Went in here following a lengthy 45min phone call with customer service and was told by Dennis due to the fact that his manager Stormy Barajas isn't in he is unable to override the system in order to discount me. Poor Dennis had to call customer service again which lasted another 20-25min speaking to two different customer service agents. Employees shouldn't be left alone at a store if they are unable to complete EVERY function as indicated by customer service. A 5min SIM card switch lasted 35min because management isn't in. read more

So I came to trade in my phone like I mentioned when they checked me in so that I can upgrade since my phone was paid off. As I get attended by the fat Latino dude with glasses he just rings me up without mentioning the deal which I assumed he was already informed. As he gets me the one I want I was told earlier about to charge fees to trade if I got to the store but than they said it's 115... whatever I guess. I paid that but as he rings me up he takes out the sim from my old phone switches to the new iPhone 13 than gets the receipt, he then brushes and just says ur all good bye. I'm confused and I than mention the trade in offer, says he didn't know that was my plan. I'm just annoyed but as he tries to do the process he checks my old phone and says it doesn't qualify like what the F. I don't know if he just didn't want to do his job but that shit was not cool returned it didn't want it and did not care for the "restock fee" and just took my business elsewhere. Hopefully this does something to bring some awareness to how bad that customer service is. read more

I am amazed with the exceptional customer service I received!! From the moment I walked in to the moment I left. I was immediately greeted by the staff and was told to sign in. I waited about 5 mins and was assisted by Nancy. I went in with my 2 year old and she was running all over the place and Nancy was super patient and sweet and offered my little girl a dry erase board and a marker to entertain her, It worked! I went in to upgrade my phone so I had A LOT of questions about the new iPhone 7 and Nancy was very knowledgeable and took her time to answer all my questions. I loved her customer service approach, she has such a warm and welcoming personality I felt like I gained a friend at the end of the service. Ok so this place went from absolute crap to awesomeness and I've noticed one big difference from the last time I came to now. There's this stocky black dude who works here and I don't remember his name because I only come in like once every 6 months but he. is. amazing. Make him the manager of the store if you already haven't. He is so nice and product knowledgeable and is just the greatest thing about this place. I get ignored by almost everyone else every time I come in but he remembers me and we're like best T-mobile buds lol, IDFW (didn't want to curse so I abbreviated lol) anyone else...even this past visit when I went in and couldn't get the upgrade I wanted because of an EPS, he was so gracious about it I didn't even really care. read more

yesterday i went in to this store to transfer my prepaid number to my father in laws account. the person helping me was Katie. she added a new line of service to my father in laws account instead of just transferring my prepaid line over. we have transferred prepaid lines to a regular account and no one has ever added a line and then moved the line over. they just do a transfer. as soon as she charged me for the activation and the phone i purchased she told me she couldn't help me anymore because she had to leave and go pick up her kids. that is very unprofessional. if she knew she had something to do she shouldn't of helped me and rushed helping me. today my original number isn't connected to the father in laws account & i had to go out of my way to another store to get my number transferred over. it seems like all they want to do is just get paid & not help with anything afterwards. never returning to this store again. read more

I currently had Sprint and decided to switch over to T-Mobile. I have had very bad customer service experiences with the reps at Sprint so I was dreading having to go to the T-Mobile store to make the switch. However, I was very surprised with the customer service Eric(the rep that helped us) offered from the moment we walked in. He went over the plan that would best benefit us, how the trade in program worked, how T-Mobile would pay for our cancellation fee and set me up with the IPhone 6 plus. He then took the time to switch all of my contacts to my new phone, helped me set my email and voicemail and showed me some tips and tricks for my new iPhone being that I had Android before. I'm very happy with my cell phone service but so much more with the customer service I got in store. Eric made it so easy for us to switch over. read more

