​My phone's screen broke and thanks to a Groupon I ended up in here. I called before to see if they will accept it and they said yes. $31 for a new screen? not bad at all! The place was fine, the service was good, but the parking is not that easy. They took 45min to repair it and they did a good job. I have 30 days guarantee on the touch screen and I can go to get a new one if it doesn't work in that time frame. Beware!!! This place is completely unprofessional. Don't buy the yelp offer they will not honor it even though it says on yelp they have to honor it. They said that I'm an abusive customer that they supposedly gave me a discount and I was never informed of. They sarcastically mocked me I was in complete awe on the owners behavior and his sister. They don't have a price list anywhere they make up prices as they go. They don't care if you come back like the girl said they have customers all the time. Also the repaired screens and camera on my iPads and iPhone are bad quality. The camera takes ok pictures but on the screen of the phone the camera image is staticky also the screen on the iPhone is loose, the screens on the iPads broke just a week from the repair. So I was forced to go to this store to pick up a package from UPS. I guess this company along with peddling old outdated electronics that no one wants, is also a UPS access point. So I get there and hand my pick up ticket to the employee which goes to the back to look for my package. After a total of 30 secs, she returns and states "your package isn't here, you need to call UPS" I explained to her that I just got off the phone with UPS and they assured me the package was there. I asked her to check again. She now asks my first name and looks again. She returns and says "sorry not here", at this moment another employee states my name with the slightest variation of spelling and I say yes it's me. The first employee says "well if your ID doesn't state this exact variation you can't have the package" I explained to her that many people have many variations of their first name but that I could verify the address, last name etc. The level ignorance, unprofessionalism and rudeness displayed by this employee is unacceptable. UPS should drop them as access point permanently. read more

Horrible horrible customer service! I took my daughters iPad there on a Saturday since she dropped her iPad. Originally was told it will take 3 hours when I called then went and was told they didn't have the materials and had to order them and they would call me on Tuesday to tell me when it was ready. Friday comes and no call. I called and was hung up on twice. I had it and I asked where is my daughters iPad to which I was told oh sorry we can't fix it since it seems to be the motherboard and to come pick it up cause there's nothing they could do. And yet they couldn't call me to advise me of this. If I hadn't called to see what is going on would they have called me. I went in and asked for the manager and the lady said no I can't speak to him. These people are horrible. Stay away from them!!! read more

NEVER AGAIN! Save yourself the hassle and pay a little more ANYWHERE ELSE! Replaced my son's cracked iPad screen only to have it loose touch capability and then crack within the week. When I took it back I was told he MUST have pushed the screen too hard. I paid to repair again only to have the same thing happen. When I returned with the two week period, I was told it was not covered under their two week guarantee. Lady was extremely rude. read more

I wish there was a no stars option. I went to the store inside of Sedano's in Kendall. I purchased a Groupon for this deal. When i went there the guy who helped me was nice, fixed my phone within 15 mins and I was out the door, I gave them a good review as it all went smoothly... Well so I thought, 3 days after my phone was "fixed" my screen stopped working lost touch capacity, I went to their shop and they were closed, went the next day, and the guy said this is weird, this never happens but since they had a 15 day warranty they would change the screen. When I was there he said they didn't have anymore white screens so gave me a broken one temporarily and to come back in 2 hrs, I returned and he changed the screen. I noticed that the screen had a little crack on it but when I showed it to him, he said no that it was just my screen protector which he put on for me and I had an Otter box on it. I let it go, within 4 days, my phone started acting up, moving on its own, calling people, as if it were possessed. I called him and he said to come in, he then said he wasn't able to recreate the issue and to try to restart my phone as it could be a hardware issue. I went to the apple store, they revised my phone and they said nothing was wrong with the internal part of it but that the screen was of very poor quality, they put over a blue light and saw that it was about to crack from different angles and was just over all of VERY POOR QUALITY. I went to the store showed it to him and he tells me the screen is cracked and the warranty doesn't cover when screens are cracked. I explained to him that ive been going multiple times for different issues and I was very displeased and asked for them to please help me as I had made sooo many visits to the store and my phone was now cracked and acting up. He then said there was nothing he could do and to call the main store to speak to the owner, I attempted to call multiple times and I always got "the owner is not available and to call back 2 hrs later." The woman who was the manager was so rude, unprofessional, and made fun of me when i told her why my phone was of such high important since I basically depend on it for work and I couldn't be doing this. They ended up not helping me whats so ever. I informed Groupon and they have provided me with a credit and will be working with another company. I DON'T RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE! I am a business Owner and as one I try to be honest and fair , I took both Computers and phones to this location , and I regret the experience I thought at the beginning it was a great place to do business with but at the end , everything was just excuses in which some of the cases they end up saying they won't be able to fix problems after several days I figure lack of knowledge or too much work i did not received a follow up call well I figure I was getting what I could expect from what I thought was a right price, phones that are tool for my associates meant nothing for them they hold up phones for days and even I spoke to the owner the phone tech he just can handle the work figure he is the only tech in both locations. I am taking the time today because I do think business means to been treated like that at all and well as a business man this is to show them they are not doing right at all, I end up taking my equipment to another locations and they do not care, I figure they have too much in their hands or just the way they do business for me it's not professional at all, I was expecting a better experience but it did not happen. It's a great location but I took the extra mile to get everything fix. I do not see this business going to a good direction and my only intention is to give a hint to the owner which I know its part of the problem since he is the first one to do not care about customers. The prices are right, at the end you just get for what you pay. They do not realize that time its money no they care about a customer to come back. Please be aware and go the extra mile to get another place for service. I search and for my inconvenience all their locations are very close to my business and my home but I am going very further away to get right service and the right customer service. read more
