This is my favorite tmobile store now. After a crazy few months with note 7. These guys were able to return my note 7, refund it on the spot, call customer service on behalf of me to remove the device. add $100 from Samsung and refund my monthly fees. and refunding all the accessories. this would take 2 hours in another store. ask for Alex he is the best. dont go to great mall they are the worst. read more

The only positive thing I can say is that the sales staff is friendly. I went in to see about the iPhone 6 plus and plans. My first visit they went through the plans with me and wrote it all down for me but when I returned to set things up the figures changed and they did not stand by what I had been told just hrs before. I decided I would move forward anyways then they said I need a deposit even though no other carriers wanted a deposit. Then the bottom line figures changed 3 times. After they gave me the 3rd set of figures I left without signing up. If they cans be upfront and straight forward with me in the sales process what will they do when I'm a customer. They are very misleading at this store and the employees need more training. DONT GO HERE. read more

This location has great customer service. I know what you're thinking reading my review vs all the bad reviews stating that their experience was bad. Well, mine was really good. I came in for an upgrade and they were glad to help. They had to update the software on the new phone I was getting and that took about an hour, so we just walked around. But they were so patient while waiting for the update and they were helping other customers as well. I also noticed they greeted just about every customer that came in and let them know they'll be right with them. Jester & Eric helped me out. David helped out my bf who was also upgrading his phone, and also showed my mom a new charger cord for her tablet. I really can't complain. In store customer service not helpful and was unable to help me with the deal that was offer by customer on the phone. I was also force to buy their 50% off accessory in order to qualify the compensation deal when the other t mobil store offer phone without force customer to buy their accessory. Basically the promotion they offer is not really a good deal as they advertising it. Why should i go through so much hassle to unlock and early terminate my verizon and come in to store to 1. Trade in my phone 2. Buy t mobil phone to be eligible for the early compensation?????? When the online customers offer 1. No trade in 2. No new phone to buy !? I came in a few weeks ago to ask about plans for my family, who've just immigrated here, and to find out if their international phones would accept US SIM cards. Pandora very patiently worked with us to open up 4 international phones and test out her own US SIM card in their phones, all while I worked with my mom to translate everything between my newly-immigrated family and Pandora. This patience and open-mindedness continued while she explained what kinds of plans we could get for my relatives, with the help of Manager Kurt! Kurt even called up one of his bosses to ask if a certain thing was possible, to get us a better deal on a plan. We didn't end up buying a plan for my relatives, but they were very understanding when I told them so! Never once got frustrated or flustered the entire time we were there! Thanks, guys! read more

Already a T-Mobile customer but went in to buy a new phone at full retail price. Salesgirl told me that T-Mobile doesn't sell phones without signing up for a new plan... Um, yes they do.."uncarrier" and all that stuff? Showed her on the sign right next to the display model it says "Price without service plan, $$$ amount of dollars. She said "Noooo... we don't sell phones without a plan". Uhh, but it says on the sign - ahh forget it! Beware, this store doesn't sell phones... it sells contacts. read more

We came in for a plan and phone upgrade early afternoon on a Sunday. Kevin was the only person manning the store. He was incredibly helpful and knowledge answering all our questions and concerns as we were hesitant about switching plans and providers. People like Kevin deserve to be appreciated and recognized because he gave us the attention needed to complete the upgrade and purchase of a new phone. We definitely will stay with T-mobile as long as they keep employees like Kevin representing their company. We love our new Samsung S6 phone! read more

So I have been with t mobile for a year or over....and I am so bad with with names but I want to say his name is John. I could be wrong but I never forget a face he made it so simple and easy for me to jump from my iPhone 6 to a 6plus. He gave me great information without overloading my brain especially being off of work. Apologies again there was a woman helping me as well and I really appreciate her help. My dad and I came in here today to upgrade my IPhone 5s to an IPhone 6s Plus. One of the workers that helped us was Kevin S. He was a great help. He helped my dad understand what was going on with our phone plan and went step by step to show us how my upgrade would affect the phone plan. Unfortunately, they didn't have the rose gold color in the IPhone 6s plus which was okay. But he was willing to help me transfer mine all my things into my new phone when it comes in the mail. I don't live in the area and was waiting to have my vehicle serviced at a nerby dealership. I would seriously consider driving 30+ minutes just to get here in the future. Caesar and his staff were extremely helpful and knowlegable. My mom is 78 and I wanted to buy her a new phone for her B-Day but not pay the high price for new phones. Caesar showed me the perfect phone to fit my budget and took the time to show me features that the phone offers to make this complicated digital world a breeze for my mother. Came in to switch from Verizon to TMobile because I will be traveling from overseas to the states a lot. I came in and was greeted right away. Tom was actually the sales associate who helped me out with everything. Every question and every concerned I had, he answered. Not sure what the one star rating below are about. I can't think of one reason to not give this store five stars. From the first time I stepped foot into the store I haven't stopped commuting to this store even though I do have T-Mobile stores that are closer to where I live. Tom is awesome, he helped me the two last time I have stopped by. He greeted me every time and answered all my questions I had. Fantastic customer service! We came here to have a sim replacement and a warranty exchange. Sounds complicated but it only took about 20 mins, which is pretty fast for a busy Sunday. My phone broke and I just wanted to get a new phone asap. So I did and thanks to Dianna (I believe that's her name) for her quick and efficient service. I was in and out of the store within 25 mins max. I usually have to stay for an hour minimum at these places because they'd try to upgrade my plan and bullshit me for whatever shit. I went into this location on Saturday to pay my phone bill. After I paid it I came back home. I live in San Jose. So I get back in to town and make a phone call and T-Mobile had changed my phone number without authorization. I also received a text message from them stating I had made changes to my account so therefore I no longer had data.. I never requested to have my phone number changed nor did I call to make changes to my account.. I went in to tell them about what they had done. Which by the way I waited an hour before anyone could help me and all I was told was "oh it was just a simple mistake" how the hell do you accidentally change someone's phone number without the customer requesting it?? I'm so disappointed with the service overall. If I had known from the beginning this was gonna happen, I would have never chosen T-Mobile as my wireless provider.. I had an emergency that day as well and provided the emergency crew with my phone number. They were gonna call me back later on in the day with some details about my emergency and thanks to this location changing my phone number, I was not able to receive that phone call. They deserve 0 stars.. Shame on you T-Mobile!! read more

There are no words to express my experience with this location. I never knew such great customer service existed. When it comes to reliable customer service and overall knowledge these guys are the BEST. I know that there's been a few bad reviews on this location in the past but now there is a whole new staff managed by one of the greatest managers in the business (Kurk A.) The people here are VERY helpful and will go above and beyond to make sure you get what your looking for. From the time I activated my family plan here to minor billing issues they are able to identify my needs and solve it right away. I just moved my family plan (6 lines) from Verizon to T-mobile. I am very disappointed w/ the customer service at this location - actually the worst customer service for a phone provider branch. There were 3 sales people, all helping a customer when we went in. When we got there, nobody greeted us, did not acknowledge us at all. How hard is it to look at us and say give us a few minutes and we'll be right w/ you guys? After sitting there for over 10 minutes, one of the sales guy was finally free and asked us what we wanted. I told him our situation and he wasn't very helpful at all. I needed to move 3 lines first and the remaining 3 lines a few days later. He said he couldn't do this (didn't really appreciate his tone either). I went to the T-mobile at Great Mall and they helped me do it w/out any issues (was creative to make this happen). I will take the longer drive and go to the Great Mall location if i need anything from T-mobile. read more
