Never ever use T-Mobile.

This review is for the Company T-Mobile and is no reflection of the office or employees of the local office. If i could give no stars I would. On Friday i spent 2 hours of valuable work time on the phone with T-mobile. I decided on the recommendation from a friend to switch from Xfinity. ** First you have to do everything one the phone, no online chat. Even thought I expressed the process was taking too long, it was one sales pitch after another. Finally at the end, I was told I would get an email to sign or I would get a phone call to confirm all the details. I received the phone call, and assumed all was in place. Today i decided to check on my order, and found an email saying my order was cancelled!!! I called them, and yes, they confirmed by order was canceled and had no reason other no note they wanted to refer me to a store. I gave this company my credit card #, my SS# (becuase they said they needed to run my credit). Pick out a phone, a watch etc... If I could say it as many times as Taylor Swift, I WILL NEVER EVER, do business with this company, and will proceed to tell every one I know. Email attached to confirm my anger.

I called today to check on an item inventory before I go in cause you know, Pandemic style. This guy picks up the phone which he was super nice about it & he is like I will put u on hold to go check the item if we have it (he also introduced himself as the team leader). So im like sure....on hold for 10mins,15mins....30mins....40mins.....then this other guy picks up the phone "hey Robert?" Im like nope wrong line still holding for item inventory. Then he is like let me put you on hold again sorry. So I was on hold for like 53 mins with no explanation of oh sorry we are busy or oh are you still there? Basically pretty bad customer service. I deal with patients daily & I get it if you get busy & you forget the phone lines but you can still attend to them in between customers. Specially if you are the team leader I would expect a better customer service from you or a call back at-least. I ended up ordering the item online but if they had it I would have gone in today so oh well but thanks for wasting my time team leader.

This is the most unhelpful T-Mobile shop I've ever been to. The lady didn't want to help me and wasn't interested. She had attitude. Don't come to this T-Mobile

I've been lied to by every Xfinity service rep. For example:…read more1) When we signed up over a year ago, the salesperson said if I called a year later, I could renew our discount for WiFi and TV service, turns out no. 2) When I called to get the renewal, I was told that was not available and that our monthly service cost would increase 25%. When I said what I was promised a year ago, I was told ok, same cost. What she did instead was to eliminate lots of channels. 3) When I called again, I got a guy in Egypt who said, he could keep our services and costs the same. Turns out no, when I checked online, it was going to be the higher rate. 4) When I went to our local store last week, I was told if I keep just the WiFi service only, for 5 years, we would pay only $71.54/month. 5) Went to the store today to cancel the TV service and keep the WiFi service, they said no, it is going to be around $96/month, or 34% higher. So disappointing. We moved here from L.A. County last year and I miss the clean, pleasant service we got from the Spectrum/Charter store. The Xfinity store here is in need of repair and the employees don't have a dress code, so you are not sure who actually works there and when you do get help, the employees seem disappointed to have to help you.

With our…read morenew FM phone system, when Shelter-In-Place was issued we were able to pivot literally overnight, to have the majority of our staff working from home the next day. Staff simply took their desk phones home, plugged them in to their routers, and got back to serving our patients without missing a beat. We are a mulit-office pediatric practice. Families rely on our call-center receptionists and our telephone advice nurses. In Feb 2020, we eliminate our relationship with our old phone service (one of the giants) because the cost was criminal, and the service was poor. FM was very hands-on helpful during implementation, setting up our new equipment, phone queues and autoattendents exactly how we asked. Then in March, the world changed. But our staff adapted immediately, largely thanks to our new FM system. With care-giving staff in the office, and everyone else at home, our internal and external communication continued seamlessly. And most importantly, we were 100% there for our patients to reach us, even during the most trying times. Fastmetrics has truly been a game-changer for us.
