About a month after the fix I placed my phone on my kitchen counter a bit harsh and come to find out when I pick it up that the screen had completely popped out of place. Didn't stop working or broke it just simply popper out of place. You may say that's a risk you take when fixing your phone outside of apple but I've had this same phone fixed before with a different vendor and although I've dropped it countless time it has NEVER popped out of place. Brought my iPhone here to get fixed. Was turning it in but had to replace the cracked screen. Repairs toon a couple hours so I went home and ran some errands. Phone worked and the screen was replaced and snuggly placed. The attendant was very polite. Came here to get my iPhone screen fixed and it was the worst thing ever. When I got it back the screen wasn't working properly like my live video and to open the camera or flash light when my phone is locked it didn't work. The next week the phone cracked again from barely any contact. This screen has a terrible quality and keeps cracking even if I tap my phone too hard. DO NOT get your iPhone screen fixed here unless you're Rick and enjoy throwing your money away because it's your hobby. I currently have a BLACK giant spot over my phone and I didn't even drop it. By far the worst money I have spent. When I called to let them know about the situation they offered me a discount of twenty dollars less for another repair. Brought my phone in. I was told it would take 40 minutes. When I returned and the work was not complete the technician acted hostile and threatened to reinstall the broken screen and refuse to fix the phone. The manager had to step in. 3 hrs later I finally had a fixed phone and the manager attempted to compensate me for my time. At this point I was happy to not be held hostage in the mall any further. Took my son's phone and replaced screen. The next day I went back due to slow response and random things happening on the screen. So the tech told me to give it a week or two for the new screen to sync up. Two weeks went by and the screen was still not functioning properly. It Had a slow response and the screen would randomly glitch. I took it back to the store- the tech tested it and saw with his own eyes the same thing I mentioned it was doing 2 weeks prior and now still. Tech states nothing wrong with it. Bottom line they would not even try to switch screen to check the phone. At this point the screen is even coming apart at the corner. Enjoy the $80.00 Dr Phone fix. I had called the store on 114 and bird road for a price to repair my phone and was treated in a very nice manner by the employee Eloi, who told me that the price was 149.99 to repair my daughter's iPhone 6. He said that based on my explanation of the damages, the LCD and the screen had to be replaced . I asked once again if that was the total price and he said yes and so I when to the store right away to have the phone fixed. He said that he was not going to charge me For the diagnostic . After a few minutes he called me and said that the LCD was damaged indeed and needed to be replaced and therefore the repair was going to be more expensive. I immediately told him that we have had a misunderstanding because I had clearly asked And understood that 149.99 was the price for the total repair and that was why I when to this particular store. Well I was there with my 14 years old daughter and my mother and he proceeded to insult me saying that there's no point in trying to be nice to people, he started yelling at me at this point in front of another customer he told me to get out of the store . I then Asked him to return my phone so I could leave and he told me oh no now you are going to wait. He was screaming at the top of his lungs and I said that I was going to contact the store management and his response was to do whatever I wanted. Employees like this make a huge negative impact in a business when they loose their temper to the point of yelling and asking a customer go get out of the store just because there was a misunderstanding .
