Now that I see your picture, I now know you were not the one I encountered that day at the store. You, the owner seem like an okay guy. The man I met was much older (likely middle eastern) slim built with grey hair. A much younger man was taking my package and that bully of a man with the grey hair kept cutting me off as I was asking the young man for a receipt and questions on how else would I be able to track if it was received etc, and the older man repeatedly kept saying, "We are not UPS," from way behind the counter and acting like he was the manager. He was rude and abrasive and he was talking to me as if I was stupid to expect a receipt! So not only did they refuse to give me a receipt, soon after I find out the package was never received, so of course I can only assume it was STOLEN! read more

5 stars for a PO Box rental? Yes. When service places simplify things it worth my attention and worth my review. This place is kind of a family owned business. Welcomed me when I stepped in and gave me all the info I needed. And the bonus: offered me a discount coupon I wasn't even aware of. Who do that??? Lol They were nice. Kind. Explained everything. And duplicated keys for free! Really you don't see places like this anymore. Not only that I rented a mailbox for a year. I will also move all my packaging and delivery needs here. Came this morning because my friend needed us to notarize something, and get copies made. The young man working was very nice, notary is out until noon, but we made the copies and put them onto pdf format. There was no wait, and he was friendly. We needed to come back later to get the documents notarized. Came back at noon, and Gary helped us out. He gave us a super deal since we needed about a dozen documents notarized, scanned then sent to Canada. Thank you so much for taking such good care of my friend, in his time of need.
