There's also a self-service option, but they never make you feel pressured to use it if you'd rather have assistance. Another thoughtful touch is the dolly available for customers with lots of packages, making it much easier to unload from your car. The entire team is and friendly, professional. The owner is especially kind, personable, and always takes the time to chat with customers. This is my favorite UPS Store and I save my packages to go to the Tarzana location. Highly recommend!

He was patient, kind, and took the time to walk me through an issue I was having with my return, guiding me step by step until everything was resolved. I also want to recognize David, who was incredibly helpful as well. He helped move the heavy boxes to and from my car, making what could have been a very stressful situation so much easier. Unfortunately, service has declined significantly since the new owners took over. The first major issue involved the mailbox area being closed during business hours, preventing customers from accessing their mail and creating delivery problems with carriers. I raised those concerns directly with management at the time. Today I experienced another serious failure. I left a package at the store to be shipped as a Mother's Day gift. One week later, the package had never been sent. It was simply handed back to my wife when she visited the store. No notification. No follow-up. No explanation until we discovered it ourselves. What is most concerning is that these incidents appear to be symptoms of larger operational issues. On a recent visit, there were multiple customers waiting in line while an employee who appeared to be unfamiliar with the systems struggled to assist them. The owner was in the back office, and another person openly stated they did not know how to complete the transaction they were attempting to process. The only employee who consistently appears knowledgeable and capable is Jose, who was there under the previous ownership. Even basic customer convenience has suffered. The rear parking area that was previously available to customers is now frequently occupied by U-Haul trucks, reducing access and making visits more difficult. I understand that taking over a business is challenging. However, after nearly a year under the new ownership, these are no longer growing pains. Customers depend on this business for secure mail handling, package acceptance, and timely shipping. Those services must be reliable. I sincerely hope the owners invest more time in training, staffing, and day-to-day operations because this location was once an excellent neighborhood business. I was looking for pricing on returning a couple of packages- I had gone to USPS, UPS and Fed Ex over the last several days returning items purchased online that had different return requirements. I was shocked by Fed Ex wanting $30, so decided to shop around. The UPS down the street quoted $18 but I needed to buy their tape as the box needed to be closed. Long story shortened, had more packages to return, found this place, clean, friendly-and when I came in with a box that needed to be taped, he didn't say a word, he taped it shut for me with their own tape. This business doesn't seem to have experience with printing regular photos in standard photo sizes, and I wish they just refused to take my order instead of wasting my time & money. For context, I was shown proofs before printing and several of the photos were distorted to fit the dimensions of the print. When I asked if they could just crop it to avoid the distortion, they seemed to struggle to figure out how to do that. I was there for a total of 45 minutes, and I ended up with only 4 or 5 prints because they did not know how to fix the issue. Granted the prints came out well, but I probably spent double or triple the price for what I would've gotten at a FedEx without the convenience or speed. I honestly should've just walked away but didn't want to walk out empty handed for the time I spent waiting. Now I regret paying full price for subpar service and a disappointingly incomplete order.

The building used to be an old neighborhood cinema, but now it's home to this mailbox center that's finally having its glow-up moment. And let me tell you: the new team is a massive upgrade. The two guys running it now? Friendly, accommodating, and actually happy to help. A total 180 from the previous workers, who... well, let's just say customer service was not their strong suit. I honestly avoided this place before, but now it feels completely different--in a good way. I drop off all my FedEx and UPS packages here, and I pick up my boxes from Amazon, UPS, and FedEx at this location too. Super convenient, no stress. I also got my passport photos taken here, and they did an excellent job with those as well. They offer PO boxes, mailboxes, notary services, passport photos, fingerprinting, and just an overall smooth experience. He immediately put me at ease, telling me that he regularly packs and ships artwork for a nearby gallery and that he would take special care of mine. He absolutely delivered on that promise. The care that Reggie and Cam took in packing my artwork was extraordinary. Every piece was wrapped as though it were irreplaceable. The glass was protected with a special film to prevent damage to the artwork if it were ever to break, each piece was expertly cushioned and secured, and everything was packed so thoughtfully that I honestly don't think it could have shifted during shipping if someone had tried. The shipment actually arrived a day earlier than expected, but what impressed me most was opening the box and seeing the level of craftsmanship and care that had gone into the packing itself. It was immediately obvious that they had treated my artwork with the same attention they would have given their own. In a world where it's easy to overpromise and underdeliver, Reggie and Cam did exactly the opposite. They promised they would take exceptional care of my artwork, and they exceeded every expectation. Very cheap and fast notary service. Friendly. No line. I cannot emphasize enough that this place is OPEN during the posted hours. Very important when you're trying to get papers notarized -- It would certainly save you an hour or two of trying to find a notary CLAIMING to be open.
