The laziest wokers most unprofessional workers. Not helpful at all. The only one that was semi helpful was one guy. Overall the girls avoiding customers, pawned off customers. Hid in the back. One girl was putting a screen protector on her own phone instead of helping a customer. One was just on her phone. They hid in the back. I spent two hours in that store and ended up calling customer support. I went in to this store and requested some help with my phone because for the past couple of months my calls have been randomly dropping mid conversation. At first it would happen every now and then but recently it's gone so bad, multiple times a day. Instead of them trying to find the root problem they told me I should buy a more expensive plan, I refused. Next, they tried giving me a new eSIM, that did not work. Then they told me to talk to apple. I did, apple said my phone did not have problems and that it is verizon. Went back to Verizon. Then they tried to reset my network. That did not work. Then they tried giving me another esim and i told them that did not work the first time. They claimed my phone was defective. Tried to get me to buy insurance to pay for a new phone. Finally agreed to use my one year warranty that comes with buying a new phone. I had to bring that up. They did not disclose to me that my replacement phone would be a LIKE new phone. So i came back to the store to ask for a brand new phone and not a like new one. They told me to go to apple and ask them. That is when i called the customer support. When i asked for a credit or anything for all this inconvenience they told me to just call customer support. I asked if i could at least get a free screen protector since my broke when i had to take it off to get approval for a replacement. So disappointed.

Reception in most cities is "adequate" to "great". Occasionally you will find a city that was overrun by another carrier and you have reception issues, but most of the time it's fine. T-Mobile seems to utilize cross-carrier roaming in those more difficult cities. You won't get great data speeds in those cases (as T-Mobile is essentially running as an MNVO), but it still works. In other cities, you will get mind blowing speeds. I'm talking about speeds that theoretically max out your device. I'm happy to say that is more the rule than the exception. With the 5G rollouts, not only are the speeds increasing, but the availability of data in a crowd is increasing too. What I personally like is that my T-Mobile plan has free data and texts when I'm traveling to other countries. With other carriers, that's an extra fee. This is WAY more convenient than getting an unlocked cell phone and finding a local SIM card for data in a foreign country. People at T-Mobile stores are generally well-qualified and trained, and helpful. Occasionally, you will find someone who attempts to add a hidden warranty to a new device sale, but even that is quickly and easily resolved by a call to T-Mobile's great customer service team. I've never had a bad experience with any T-Mobile representative on the phone, which is rare now a days.

Once I had informed them I had an online pick up order, two gentlemen just started talking about the ordering process through Verizon online as if I knew what was going on. They finally explained to me that Verizon does not take into consideration when pre-orders are made online that it may cause discrepancies in inventory. So in other words, what's on the shelf may have been already reserved for someone who had made an order online a few days ago. So the gentleman offered to cancel my order and redo it so that a phone could come in quicker. While he was doing this, he had gone over the phone plan that I had upgraded to and tried to say I needed to be on the top-tier phone plan which I did not want. I let him know the plan I had ordered is the exact same plan that I wanted. He saw me getting a little annoyed and then took back what he said and said, "no that's exactly what I said." No sir. He had to call a third-party to have my order canceled and he was extremely rude to the representative on the phone. He was not really rude to me, but the fact that he was rude to her, rubbed me the wrong way. So once he canceled my order, I left it at that did not place a new order with him and I walked out. Number one, customer service was awful number two, his rudeness just topped the cake for me. I did not want to deal with people like them nor want to give them the credit of my sale for the crap customer service and treatment of others that they give. I realize he may have to call a third-party to do some work for their business and that particular party may have been outsourced internationally so he may have had to deal with them on numerous occasions. It still does not give him the right to be rude. And that could definitely cause you to lose business.
