It's a full service ups store. It have all the supplies for preparing a shipment. It's in the back if the strip mall. Kind of a weird parking situation. Generally, I think the employees are nice and efficient . I have been to this location many times and everything feels easy here. However, this review is really more because it worth noting that Jasper was very helpful with my Amazon return today. He was the only one there and I made it in before closing. I didn't notice my return widow had closed and he suggested that I ask them for an extension. He was very patient as I was contacting Amazon support to get the extension to still be able to return today. I was able to return it because of his help, something that I don't feel most people would help with. I had packed it with a used Sephora box and it had a hazmat sticker that I didn't notice either. He took off for me and let me know to look out for those next time so that my package is able to get sent properly. All in all, I really appreciate the customer service I received today. read more

SCAM. DO NOT OPEN A MAILBOX HERE. I had a PO box here for 2 years, and based on my experience: 1. You will probably lose packages. On 2 occasions, I was given other people's packages and had to bring them back once I realized they weren't mine. Their system is extremely unorganized. They didn't even realize they had given me someone else's packages and if I hadn't returned them myself, the other person would've just lost their packages. I also noticed towards the end of my 2nd year that some of my packages were missing items and appeared to have been opened by someone else. 2. They will extort you for $ once they realize you're a returning mailbox owner. I was charged $292/year for the first year, $325/year for the second year, and then they asked me to pay $710/year for the 3rd year (under this new subscription, you can only receive 15 packages/month btw, anything on top of that is a $5 surcharge). I was not given a contract to look over and they said I had to sign digitally before they could print out the contract for me to read. Literally a scam lol 3. Parking is a mess here. If you stop by around noon, you have to circle the lot for about 20 mins before you find a spot. 4. There are 1-2 people working at a time, which means wait times can get pretty long. 5. I was not offered mail forwarding after canceling my mailbox and was instead told all mail would be returned to sender. It's standard to pay $15/month for the first 6 months of mail forwarding after canceling a mailbox with UPS. It's been a few weeks now since my cancellation and I have not received any notifications from senders about mail being returned, which leads me to speculate about where my packages are ending up and whether they are actually denying them or not. The only positive about this location is the staff is friendly and helpful. When they accidentally gave me 4 heavy boxes of someone else's packages, they came to pick it up (it was their mistake, but I appreciate that they didn't make me come back to drop it off, as I had a flight out the next day). There's a much nicer, cleaner UPS Store conveniently located about 5-7 mins from here with a large parking garage. I would make sure to check out that location before opening a mailbox here, especially if you're considering becoming a long-term customer. read more

Walked in to 3 employees behind the counter talking amongst themselves and chatting away. Nobody greeted or acknowledged me. All I was tryna do was drop off 2 packages, grab a receipt and go about my way. Finally after standing there for too long, a girl came up and scanned my packages. I would suggest calling to confirm the documentary requirements before you rent a mailbox. Your voter registration is the least intrusive option for verification of residency. I have been renting a P.O. Box for a few months, and from the first day I entered the premises, the tall blonde gentleman is consistently rude and dismissive. He may be the manager. I do my best to wait for another staff member when I enter the store, for any services. Customer service is low on his priority list. If anyone ever needs quality photos printed you're best bet is to come here, they will show you the photo you n their computer before printing to preview and they have a variety of paper options. It was a completely unpleasant experience. He took my label off my package and refused to tape it back on. When I asked him to retape my label back on the box which he took off his exact words were "I don't have to do anything" I would never speak to a customer the way he did he should get fired with that extremely rude attitude. no customer service. She seems like a fine human, but has poor management skills: I witnessed her scolding her employee in front of a room full of customers. There's got to be a better way to train your staff. (Unbelievably RUDE and unprofessional ) told me that the priority goes to other people in line and he started saying you know what I don't have for you to lecturing me in front of all other customers in store!! How on earth an employee talks to a customer that way! Your responsibility as an employee is to listen to a customer complains acknowledge it and find a solution. This is the best location, it's easy to park and the hours are convenient as well. I've used the notary service with Ana. Just call ahead of time to make sure she is available. She's great, friendly and this location has amazing customer service. I'm always using this location for my Amazon returns. The employee handling my Amazon return mismanaged the scan and the item never shipped. So now I am trying to track down what happened because Amazon wont refund me until they receive it. I called the store to see if they could help me track down my shipment and the man who answered the phone said he didn't know what to do and "good luck." Newly opened UPS store here in encino. Kind of hidden in a small plaza so be sure to look for it. During my visit, Ana, who seemed to be the manager was very pleasant and helpful. She helped me package the item that I needed to ship and helped me with all my shipping needs. She's very prompt and knew anything and everything about their business. If you need to ship anything via UPS, this is the place to do it! There's just something about how they handle business and customers that I love!
