I came in on a Saturday afternoon around 1/1:30pm and parking was a bit meh but I was able to find a spot in the neighborhood and walked over. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and asked what I needed help with I was then handed over to a specialist to go over my product questions. I was paired with Al. He was very attentive and was able to answer all my questions. The store was moderately busy and at times random customers came up to him but he let them know he'd be with them once he was finished with my transaction. The whole buying experience is unique. They order the items of your choice from the back room and it's fulfilled while you're discussing other questions and I was also able to enable my new phone with my phone carrier on the spot. I was able to get exactly what I wanted and the customer service was great! This location has mixed customer service reviews but I had a great experience. I like this location because it's not in a mall and not in a super high traffic area. I'll be back!

For a company that boasts security.... Let's just say they ... DON'T. Let's see how long these fools stay in business. Oh I was physically dying from stress (because of this and breast implant illness... likely teetering sepsis) while this was happening. Had an iPhone since I was 16. The support team tried to create a fake dialogue that it was user error. I'm a dietitian who worked at Intel and Facebook wellness/ medical. They created a funnel to control what emails were sent and came in. The phone would alter messages that could be sent and what time. They disabled my iPhone. I called over 20-30 times. Sent feedback. Went in person. Made an appointment. Walked in. Eventually every single device I owned was disabled and I just left them there bc they suck. Like Frodo at Mount Doom. Apple sucks. You significantly contributed to ruining my peace, my health, my finances, essentially my life as this rendered me useless. Think about it. I hope the Department of Justice is able to obtain my data so they can trace exactly how you guys were liable and failed to do your job. Why were my voice memos location down the street from my house at some random shop. Why was my iPad's location at Art Docents at Fisher? Why? That was back in 2024... law enforcement was notified. This is just the tip of what started a cascade of illegal and unconstitutional activities. ATT said go to Apple. Apple said go to ATT. Back and forth we went. Damn, I think throat chakra just opened. Why are you still sending emails to my aol attached to said account that is unrecoverable yet not able to get me access to my account? Are you guys imbeciles? Other harassment and bullying tactics: They'd disable the safari from working. My phone settings would change on its' own. Messages and typed messages would be rewritten to include typos. Time zone would change. Verification codes would be sent as duplicates and not sent... then not work when entered correctly. The phone wouldn't work correctly. As if someone else was controlling the screen. Car (Tesla) wouldn't work properly unless I filmed it on my iPhone. What was happening. The keyboard suggestions were a dead giveaway away on who could be using my account. Those incidents were noted in my iCloud. If you obtain the account then you would see all the notes and screenshots that backed up this. You are the worst company ever. Shame. I'm a single mother who is a professional. With a damn good reputation. And a knack for attention to detail. Check my user data on every other platform. Self learning, self improving, and self governing. An intellectual and influential individual. Check my health records and dexa fit data.... Oh wait that got hacked. AI already knows my health, behavior, and social currency. Pristine. You guys messed up and justice needs to be served as I have not much more to lose.

During the visit, Mike also asked about the screen, which had been replaced a few years ago at a different location (which I won't name). He pointed out that the previous repair used a lower-quality screen rather than a genuine one, which finally explained some issues we'd noticed back then. Mike replaced it with a proper screen, and now the phone feels like new--perfect for my daughter to keep using. Since he did such a great job on my wife's phone, I decided to go ahead and replace the battery on my own iPhone (12 Pro Max) as well, since it was down to 69% maximum capacity. That's why I'd definitely recommend Mike and his shop to anyone who needs device repairs or parts replaced. He's honest and will let you know whether a repair is actually worth it. I'll definitely be coming back when my kids break their devices, and I'll continue recommending this place to anyone who needs their device serviced.

He's a maverick with laptop repairs, fixing computers is his superpower! I texted him and he responded immediately. Tried to troubleshoot on the phone but didn't work, so I had to go in. Within minutes he started a surgical and meticulous procedure to open up my laptop and get to root cause. I was superbly calm throughout, I have 100% confidence in him(pls read previous review). I went on to run some errands while he ran some diagnostic and registry fixing softwares, and when I got back, it was done! Yay! He knows what he's doing and always does a stellar job! The sales representative advised me to keep my old phone for a few weeks before bringing it back for the trade-in. However, he never mentioned that there was a deadline to complete the trade-in. Had he simply told me about the deadline, I would have returned my phone on time without any issue. When I finally brought my old phone back, I was shocked to learn that I had missed the trade-in deadline and my phone could no longer be accepted. I immediately called AT&T customer service and spent more than an hour on the phone, only to be told that they would not extend the deadline or honor the trade-in. There was no willingness to take responsibility for the misinformation provided by their own representative. I know I would have turned in my phone on time if I had been given the correct information. Instead, I am now paying the price for a mistake that could have easily been avoided. This experience has left me incredibly frustrated and disappointed. Because I recently purchased a new phone, I am now locked into staying with AT&T unless I pay off the full remaining balance of the device. If I had the option, I would leave immediately. Instead, I have no choice but to wait until I can end my commitment, and once I can, I will be switching to another carrier. AT&T has completely lost my trust. A simple failure to communicate important information has cost me hundreds of dollars and turned what should have been a straightforward trade-in into a terrible customer experience.
