Beware of packages that are delivered with a tracking number will vanish. I had a $200 package delivered to this business with a tracking number and proof of delivery to the front desk on July 26th, 2026. I came in on August 3rd to retrieve my package. The gentleman at the front desk could not locate the package and told me that he would call me when he found it. I did not recieve a call from him, so I called him on August 4th and asked if he had located my package. He said he did not and that he would call me in 10 minutes. It is now August 6th and he has not called me which shows that he has not looked for the package, or he has not found it. Either way, he has not called me with an update. Also be aware that the business hours posted on the door say 9:30am - 5pm. The store was closed an entire day with a sign that says will be back at 9:30am. I paid for a service that this business claims to provide, yet has proven not to provide. When I walked in and saw that other customer packages are sprawled all over the little store in arms reach of any patron who walks in, it tells me that they do not secure packages that do not fit in the mailbox, and anyone can walk in and take your package. I am currently auditing other mailbox services in the area who are more secure and actually provide customer service. This business is not secure and the service is limited. read more

These reviews must be paid or the owner's family members because I just left this store extremely disgusted by the owner. He is rude, arrogant, and charges different prices depending on who you are. It was my first time here and all I needed to do was print out 1/2 page, a black and white copy for a return. He upcharged ten times then tried to validate it with his "time." The printer literally spends less than 5 seconds printing 1/2 a page . I spent more time, over 25+ minutes waiting for him to finish with a basic fed ex package with a customer, and at the end, could not in my heart support this "business." He said some semi discriminatory remarks which were very insulting and frankly am surprised this dude is in business in this area. Go to USPS or UPS directly. Steer clear of this place. The team at Encino Mailbox is quite efficient in processing packages and documents I typically send via DHL to ship my documents. Typically, I'll fill out the waybill online on DHL.com and pay for it as well online, and then drop off my documents here at this local DHL partner. They have DHL pickups scheduled for weekdays (Monday to Friday), but they don't have it on Saturdays -- which is why I only gave them a "Good" rating. Oftentimes, I don't have time to drop off documents until the weekend, and if I had known ahead of time that this location doesn't have a DHL pickup scheduled for Saturdays, I might have selected another DHL pickup location. Nevertheless, now I know. Only thing is that my documents will now get there a couple of days later, which isn't ideal. Their staff provided adequate service, however, there isn't any easy way for me to know this salient item. read more

This review is for their notary service: I needed a document notarized and I was in and out without 5 min. Came with my document and my US passport. They did not stamp my original document. Instead they provided an additional form stating they verified my identity. I think the service cost $15. They share a parking lot with the post office and Dunkin Donuts. You can also compare shipping prices for UPS, Fed Ex, DHL and USPS. Conveniently located near by the Encino USPS. The owner Rakib and his associate Abir are super friendly, helpful and professional. I had previously used a P.O. Box in Beverly Hills for over 25 years while on the Westside. Encino mailboxes, Business solutions their service is second to none!!! Their amenities are more than other any other establishment in the business!! In fact their is nothing they don't do!!! You can have an Encino address for your business, receive faxes, have E-mails scanned and sent, do all of your photo copying, receive not only your mail but Fed-Ex UPS as well. Unlike the US. post office you can call in, to get a mail check and they will tell you what was received that is in your box. They can help you with special projects and more. I have now been with them for more than 2 years and do endorse then as the best store of its kind in the country period!! All of this at rentals and other services, for a price that cant be beat!! I got a PO Box here about 5 years ago. The Japanese couple that own it are amazing. The facility is clean, they go out of their way to accommodate, they are hard working and very respectful. They have done a beautiful job gift wrapping presents and shipping them for me, they also FAX and Notary Public. They are working even now with the city under lock down due to Covid19. They are wearing their masks and being careful but I do worry about them. I want them safe. The fact that they could have closed... but chose to stay open so people like me can get our mail; speaks volumes. I used to visit Brian and Tina who were great but they are no longer the owners. This place is now owned by Rakib Khan. Do not go here. I sent two packages by UPS, identical in size and wanted insurance on both. The person who helped me added all the insurance on one package and it was stolen. It never arrived. The shipper is required to file a claim with UPS and he kept saying the system locked him out. Eventually, the claim was filed and when I sent him a list of items they needed to complete the claim, he never sent it. He then never returned my calls and still said, it was the system. He just couldn't figure it out. It has now been over 6 months. Don't trust these people. read more

Shesity business owner. I needed to print 300 pages so I asked the guy for prices. The agent said $1 per page. I asked for a discount and one of the partners came out and said "we are already not charging you more for the double sided, so that's the best we can do". I told him I need to get it approved by my boss and the other partner said, ok, we will do it for .75 a page. When it was all said and done, the second partner rang me up and said "$450". I said how did you get to that figure, I think you neglected to take into consideration that it's double sided (he just added the total pages from the document , not splitting in half for the double sided ) in which he started berating me, stating he has a masters degree in accounting and that I don't know what I'm talking about. He then switched it up and said, ita double sided, I'm using twice the amount of ink (mind you that was the first thing out of my mouth and they were well aware of it). Anywho I only paid what was agreed upon and he lost thousands of dollars of revenue per month as this is something I need to do for our lawfirm every couple days. I always try to support small business versus the fedex/kinkos of the world but after an experience like this, I think perhaps it's better to go to places with structure. read more

I dropped off 2 small boxes with prepaid label, since they contained valuable stuff i asked for a receipt, the chinese lady was very rude and declined to give me a receipt by giving me an attitude, then she told me to take a picture of the attached label as a receipt, which is hilarious. I know all ups stores should give you a receipt upon request. It only took 30 seconds for her to print out a receipt and she told me "this is the last time i give u a receipt", would never come back to this store again. read more

The couple who owns this location is so sweet! They always greet me with a smile and additionally, their prices for mailbox rental are very good. After being with a terrible mailbox service for almost 10 years, this is a breath of fresh air. They will not print off shipping labels and do not go out of their way to be helpful in any way, shape or form in getting your packages wrapped up and ready to go. They don't help you find the best price for shipping or compare prices. I had always had good experiences here dropping off my Zappos returns, but I would warn anyone against sending something of value with this place. After our Dad passed away, my sister flew out to LA to help empty the house. She wanted to send 2 crystal vases back to her home in New Jersey and brought them here. These had belonged to our Mom. When the packages arrived, she could tell right away that one of them was broken. When she opened it, it was broken in a way that was impossible to repair. She saw they it was packed very poorly, using one thin layer of bubble wrap and no styrofoam peanuts. Sure, it was insured but you can't replace a family heirloom. Stay away if you need to ship something irreplaceable. read more