Not only was she knowledgeable in the technical area of cell tech but in her business acumen. I love this store. I am greeted every time I go in the store. Everyone seems like they are willing to help. I've gone in for several different things from paying a bill to adding a line and getting a new phone for my sister. I went to pick up my new iPhone the insurance has ship to this location the guys couldn't get my iCloud to sync in to the new phone after all the guys tried to back up my info to the new phone after 4hrs of waiting rude associate Dennis came and told me that I would lose all my messages all my apps that the only thing that he could do is save my contacts and photos no videos. So I told him that I didn't want the new phone I would keep my old one and then stormy came out of her office and took my phone telling me that she was the manager and she was going to try a new thing she ask me to unlock it and the she plug it to the computer while I wasn't looking put some stickers in my phone put it in her pocket and told me that my phone was T-Mobile property and that the new phone which didn't have any of my info was mine cause she had already done the switch. I told her to give my phonr back and she just ran to her office and call the cops to get me out of the store. I try calling their corporate office to complain and their is no corporate office. I was previously with MetroPCS and a friend bought me a new TMobile phone at Walmart, thinking it would be easy to unlock it to MetroPCS since they had been known to merge or use the same towers or whatever. After some time went by and I still hadn't activated the TMobile phone, My MetroPCS phone blew its brains and I desperately needed a phone. So I took my Tmobile phone to MetroPCS and the guys in there were more concerned with closing up in 15 minutes than helping me at all. I went home that night and went thru the Activation process inside the box of the phone, and after appearing to take my $50 I got a confirmation in my email, and a message stating it may take up to 24 hrs to transfer my number. I waited. and I waited and nothing. So I called TMobile that and they couldn't find my number in their system. so I was told to go into a TMobile store. At this point it had been 24 hrs with no phone. I missed my boyfriend's oldest child's birthday party, I knew my mother was trying to reach me and I had just sent out a bunch of job applications with my phone number on it. UGH! So I was a bit stressed. I went into this Tmobile store the next day and WOW Carlos H. and the Manager Stormy saved my life! They also were unable to find my phone number in their system, but they never once said they couldn't help me. And they were both awesome the entire time they were helping me. They both kept trying to figure out my situation and in doing so they got themselves a loyal new customer. Thank you both for your help and for getting my problem solved! read more

Where do I begin? I was told by a t mobile representative (on the phone) that I probably needed a new SIM card as my Galaxy had become slow. I took it into this store to have a new one made. Somehow, my Contact List was erased! I did not realize it till I brought my phone home. The assoc mgr. Michael A. asked me to come back and he would see what he could do. 2 hours in this store on Thursday, and wasn't able to fix it. He really tried. I wasn't upset with him, just wanted to know why my phone was fine and now no Contacts? Fix it. Well, I called the store this morning and told Jasmine, sales assoc., that I was upset and wondered if someone could contact someone in the company and figure out how to fix it. I was in an extreme rush, and she began telling me about her phone! I told her just have him or the manager contact me, I would come in later. She continued to YELL above me. Went in to see Mikey, Stormy B. (MGR.) took my phone and for an hour was pretty much non communicative, wouldn't let me speak to Mikey A. (odd), kept him busy elsewhere. As the store manager, I expected her to treat me, and my phone with some respect. Just, generally rude. Said nothing could be done, she tried everything and there was no one at the corporate level she could speak with. I was treated rudely, they messed up my phone, and, after almost 9 years with this company, I will be leaving it. Not until I file a complaint at the corporate level about how I was treated. I was not angry when I walked in that store today, but, when I left, well, don't go to this store. Find another. I am sure T Mobile has a better experience somewhere else. read more

Went in with my son to get his phone activated n let me tell u the guy didn't know what he was doing he just charged my son $40.00 for the plan n told him to activated at home, so we came home n he tried n couldn't so he called customer service and the lady on the phone wanted to charge my son again for the service! So I told him heck no let's go back to the store n we did so then this other guy helped my son (another one that didn't know what he was doing) so he scanned a SIM card and got my son's line working so we came home happy! Well that only last one day cus last night they cut my son's service at 6pm so my son comes and tells me n I called his number n some guy answered he said I just got this number at the tmobile store when I got my new cell but by that time they had closed so we called the one on Palmdale blv and 20th they said tgey close at 7 so we rushed over there and got my son's service on again. Thank you so much TMOBILE on 20th u guys do know what ur doing n have great customer service. Oh n one of ur females workers were just standing around talking about pregnancy n epidurals!!
