I drove over there in the heat from Sonoma ... believe it was Sunday ,August 16th or the next day ( ?) When I walked in the store..it was very clean & refreshing ...for one thing, it was nice & cool & it felt good to get in...but the store seemed very relaxing ...& all the employees were calm & ready to help...with a smile. I'm writing in regards to BRYAN, .a young man who came right away to help me. Maybe he recognized me from my previous visit about a month ago. ....& I did remember that he was supportive from my last visit there... I was glad to see him again. I came in there to work out my bill and to fix some aggressive 'malware' graphics that were taking over my phone! This had been going on for 3 days ! & I was livid that I couldn't remove them ...which made it impossible to use my phone... Very frustrating. !.. I was worried. but Bryan fixed the problem in just a few minutes & VOILA... my phone cleared up! After the last few days of my phone being 'hexed' I was so relieved...Then Bryan also helped me get a better phone plan. All in all, I was only there for only maybe 15 minutes. The whole time I was there I saw the other staff being very polite & calm with everyone. I walked out the door with a relieved smile on my face. Bryan absolutely changed the course of my day ! He took the time to listen to me, even though I was getting upset about the malware...etc. He was so kind & polite with me...AHHH....what a relief... I appreciate the whole experience. Herbert wasted no time to get me seated and we got down to biz at hand. Herbert: "What brings you here today?" Me: "It's my cell! It must have seen better days! When I'm reading the news online, it suddenly switches to yelp reviews! When I'm in the middle of a cell conversation, it frequently cuts me off; It accidentally erases important notes that I have stored in the memo while I was reading them; It changes the apparatus function on me randomly before I'm done with that function; ........ blah, blah, blah" Herbert: "Show me how do you hold your cell ". (Quickly showed him) Herbert: "You don't need a new cell! You just need a smaller palm! (Tongue in cheek) Lol! You are unconsciously pressing on some keys in your cell with your palm or fingers! Your cell is a highly sensitive piece of equipment" (He then showed me the "right" way and I wasn't offended, just felt dorky!) Me: "Oops! God has blessed me with wide palms and fat fingers! " I was in and out in less than 10 mins and Herbert saved me $500 to boot. I thanked him for his honesty. He didn't try to upsell or sell me prematurely a cell that I didn't need. Time for me to go back to more clicking and yelping! Certainly merits 4 stars for my experience in this store that day, don't you think?

My brother had Verizon's cell phone service and a few months ago he passed away. As the executor of…read morehis trust I had to cancel, change names, etc., for some of the various services he had. I went into Verizon to cancel the phone service and was helped by Alfredo, he noticed that it said the phone bill was passed due and there late fees and another fee (like a bounced check fee but it wasn't a check) attached. After looking over the bill, it showed that the auto payment "bounced" due to insufficient funds but that as impossible as there was plenty of money in the account to cover the the monthly payment for years. So he suggested I talk to their customer service via the phone so he connect me. Dealing with someone who is off shore and has no idea what I am talking about was very painful, but once it was all done (took probably 45 minutes to an hour), the person wanted to send a code to the cell phone and I tried to explain that I did not have the phone on me and no way to access it. We went over and over that whole scenario at least 10 times. Finally, I think it started to sink in and then she asked to speak to the store person who again was Alfredo. He spoke to her, confirmed the credits and then hung up. He was able to get everything credited it that needed to be and then give me a final bill to pay. I then thought about keeping the phone for another month but said i would come back to cancel it either before the due date or later. I came back a few days later, Alfredo was not available but another gentlman (I can't recall his name), helped me out and I was able to cancel the the cell phone service with no problems. These 2 individuals inside the Verizon store were very helpful, courteous, and friendly. Hopefully if you need to go in you'll get one of these helpful individuals.

The transfer was never finished due to system glitches. Instead, the interaction escalated when a clerk became confrontational and highly intimidating. The situation grew so severe that staff locked the exit doors, trapping me inside. A police report was taken regarding this incident with the Petaluma Police Department. Despite the unfinished transaction, corporate locked my online portal, tacked on duplicate equipment fees, and auto-drafted my bank account. I have escalated these violations to the FCC and CPUC. Seniors and individuals with disabilities should exercise extreme caution here.

5K Stars - Fast, honest, experienced, friendly, fair priced, excellent customer service, and an…read moreamazing shop. Many times this shop has been just the right help at the right price and time. During floods my friend's iPhone fell into a big mud puddle and got run over. Brought it in and they gave it a going over and determined it was a goner. Luckily, they had a used / refurbished phone available within the budget during a difficult time. Next was a MacBook Pro that needed a battery. Their testing confirmed the battery was bad and the charging adapter defective. Continued use of the defective charger would damage the new battery so it too was also replaced. The screen is damaged so they looked up the availability of a replacement and could get one though we opted not to do it at the time. Replaced an iPhone battery and got it checked thoroughly as it had some damage. They put it under the microscope to see if anything important was damaged or if it went through to the PCB board and it was ok. Big relief, just a battery swap. At a different time it acted like the charging port was dead so got it checked and hopefully fixed. He took it to the bench to inspect it. Turned out to be pocket lint / fluff blocking the contacts in the port he easily cleared and handed it back. We all laughed. A Galaxy Watch that was a gift the charging contact separated from the back. Wasn't sure it could be salvaged or repaired and brought it in. He put it under the microscope and saw a lead was nicked, but it was ok. He reattached / glued the contact back on free. Thanks for all the times they helped, advised, repaired, and came through for us and if / when needed in the future.

In…read morePetaluma they are in the golden eagle plaza. this business is NOT to be trusted. if you are gonna go with metro pcs, dont do digicom wireless. their business name is inside the store on the wall. i had a lg flip-phone which under contract was supposed to be replaced if the phone died and through no fault of mine. well, i went through three phones and this company kept giving me fucked up cell phones. the last one was set up for 'car kit' which meant i would have had to buy more stuff from them. i called LG. they had no record of repairing phones for digicom wireless, which meant the warranty on lg phones was invalid if you just turned your lg flipphone into digicom wireless for a replacement phone. i gave up and bought a nokia phone. still have the same basic nokia. who knew....its been 2 years of the nokia. before that i struggled with digicom wireless and the lg flipphone. there is more. this last spring we went on the family plan with metro pcs. the friend who decided we needed to be on the family plan, went to a digicom wireless outlet. they turned off the service on the phones before providing the real costs we would be paying. the prices quoted over the counter were less than what yhad to be paid to metro pcs. the bait and switch, the tacky scam crap, its all what digicom wireless does as part of how buisness is conducted. when you go into a metro pcs store, pay attention. dont do buisness with digicom wireless. this company is terrible. metro pcs does no oversight on the small buisnesses that fly under their banner. it is buyer beware completely.
