My phone died within 30 minutes. I returned to the store and was told by the employee the owner is corrupt and that he would use the paper I signed against me if I challenged the charge. I challenged the $300 charge and lost the claim. I had to but a new phone for $700 as well the same day. PLEASE do not use this place they deserve to go out of business.

They took off the screen and cleaned the camera lens from the inside along with the tiny lens that does face recognition. Who would have guessed that was the answer? Not to mention that as I was taking back my son's iPad, their employee broke it into many pieces, whereas it had only been a single crack before. Next we tried here. They had the glass in stock. They were $40 less than the other place and they had it fixed in a little over an hour. Crisis averted! Son is happy again! The work is guaranteed for 90 days, in case anything isn't as it should be.
