I've been working with Gary for many years now and couldn't be happier!! Gary is the most honest and reliable guy I've had the pleasure of working with, he's always willing to help with anything I need and his pricing is super reasonable... Totally recommend mail box international for all your shipping needs or mail deliveries read more

Best service and rates around Los Angeles!!! 10 out of 10!!! Thank you, Gary! You're a true gem!

Very helpful and patient with my family. We were dealing several notary items. Have a great discount!

My new shipping store. Owner Gary very helpful. This is the second time with my shipping needs, and will use the business from now on. And Gary very friendly read more

Gary is the best! His service is spot on, usually he can get it done while you wait. His prices are very reasonable for what he does and I would defiantly recommend him for any packing needs! read more

I shopped around at several other stores in the area, even a UPS Store, to compare shipping costs -- everywhere else was at least double the price of Gary's! Not only did I save hundreds of dollars here, but Gary and his team were incredibly considerate and helpful. They went above and beyond, helping me package everything up, wrapping it securely with bubble wrap, and making sure my shipment was well taken care of from start to finish. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work. I wouldn't hesitate to come back here for any future shipping needs. Highly recommend! read more

Love this place amazing customer service, gary and his employees are always going out of his way to help customers, all his pricing is more then fair from mailboxes, to shipping rates overall nothing but good to say about this establishment read more

Very nice people work here and very Accommodating. But rather pricey. They charge $15 per signature for notary. Not just per stamp. They basically charge the maximum allowed for Notary in the state of California. read more

Now that I see your picture, I now know you were not the one I encountered that day at the store. You, the owner seem like an okay guy. The man I met was much older (likely middle eastern) slim built with grey hair. A much younger man was taking my package and that bully of a man with the grey hair kept cutting me off as I was asking the young man for a receipt and questions on how else would I be able to track if it was received etc, and the older man repeatedly kept saying, "We are not UPS," from way behind the counter and acting like he was the manager. He was rude and abrasive and he was talking to me as if I was stupid to expect a receipt! So not only did they refuse to give me a receipt, soon after I find out the package was never received, so of course I can only assume it was STOLEN! read more

I highly recommend this location , Will definitely be coming back , I came in to return an Amazon package and was very pleased with the customer service I received by Harry he was very kind and helpful. Thank you for your great customer service! read more

The owner is very friendly, helpful, and works quickly. I needed a box to pack something I was returning and he packed it for free. He is amazing! read more

5 stars for a PO Box rental? Yes. When service places simplify things it worth my attention and worth my review. This place is kind of a family owned business. Welcomed me when I stepped in and gave me all the info I needed. And the bonus: offered me a discount coupon I wasn't even aware of. Who do that??? Lol They were nice. Kind. Explained everything. And duplicated keys for free! Really you don't see places like this anymore. Not only that I rented a mailbox for a year. I will also move all my packaging and delivery needs here. They absolutely worth it! read more

Mail Boxes International - Very nice people! - Notaries Near Me - Tarzana, California

I am Gary's customer over 10 years...as so many other people...he does everything for his customers- plus you have 24/7 access to your mailbox and his Notary service is a huge extra. read more

Great quick, reliable service. The owner is always working there himself. I just drop off all my Amazon returns, he's kind enough to tape up the boxes and I can trust with my opened boxes, just leaving them there with him. read more

Came this morning because my friend needed us to notarize something, and get copies made. The young man working was very nice, notary is out until noon, but we made the copies and put them onto pdf format. There was no wait, and he was friendly. We needed to come back later to get the documents notarized. Came back at noon, and Gary helped us out. He gave us a super deal since we needed about a dozen documents notarized, scanned then sent to Canada. Thank you so much for taking such good care of my friend, in his time of need. It was much appreciated!!!! The parking here today was ridiculous!!!! Glad its so close to home though. read more

Great service! Very dependable! I've had a mailbox and been a customer for years. I would highly recommend them.

Best service and best prices in all of Tarzana. No lines. I had to ship an irregular sized item and this was the only place that successfully got it packaged and shipped for less than $40. Unlike UPS that quoted me a ridiculous $130. Also I got an instant quote on Yelp. read more

I absolutely love this place. I rented a PO BOX here for a few years when I was living in Tarzana. Gary was very welcoming and helpful throughout the whole process. Great prices, services and convenience of doing everything in one place. When we moved to Northridge I no longer needed my PO BOX but Gary was so kind in letting me know that I still had important mail being delivered there. Gary went above and beyond for me. Those are the type of ppl and services that I appreciate dearly. Gary is the best, such a wonderful person. Always so helpful and loves his renter's. I miss picking up my mail here. Highly recommend his services! read more

The best experience - polite and efficient and went above and beyond to help me today. Highly recommend this location.

Been using these folks for more than 5 years. Always friendly & very professional. Weather picking up my mail, or the bbq grill my brother shipped me, I'm always greeted with a smile and a hello. So if you need notary service, a mail stop or just someplace local to ship a package, stop in and say hello. I promise you'll leave with a smile. read more

I recently relocated to Tarzana and came across mailboxes International. While inquiring about the services they offer I didn't realize I was speaking to the owner Gary.. a wonderful person with an up beat personality.. I decided to use his services for both business and personal. Mind you I've had furniture, mail, and all sorts of packages come his way, sometimes on a daily bases. He has always greeted me with a cheerful and professional attitude and he's always has the best info and pricing on getting you packages out or helping you out with what he can. Lucky to have found this place!! definitely recommend Mail Boxes International -Carol read more

One of the most helpful guys I've ever seen in a store like this. I come in regularly and always see him being helpful to people with various needs. I strongly disagree with the review that criticized this man's customer service. Don't confuse a serious person with a "mean" person. This man is always incredibly helpful whether he smiles or not. read more

Good place for make passport photos. I do one time. Stopping by here. I like it: fair prices and customer service,no lines. Thanks a lot.

Absolutely the best service ever, from start to finish. Gary was so helpful, with cost savings, packing instructions and general knowledge. He taped up my boxes, and held them overnight to ship the next day. This is the only place to go........ read more
