I've had to come into this store (by the way it is a corporate store not a 3rd party owned store),…read moretwice this year. Actually, twice within the past 3 months and it's not because I'm a T-Mobile customer, though it will be that way soon, but because I am a Sprint customer whose account and phones were still on the Sprint network & billing I needed some help with converting things over (new SIM card, backing up phone, transfer info from an Android to an iPhone, etc.). Each time I went in I was acknowledged, especially if no one was available to help me (as in they were busy with other customers) they would always say "someone will be with you shortly" to whoever walked through the door. And each time I've been in there they were always cheerful and helpful. Good customer service!

I have had t-Mobile for more than 20 years, the prior 10 in Washington State were good, and the…read morelast 10 years since I moved to Petaluma in the 94952 area code, my service during the day is CRAP. I have reported it OVER & OVER & OVER to t-Mobile and have gotten no resolution. I JUST learned (10 YEARS LATER) by a t-Mobile repair rep that t-Mobile has inadequate cell tower coverage to this zip code and there are no new towers planned at this time. I was also told that no repairs had ever been attempted and that this was the first one. I was told when I reported it 10,000 times before that they were checking, THEY WEREN'T because they already knew the issue was lack of sufficient cell towers. The problem is the person on the other end of the phone hears our connection cutting in and out like popcorn. So, FYI all you folks out there with the same problem, THIS IS THE REASON. Also, t-mobile is pushing 5G internet service, NOPE, 94952 area code, the connection IS BEYOND BAD. The REALLY BAD PART is that most of these cell phone carriers in Petaluma have crap service, so select your price with this in mind.

But we were able to talk it out and come to an understanding. In the end, he fixed my phone and got it looking good again, which I really appreciated. Overall, I had a fantastic experience. I brought in my Asus Zenbook because a few of the keys were…read morenonfunctional. I was quoted $150 (plus tax and merchant fees) to diagnose the issue. That price felt reasonable, so I asked what exactly it included. The policy was explained to me along the lines of: "We can usually cover the cost of parts within this price, but occasionally there are outliers where additional costs may be necessary depending on the repair." Honestly, I found that even more reasonable. We live in a world where tech manufacturers care less and less about repairability and seem to believe you're better off just buying a new device instead of fixing the one you have. Asus itself charges a minimum diagnostic fee of $99, and that doesn't even include shipping. At that point, I can only imagine what the communication and turnaround time would look like. After a few days of diagnostics, it was explained to me that I would need a new keyboard. Most of the keys simply needed a little work to get functioning again, but unfortunately my "C" key was completely done for, which was obviously out of their control. A replacement keyboard was ordered from a relatively local supplier, but it arrived defective, so we had to pivot to another option from China. What really impressed me was that they returned my laptop to me while we waited for the new keyboard to arrive. That wasn't even something I had considered as a possibility. Even though the repair wasn't complete yet, I greatly appreciated being able to use my laptop in the meantime. That is absolutely not something you'd get from the manufacturer. The estimated arrival time for the replacement keyboard was about a month, but it actually showed up in only about two and a half weeks. I was psyched. I dropped my laptop off in the morning right when they opened, and it was ready for pickup by the end of the same day. Best of all, I was told there would be no additional charges beyond the original quote. Both of the gentlemen behind the counter were thoughtful, considerate, and professional throughout the entire process. The pricing was highly reasonable, the communication was excellent, and I got my laptop back in perfect shape in a timely manner. Highly, highly recommend.

Looks it up, and with a straight face says it's $575+ OR cheaper with their "membership" which is 30 something a month. Huh? Other option is a non-official replacement glass which is still $280+ without a membership, less with. I don't need or want a membership! Hard sell. Finally said okay I'll take the off brand. Goes in the back, then says they are out of those! So my only option is to pay over $575 for a new screen when I KNOW other places charge less than a third of that? Nope. The guy said this all with a straight face and they are chain, obviously pushing these memberships. Guess what- just went to Batteries Plus on Santa Rosa and paid $94 for the genuine screen! This plus must think people are stupid.
