This location is the worst place to visit for account-related questions. I called 611, which is usually the only reliable way to get assistance, but sometimes there is a lack of communication between customer service representatives and the stores. I was told by a rep that I had to visit this store in person to fill out forms and provide proof of death to cancel my mom's account after her passing. I confirmed multiple times with the rep on the phone that this was necessary, despite my experience that billing issues are usually handled through 611. After driving there and wasting time and gas, I found out it wasn't necessary at all. When I arrived at the Flag Miami store, I explained my situation to the store manager. Unfortunately, she seemed more focused on chatting with her team and complaining about not being able to attend a meeting the next day than helping me. This experience was frustrating and deeply disappointing, especially during such a difficult time. Hello, This is a very disloyal T-Mobile location. I came in August 18 it's been a whole month. I came in to purchase a phone they told me I qualified for a free iPhone 15/free fourth line since I had 3 lines did the whole process at the end they told me promotion was expired no apologies only told me to go to corporate. I called customer service explained the situation the lady told me to wait the iphone16 was going to come out that I qualified for a free iPhone 16. Long story short I've called multiple times to customer service no one can help me I had to go to corporate the manger there escalated but still waiting worst experience ever T-Mobile this is very disloyal I've been a customer for awhile to get this back and fourth. I went today to this store to trade in my old phone for a new one, base on a promotion over the phone with T-Mobile. First they told me the promotion was not available through the store. I called back T-Mobile and I was able to do it over the phone, and as they explained to me, some promotions are not available in the store, I clearly understood. Now is my reason for 1Star. I went back to the store to tell them I was able to do the promotion over the phone and that I will need help to transfer the apps, pictures an contacts to the new phone once i receive it. Their answer was, they wouldn't be able to help me because I did not made the deal with them. this sound it weird to me, so i called T-Mobile again and i ask them about this new issue now. I worked in this T-Mobile let me tell you, something this store including every T-Mobile within a 30 mile radius is scamming you to the fullest degree taking your credit and destroying it. I am glad I worked there because I saw the manager there power hungry like if nothing can happen to her adda raffat is the manager if you ever want to know whos really the manager here these people are horrible people that get the hard earned money from customers and use it to get there commissions up, they have trashcans in the back filled with CPNI there hiring immigrants because they don't know any better, on top of this happening when I contacted our hire up Chris Gomez he did nothing he said he would talk to adda raffat there using social engineering to control everyone for my own safety I left the store after I left they fired all the workers that adda raffat had issues with and kept the new workers that don't know any better and the workers that don't care about scamming people. if you don't believe me test it and check if there really giving you the promotions that exist there. Or go buy something and check if they didn't add anything after you left they love to add watch lines worth 15$ each making it 30$ for 2 For all the people that they made me fool I apologize. i Suspect most of these managers can barely work in a dollar store let alone a telecommunication store. read more

Walked in at 8:45pm, 15 minutes before closing. Johnny greeted me with a smile and ask how he can help. My grandmother's phone was not working. We kept getting a network error. Johnny checked and there was an issue with the SIM card. He replaced it and all was good. I appreciate the smile and great customer service even if it was 15 mins before close. read more

Found a great T-Mobile Store. The management team there has really hired some great employees. They go the extra mile to make sure you are happy with your purchase. T-Mobile generally does a great job, but you can clearly see this team is a great example of the T-Mobile values. Definitely will be going back. read more

Outstanding service from Yader! We needed service while traveling through Miami. We called from the airport and described the issue with an iPhone. Yader said he'd be happy to try to help us even though the issues were outside the services T-Mobile offers (problem with iPhone and third party email server). We Ubered to the store and Yader was able to resolve the issue for us in a few minutes. I'd make this my exclusive store if I lived in Miami. Thank you Yader! read more

The manger Amar was very kind and really helped me solving my questions, I was even a bit dubious due to previous inconveniences with billing and she and her coworker were so helpful to me and my friend that we even took a new line with T- mobile after such a good explanation and attention received.
