Verizon store. I am a very happy customer. Huh, I am in the market for a new smart phone. I came to this location on four separate instances during business hours to find the door locked with a sign indicating they will be back shortly. Today I went once again, it was closed. Came back a second times about 20 minutes later, still closed, came back over an hour later still closed. I just called now to find out if it is open. A little frustrated with the employees here. Came here to add a line to my bill and combine our usage for a SHARED plan for our 2 lines.. I was under the impression that is what the employee did. Instead he failed to combine our plans and when the bill came it was for $400 for two separate plans. Called Verizon's customer service. Was able to get his mistake fixed and combine our plans like I originally wanted, but now have a $400 bill to pay with credit towards my other monthly bills because Verizon does not do refunds, they provide credits... So in the long run I'm paying the same amount but because of the employee here's mistake, I'm stuck with a huge bill for this month. Go to a different Verizon location for plan changes. read more
