T-Mobile is the WORST cell service I have endured. DO NOT set up service with this company. If you are with Sprint be prepared to lose your coverage. I did the sim card update and now I have NO SERVICE for 6 weeks. I call. I beg. I do all the troubleshooting. Nothing works. Hundreds of my neighbors in LA County are also stuck without cell service and we are filing a class action lawsuit. Location kicks customers out at 8:15pm when they close at 9:00pm. They are uninterested in servicing the customers needs. I went in to purchase a new I-Phone Pro Max and the worker with the piercing in her face, fake eyelashes, and very long acrylics could care less. She wouldn't let my husband into the building, who was paying and making the decisions because they wanted to go home. I've attached a picture of the branch at 8:15pm...You do close at 9 pm correct? They promptly closed the gate behind us as we exit and have a trip hazard when your trying to exit as the bottom of the gate is locked. Do not go here! Customer service is not their concern. This location is located inside the AV mall. I was expecting a kiosk but it's an actual store. Enter in through Dick's Sporting Goods to get there quickest. This location doesn't take appts. You need to walk-in to get your name on your list then they text you. I'm not sure if this correct but from my understanding, you have 5 minutes to get there or they call you to let you know they'll go to the following person and take you when you arrive. I cannot stress this enough. There were such good promos!!!! I can't believe it took me so long to walk into t-mobile!!!! Saved soooo much money compared to ATT. Scam!!! This store and its manger Jose (didn't even have a name tag!) are scammers! I came to purchase two iPhones and they said it was their store policy that I had to buy them with a bundle. The bundle included a case and screen protectors, I said I was not interested in buying that I simply wanted to buy the two iPhones. With the bundle it would have been an additional 120$. I then asked why can I not buy the phones by themselves and the manager said it was their policy. I then requested to see the policy on ink and they did not provide it. I told them they are forcing customers to buy more than they want. I then called the T-Mobile store down the road and they said that was not T-Mobile policy and that store shouldn't be telling its customers that! This place love to use the phrase "on us" do not fall for any of it you may think your paying a device off with how they word and find out later that is far from the truth your still paying the entirety of the device over time. And beware of there employees and manager after they make a sale they love to tell you that they can't help you after if there are any mistakes on your billing that you should wait 2-3 months for it to change, or they give you a number to a helpline that isn't very helpful 3 times out 10 your going have to ask for a supervisor to get anywhere off of this "helpline". I rarely go to T-Mobile stores. I try to do my shopping online. I called a head of time to check there inventory so I wouldn't waste my time and theres. They told me they had the phones I was looking for. When i went to purchase the phones they told me they made a mistake and only had one of the two i was looking for. I was a little up set due to the lack of responsibility. The young lady kept offering me water and telling me "you look dehydrated" she saw me upset and became very sarcastic. I rarely ever write reviews but this one particular T mobile needs to go out of business. They try to convince you to do things you do not want to. Add lines to your plans or get " free " phones which is all a scam. Not only did they do it to me but I've witnessed them try to convince other people to get these deals and after them constantly shutting it down they are still trying to convince them. I went in trying to upgrade my phone and they were acting like they couldn't do it unless I added a whole other line. This is wrong. They kept trying to convince me until I just walked out. I went straight to another T-Mobile ( 47th) and they did it with no questions asked and they made it so easy. I don't know what these guys problem are. But they need to fix it. The manager offered to help me, but I wanted the another girl to help me. I guess the manager got offended and began to say they were closing soon and that they were having system updates and wouldn't be able to help me. I went to upgrade my phone & I was welcomed with smiles (literally) At first I was helped by ALEJANDRA she was amazing! Very patient with all the questions I had and she was setting everything up for me, updating my phone, upgrading, & placing the screen protector on the phone. The next day I went back because I needed them to activate my watch JAIME helped me with the activation. He was attentive, friendly, & patient & he did exactly what I needed even though it was something new to him, he was still able to activate it. CANO was great also friendly when I walked in & informed me of all their deals. Overall I was ecstatic with their service, the only down fall was probably the wait time. Not only did they say I was not covered they had me believing that I have been paying $12 a month for one year and a half just to find out after calling corporate that IAM!!
