I came in T Mobile hoping to get a cheaper plan, not only I got cheaper plan. I was able to get my little brother and my dad both iPhone 7 for only 10 a month and free Netflix with lowering my monthly plan. The whole process was easy for me because both Angel and Austin handled everything. It was definitely not easy my brother and my dad had boost mobile so changing service was difficult for Austin and Angel but they took there time and took care of everything. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with any company, So I came into the store to take advantage of the buy one get one iPhone 8 offer, at the same time I was planning on switching from Sprint to T-Mobile. Even though my phones were unlocked none of the employees could figure out how to get my existing phones to work on their system, all they could say is I don't know, check with your existing provider. I nevertheless spent countless hours trying to figure out why my phones, a Samsung Galaxy s 6 and iPhone 6 plus were not working, I finally just gave up. At the same time an employee by the name of Griselda specifically told me it would be better for me to pick up my new iPhone from the store the following Monday or Tuesday so I could avoid shipping charges on the deal, well she didn't mention that the phones had to be ordered by Monday to get the deal at all, well she didn't order the phones and I lost out on the free iPhone because of her stupidity. Never trust an employee from this store. I just cancelled everything and demanded all my money back. Also as I was walking out of the store another irate customer started to cuss out the manager, I'm sure he had good reason for that. read more

I've been here a couple of times, but have been here enough to tell you that the customer service isn't the best. The employees are on the younger side and look like they hate their jobs. One employee was rude and wanted to pick an argument with me over a cracked screen that wasn't actually cracked, only the screen protector was! The T - Mobile here said they couldn't help me with my phone issues and said to call T -Mobile themselves, but didn't even offer tech support phone numbers to me. I would find a bigger T - Mobile with employees willing to actually help you. read more

I went into the store on Victory Boulevard to get a mobile data prepaid plan for my mobile hotspot. Hector was unfamiliar with the mobile data plans for hotspots and was much more interested in converting my AT&T cell phone plan over to T-Mobile, so that he could get a commission from that. Hector reluctantly sold me a prepaid mobile data plan, it was supposed to be 7 gigs for $50. I purchase the rate plan for my mobile hotspot and then Hector proceeded to tell me after it was finished that I only had 30 days to use that 7 gigs that I purchased. Immediately asked to get a refund, or at least reduce the amount of data that I was purchasing, because I can't use all $50 in one month. Hector did not tell me that there was a time limit to use it. Hector, after explaining to me that there is no refund for a prepaid plan, reluctantly got on the phone with T-Mobile to see about giving me a refund on on this plan since it wasn't explain to me that I only had one month to use that data. Meanwhile, I muttered under my breath and I'm not too impressed with this T-Mobile s***. Hector, being a new employee I guess, got offended by that. The manager standing near by told Hector to end the call with T-Mobile trying to get my refund. This was a missed opportunity on a customer service part to take my poor outlook on T-Mobile service and change it to a better attitude towards T-Mobile in order to gain a customer, not to get personally offended about my frustration with T-Mobile's $50 a month Prepaid Plan. This was really bad customer service on Hector's part and the manager, Rick. Miss two delicate Little Flowers should not get personally offended if somebody says that they're not too impressed with T-Mobile. That's an opportunity to gain a customer, not an customer service for something that was totally not said personal to anyone. I called T-Mobile directly and was able to get on a much more satisfactory plan for much less money with data that lasted five times as long. Hector and the manager Rick should have taken the time to be knowledgeable enough to explain the prepaid data hotspot rate plan to me in the beginning, and/or more willing to trying to rectify the situation right after I just got stuck with $50 that only lasted 1 month. Customer service representatives of trying to gain customers not take it personal if someone Mudders under their breath that the "not too impressed with this T-Mobile s*** so far" as that's an opportunity to pretend to be offended in order to not have to help me get a refund, or a better rate plan. This was a missed opportunity on customer service part to take what I said about T-Mobile rate plans as an opportunity to change it into something much more positive towards T-Mobile, not to use it as a weapon to end all help. Hector and the manager both need customer service training because I cannot use T-Mobile anymore as a result even though the cell phone rate plans may have been n attractive. I will never go back into that store, or switch over to T-Mobile phone plans. read more

The representatives all 3 of them stay with me after the store is closed almost till 9 pm but made sure that all was working and I was taken care of. This is what I call customer service. The worse T Mobile store there is!!!! We have been with T Mobile for 10 years. We are a family of 5, and everyone is with T Mobile. When one of our devices was faulty (brand new device), we went to the Apple Store and they told us to go to a T Mobile store and they will have to exchange the device, since it's a faulty device. We went to this particular store since it's near our house. We were told that they will not exchange it. We were told to go to Apple. We went to Apple and they were shocked that the T Mobile store will not exchange. So, the Apple Store exchanged it. This has happened 3 times with this T Mobile store! The sales people are useless, they just want to sell you phones, but when it comes to helping a customer with a problem, they come up with every excuse in the book to send you to the Apple Store. Don't buy any devices from this store!!!! read more

I've been with TMobile for about eight years. I've had bad service & good service across the board, I believe we all get this with any carrier we choose to have. Overall I'm glad I stayed with them. Social media has changed customer service for the better because now we can rate and leave our honest comments for other consumers to read instantly. This specific TMobile in Reseda stands out! Not only are they friendly but, they go above and beyond to provide you the best and they make sure you leave satisfied. Rick and Hector are exceptional! Both very knowledgeable and both took their time to answer ALL of my questions. Not once did I feel rushed (even during rush hour) and not once I felt that I was being pressured to upgrade or purchase something, but I did upgrade and I did purchased their products because I believed in the products they were providing. I managed a huge business for a long time and I can tell you that these two have A+ service. It's very difficult to manage a high volume location, dealing with customers, technical issues and a full staff but as a manager, Rick leads by example and I will continue to go to their location for all of my needs because of their service.
