Hidden in their contract is a clause that says unless you specifically cancel the contract 60 days before the 5 years is up, it automatically renews for another 5 years. After they cashed the installation and set up check they have been IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of. They have schedule 2-3 appointments to help us with technical issues and no showed/no called. The fax line they were supposed to install has never worked. Its been 3 months and they still have not fixed this issue. Today Tom the owner said he would send a tech out at 2:30pm, no one showed up or even bother to call or cancel. Horrible customer support. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
