My wife want help her visiting friends with prepaid account, then they ask my wife copied ID. In the end, they opened not a prepaid account. So the bill keep going on and considered my wife had open an account. How come u guys open an account without any paperwork??? Please show me my wife paperwork with her hand signature. I've gone to this location several times now as it's the 2nd closest to home and I've never had an unpleasant experience. The one closer to home sucks ass, the people there legit just give you the run around and tack on money somehow every time I walk in. I always leave there feeling ripped off so I refuse to go there now. Anyhow, went into this location the other day and Savanary (may potentially be butchering that) was so helpful. She was competent which is hard to find now a days lol. And laid everything out. Unfortunately I had to leave and return a few days later but she gave me the names of the individuals she felt comfortable with helping me out next time I'd be coming in. I came in and Tyrese and the manager, I wanna say her name is Angelina or something of the nature were quick and efficient and got me everything I needed. Great team effort. I was being helped by the manager and her BOYFRIEND comes in stands uncomfortably close to me, touching her hand and trying to pull her attention away from me the customer. I went in this week to upgrade my iPhone to the iPhone 12 and when the guy saw my phone he just instantly said nope it's all scratched up we can't take it's he didn't even offer to buy it for less! I was pretty disappointed and went to the apple store thankfully they didn't have appointments so I went to the T-Mobile store in the mall just curious to see if they said the same thing. And what a surprise! They didn't even look at my phone and told me they'd buy it when they inspected it no comments to the minor scratches! I was able to get $500 for my iPhone and credited towards the purchase of a new one! Long story short this review is only for this store ! I love this store. Wait time is very small if any but the best part is the staff are great, I thought I broke my phone It was just kind a stuck on a screen. Terrible customer service! Employee by the name of Alex was rude to my mother when she was trying to explain to him she was in the store before a customer he called up next. This guy was just returning from lunch (he had his food as he walked in the store and walked straight to the back) how could he know who was in the store first. I reiterated to him what my mother said and he replied "you guys are next" He said this in a rude and none caring way. Seems to me this guy needs a little more customer service training. read more

I have been a T mobile customer on my x mother in laws plan for several years. I needed to get transferred to my own plan today. I was mortified by my experience with them. It was as if they knew I needed a phone plan immediately and took full advantage of this. I wasn't offered any type of deal or anything. I was forced to repeat my social security number, date of birth, and drivers license number to the representative over and over while other people were in the store who could clearly here all my personal information being broadcasted. I'm glad for life lock!! If I didn't need a phone for my job I would have walked out. When I asked the sales rep if I could move my mask down to speak with the phone representative he said absolutely not. I will be leaving this awful company. It's a shame because I enjoy their phone service but after what I went through today I can't wait to get away from them. read more

Worst t-mobile ever. Came in, and there was 2 employees and zero customers. I was told to wait "a couple minutes"... I've been waiting for 8 minutes and now a man that walked in after me is being helped and I'm still pacing waiting. It's truly about customer perception. I don't know what you're doing with 2 employees and no one helping me and the fact is i'll never know why that other employee wasn't able to help me, or why Susie L helped someone who walked in after me before she helped me. What matters is I was told to wait for a couple minutes and I've been waiting much longer and have yet to be acknowledged beyond "it'll be a couple minutes." I went in to get my son a new phone and was very pleased with my experience. I was greeted by all the staff and Alex helped me. He looked up my account and clearly told me all that was available to me and what I would have to pay out the door and mentioned that my insurance would also go up which is expected since it's a more expensive phone. I got some accessories on their zero interest monthly plans along with my phone and walked out within 45 minutes. I always go to this store and I've been with T-Mobile for years. read more

I have been at this store over three years and the personnel, the store. the plans and location are all great! I will keep all this in mind and not judge them hard but not all things go my way--I do not agree with restocking fees when verbally in explaining the service of a phone is not what was told. I still plan on using this store becuse the problem I had was also my fault for not verifying what was told me verbally. So after calling and ordering a SIM card then not receiving it spending another hour on the phone I go to a store because they're unable to find my account (after I've already paid) and that they may have more information I was having a good experience even after spending 2 hours in the store just to find out that nobody can help me at all everything went south went the "manager" came in with his feminine attitude saying that I had 2 choices pay for the service again and pay for the SIM card or leave. I just left the T MOBILE store where I was buying all my phones for the last 5 years and spent over $10000 in purchasing a new phones. My wifes sumsung s8 plus needed replacement under warranty for a speaker problem for the 3rd time in the last 6 month. The problem was verified by t mobile tech support and exchange phone was sent to this t mobile store. When I asked the rep who I think is also a manager is there anything like a lemon law after you replacing this model. His answer was it will happen again and again and you will come in and pay $5 each time that you going to replace it. Was not the best answer I expected. He brought the replacement phone to the counter checker the phone I was replacing and said that before I open the box with replacement phone and show you the phone I need to erase the old phone to zero factory set up. When I asked him how do I transfer all my info to replacement phone his statement was it's your proble we did it last time as a Courtesy I said I will do it myself as u have to transfer all info to a replacement phone his answer was again I will not open the box or even show you the replacement phone till you old phone info wiped out to factory specs. I really got upset and stated I will not do business in this store or ever send a customer referral that I did many times at least 6 customers purchased a new phones due to my referral. He had a smirk on his face like we dont need your business and stated I can leave now and put a Replacement phone away. His name is Alexader he have a heavy beard and would not recommend anyone to do business with him or the store. I will be twitching my personal 7 lines to a different provider and over 100 phones from my business that he was not aware of. I went into this lil store and basically handed my phone to Tatiana. I had been to a couple other locations, was trying to clear off some internal storage on my LG. I have been working on it for a week or so, and had some help at other stores, but she cleared off about 15% more. T-mobile's military rates got my attention so I decided to go in and get some information. I was immediately greeted by the staff and helped within minutes. Rick was able to breakdown my concerns about the plan and drastically cut my cost for me and my family. He guided me on how to switch from my Sprint service and the rest is history. Service is great in the local area and Santa Monica area where I work. I even noticed greatly improved reception in my home. Bad service overall. I was lied to by the manager, don't remember his name but will go back to find out. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. I have insurance on my phones and wanted a warranty exchange and he told me I couldn't get it until a month had lapsed, because I had to have had the phone which was an exchange that was even worse than the phone I had returned. A lot of unnecessary attitude and sense of power from him. I walked out and went to the location in the Topanga mall. I told them what had happened and they helped me out with the situation and made everything right. I wanted to upgrade my phone and I was afraid they were going make it so difficult for me for me but thank goodness for the team here. I was into this store three times in the last two days trying to resolve a fraud issue. I was working with a young gentleman, Rick, who was truly helpful. My phone was unported from Tmobile to another carrier and Rick was able to get my original number back after quite a few stops and starts. Rick was professional and very helpful. There was another young man who was helping me in the beginning and he was wonderful also. I was a bit freaked out because the fraudster had gotten into my bank account, so I needed a phone to call the bank and get that squared away. All in all, I would recommend this store and the employees, very professional and helpful. They stuck with the issue until it was resolved. read more
