I've been coming to this UPS Store about twice a week, and they are consistently outstanding. The customer service is top notch. They're always generous with complimentary tape and labels. Always offer you a receipt as well. I've never had anything lost. They never nickel-and-dime customers. Even when the store gets really busy, the staff pulls out an iPad to help people waiting in line, which keeps everything moving efficiently. There's also a self-service option, but they never make you feel pressured to use it if you'd rather have assistance. Another thoughtful touch is the dolly available for customers with lots of packages, making it much easier to unload from your car. The entire team is and friendly, professional. The owner is especially kind, personable, and always takes the time to chat with customers. This is my favorite UPS Store and I save my packages to go to the Tarzana location. I've been coming to this UPS Store regularly for quite a while, and every visit has been a positive experience. Today, though, their customer service really stood out. I had two very heavy Amazon return boxes that I couldn't get out of my car by myself. The owner, Rajeet, immediately came outside to help me without hesitation. Although I've seen him there many times, today was my first personal interaction with him, and I was genuinely impressed. He was patient, kind, and took the time to walk me through an issue I was having with my return, guiding me step by step until everything was resolved. I also want to recognize David, who was incredibly helpful as well. He helped move the heavy boxes to and from my car, making what could have been a very stressful situation so much easier. It's rare to find a business where the owner and staff consistently go above and beyond for their customers. Cece was very sweet she helped me track my mom's package. Thanks cece. It took her less than a minute to find my mom's package. I was there in the morning and I was supposed to give them my daughters squishy and I gave them my mom's bracelets instead less than a minute and cece found my items. I watched the staff treat a customer incredibly rudely this morning. It was completely unprofessional and uncomfortable to witness. The parking is also an absolute nightmare. Between the terrible attitude, poor customer service, and impossible parking, this place is garbage. I'll never go back. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. read more

This UPS store is amazing! The owner prides on customer service. If I walk in and even look puzzled about something, he will quickly ask if everything is ok. Everyone for the most part always speaks as soon as I walk in and they will immediately grab my packages for me before I can even check my mailbox. Please don't ever use UPS to ship anything valuable to you. I recently moved across the country and did some research online that said that UPS is the best at at handling packages, so I chose them to ship my 3,000$ PC setup. I purchased all my packing supplies and the box from this UPS store, (aside from a specific material to hold the graphics card in place). I also paid nearly 400$ for the insurance + the shipping costs. Not only did my computer arrive completely broken, with both monitors not working, the case dented, motherboard broken, but my mouse, headset and key caps from my keyboard were missing. The box that I purchased directly from that UPS store had 4 holes on each corner as well. They also put the fragile sticker on the original box I purchased; but then covered the original box with a different box that didn't contain the fragile sticker. Knowing all this information, and the fact that I purchased insurance for up to 4,000$ in damages, this store refused to offer any help, and corporate told me to contact the store directly. I'm completely heartbroken as I am just a college student and I can't afford to replace all the broken parts so it has put a huge hold on my studies. Please don't make the same mistake as me. read more

Very bad service. They hold my package more than a month and not to return to the vendor to let me deal with many times. it makes vendor to charge me the fee. Not suggest to return items in this location. Confirmed that it is this store and they DID hold my package at least more than 3 weeks and does not response the email to give the date when they really ship the package. They just said it is shipped and it is out of their control. I am still suffering this pain. Have to go this location again and contact vendor to see how to solve the problem. By the way, I don't have problem to return other package in other UPS store. Other UPS store never hold my package. They shipped in a very short time manner. read more

This is actually a very convenient place to come. You can deliver packages or pick up Amazon packages here. I have always been greeted promptly with little to no lines. They even have a notary service here. It was only about $20 for the notary. The store is clean and has lots of supplies. Boxes, tape, and everything you need to ship. I think I saw printing services here too. Lots of parking as well! read more

The e ladies were friendly and I especially want to the girl that took my photos. IHATE photos , but she was kind enough to take her time and try a few. It's not typical of me to leave reviews but I just witnessed something that really brightened my day so I thought I should make it known. While dropping off an Amazon pkg on Sunday morning, I heard Shawn helping two customers with their Amazon returns. Sometimes it's tricky to locate the QR codes even when I'm pretty tech savvy. These customers were having difficulties with either printing their labels or changing their return method, she was patient and went above and beyond helping them directly with their devices and navigating the process. She also managed to move the line efficiently while helping multiple customers. Kudos to Shawn for brightening peoples Sunday morning today! read more

Not worth doing business with this store. I had brought in items to send as wedding gifts to a friend, and selected a 2 day delivery option. It took them 5. It was already overly expensive for the small package I wanted to send, and they were unwilling to refund any of their fee due to missing the 2 day window. read more

Out of all the UPS Stores I have been to, this UPS Store on Ventura Boulevard in Tarzana stands out as one of the best! First of all, they have great ample parking right in front, as part of a big parking lot, which is so convenient! Next, their staff is always friendly and courteous, and they always work quickly and do a great job for me! I also love this location because they take Amazon returns where you just give them the unpackaged return item and the Amazon scan code, and they put it in a box for you! They also have mailboxes for rent, of various sizes, though I have never partaken of this option. But, in doing this review, I, of course, have to mention it for anyone who reads this, and who would like to rent a mailbox at a good UPS Store. I would recommend the UPS Store in Tarzana to anyone! :) read more

The staff here is very kind and friendly. They seem to be happy with their jobs. Masks are required for all - customers and staff. The staff wears gloves although not sure why since I didn't see them change them between customers. It's located in a shopping plaza and has ample parking. read more
