They are quick to respond to messages and arrived at the store, saw the phone, it was in excellent condition, they sold it to me with a charger, box, and included a free case and screen protector in which they installed. I have already recommended them to a friend and would definitely come back to them when in need of another used phone or accessories.

All of my messages were gone as of July 2,2026, which was devastating because of photos sent from relatives and friends over the years. I researched everything but nothing worked so I finally called Verizon Technical to ask for help. They did diagnostics and whatever and said that they could get my precious messages back. They made an appointment for me with this business for today at 300pm and said that they would take care of the costs. I was greatly relieved from the promises and drove out to this business. I was helped by Nori, who was pleasant and understanding. After listening to me explain what had happened, she gently explained that their business does not work at all with Apps. My mouth fell open. Why did Verizon send me here then? Nori said that I would have to go directly to WhatsApp and get help from them in order to retrieve my messages. She felt so bad for me having to drive all that way and not get results. I couldn't believe what had just happened. She then asked for my phone and somehow magically she was able to reinstall the app but could not figure out how to retrieve my messages or that maybe they were lost. I would have to go to WhatsApp directly. I appreciated Nori for explaining the process and reinstalling the app. I feel she went the extra mile to satisfy me, a future customer. Now that's what I call Good Customer Service! Thank you, Nori. Free parking is available in front of the store. It is located in a strip mall with other businesses.

I never even thought that corporate franchise business might do that to you. But here is what…read morehappened. I brought in my ASUS Zenbook for repairs of a screen. There was a huge crack in the middle of a screen, making the touchpad unusable. I brought my own screen, bought from asus website but I was told that in this case the repairs won't be covered. And for a screen from their screen I have to wait. That's alright I thought. Two days later, got a call saying the part has arrived. They fixed pretty quick, no issues here. Bringing laptop home I realized the bezel is not afixed correctly, there are lots of glue all over the screen and small crack in the corner. Not sure if it happened when I opened the laptop or they gave it like this to me. Brought it back. And that's where the circus begun. "Screen functioning with no issues so we can only refund the labor" - their words. So not only the new "broken" screen is never been covered, the broken bezel is not covered as well. Reporting it to BBB and claiming chargeback from the bank.

They said it would be quick so I waited around for 2 hours until they told me that they needed more time win the phone. I went home and then returned to pick up my phone. The repair was supposed to cost $70. However, when I got to the store... the repair "technician" told me that something went wrong and that now my phone's home button wasn't working. He said there was nothing else he could do. The "manager" Susan was horrendous, she was extremely rude and told me I still had to pay for my screen repair even though they caused extreme damage to my phone that ranged between $150-$300 to repair. I was freaking out! After much arguing, they agreed to pay the repair of my phone after I took it to Apple. I had them write out a contract so that I wouldn't end up eff-ed up after their wrong doing. This place is freaking TERRIBLE!!!! Please don't come here: their customer service is horrible, they're unprofessional and dishonest, and most importantly their parts are crappy. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME.

There was also some confusion on how much time we had because the initial booking email said 30 mins, the confirmation email said 45 mins but when we got there it was actually an hour. You reserve the time and a specific machine to book but really you can use any machine that isn't in use during that time. I had to switch my usual run for a run/walk because it did get pretty hot with the infrared at the highest setting but I have done bikram yoga and this wasn't nearly as hot as that. Some of the treadmill pods are better set up for walking than running based on the height of the pod but knowing that now I'll just pick a different treadmill next time. Took advantage of the stair master (careful getting off, I accidentally burned my arm a bit). The foam rolling with infrared is fantastic. There is a small kitchen area with water and snacks but they just had goldfish and Welch fruit snacks which works in a pinch but I'd expect something a little healthier at a gym. Overall, a good experience and now knowing what to expect, should make an even better experience next time.
