This location is probally one of the worst stores that I have been in. I have been to this location before with zero issues. They must have fired everyone and got new people that could careless about customer service. I came in yesterday around 11 am with a phone issue. They are focused on helping who they are helping, which is nice. However walking in the two people working looked at me and did not even say hello. So I am wondering around the store awkwardly. I have been using T-mobile for more than 6 years, the service staff is very good, my whole family uses 4 phone numbers, and also buy insurance phone numbers. We, our insurance service is not working, because your phone is damaged. Insurance will not pay for you and we have cut the insurance and have to buy a new phone to use, I think I will change to another service for better benefits, but because the staff there is friendly. Unfortunately, I have had the worst experience with this store. When I first purchased new iPhones with my husband, it was a nightmare. Emails did not get sent that were required to complete the purchase and we tried at least 4 different email addresses but the problem was on their end. This ended in a cancellation of the entire order and two reorders. All in all, there was about 5 hours spent in the store and online just to purchase new phones. Fast forward to when the phone arrived, I was told by an employee that they needed a special device which they did not have, which was slow and could take hours to transfer from my old Android to the new iphone. Not true. After I called another store to see if they had this device, they said it was as easy as downloading an app and we could transfer everything at home. Today, I called in to see about the process of replacing my iPhone screen, and was told go online to their insurance company's website and file a claim and that the process would cost $175. I specifically remembered hearing that with my insurance I could take the phone into an Apple store and get the screen replace for around $30 so I was confused. After looking on the website and finding that my phone number was not registered with them, I called back and spoke to a different employee and asked about the $30 replacement at the apple store, and both employees repeated that the cost was $175 and to go onto the insurance website. Zero help. So I did my own research... I signed up with Tmobile to get insurance with Apple Care and all I have to do is bring my phone into the apple store and wow! Pay only $30. Why didn't either employee know about this? Why didn't they look up my phone number to check? I feel like the lack of knowledge at this store has seriously burdened me as a customer and I will no longer do any business here. read more

First off I want to say our sales person was good. The experience has been awful. First issue we had was seeing the phone for the first time we noticed damage on the outside of the phone. They had started activating it because they open the box and start to switch everything over before we even get to see the phone and inspect. After we notice this they say we can refund it/exchange it but we can't do it today we have to come back when the manager was there. I questioned this because we didn't even leave the store and they couldn't just swap it out for another one? Strange but ok, Next day I get a text from the manager Dustin asking about 10's on their survey. I text him back asking for his schedule since I was told I need to see the manager. To no surprise he didn't respond so I tried again 24 hours later again no response. So overall very disappointed. I would call out our sales guy but I don't want him attached to bad management that only cares about a 10 on their survey. read more

Second time within 2 months my son lost his phone. Since the line was suspended, the in-store Rep needed to call the call center to unlock it. BOTH TIMES, the Rep was too lazy to call. Too lazy to do their job. Before goING INTo the store(both times) I called the call center to confirm what I am supposed to do. I was told the store Staff can take care of it. Both times, I ended up having to get it SIM cards activated by the call center. I have made 2 formal complaints about this store. There's more to it. Today, the reps name is Sarah. We will NEVER step foot in this location again. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE OH, and she had the nerve to try and push my husband to upgrade his phone!!! UPDATE 1/14: The company who actually owns this store, Wireless Vision, has not done a single thing to deal with this issue besides have their lawyer call me trying to ask me questions. The store manager who I finally spoke with on 1/13 since I physically went into the store, told me the store cameras footage goes into a cloud and they have to submit a ticket for it and that it will get handled. He said one of the higher ups would call to speak with me about what happened because they are not happy. When the lawyer called me, the first thing he said after saying who he was is "unfortunately this store does not have working cameras and we are working on fixing that" which I don't think is the truth. Upon walking around where my son was injured, Dustin and I actually found a major injury hazard and design flaw with the tv metal surroundings being bent. Apparently this store was just remodeled a month ago and this should not have passed! Original Review: My son was injured in this store and had to go to the emergency room. The employee only gave my son a band aide and said sorry. The manager absolutely refuses to call me back, when I have been extremely nice about it considering the run around I am getting. I live in Marysville but work in Kirkland m-f so it is not easy for me to go into the store in person to speak with him about the incident. Another employee, Eric, even lied to a customer rep from T-Mobile about what happened. The customer rep I spoke with at T-Mobile even said the manager would call me back that day since they are involved with the issue... I have called the store now 6 times about this incident since the manager is the only person who can submit a ticket to get the CCTV footage. I have even filed a incident report with the police since this is what T-Mobile has told me to do since the Manager & store employees are not being helpful, but the police cannot do anything anymore since new laws/rules/regulations came out. I have been a T-Mobile customer for 10+ years and this is NOT okay! I don't know how this manager still has his job since there are so many poor reviews about him. read more

I purchased two phone lines from this location. I clearly explained to the salesperson the features that I needed as well as that I was purchasing this exclusively for travel abroad. He quickly recommended the respective plan of my requirements, that I purchased. A few days later while traveling out of the country, I tried to use my new line and realized that I couldn't get a connection (both lines were useless). I called the store a couple time only to be told that they would look into and call me back, which they never did. I finally called T-Mobile support and they informed me that I was sold and set up with the WRONG PLAN FOR INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL. What a huge inconvenience!!! When I returned, I called the store, this time asking for a refund, again they put me on hold for 10 minutes only to tell me that someone would call within 30 minutes. They never returned my call so 2 hours later I called T-Mobile to file a complaint and I was refunded my full amount. T-Mobile apologized that this store misled me. To me the damage was already done, I'm just glad I don't have to deal with them anymore. Sprint device coverage is absolutely terrible, I would drop calls outside of my house which is on the I-5 corridor. And they lied to me about pricing, we were paying $140 more a month than what they said the price would be. I would never recommend this company to anyone, and will never ever use them again. This place deserves NO STARS; I'd given them a negative star rating if I could.Honestly T-Mobile needs to shut them down so that they don't disgrace the company and sully its reputation. I had family visiting from out of town and they wanted to purchase a US Tourist prepaid plan- the staff there pretended that they'd never heard of such a plan even though it was RIGHT THERE ON THE T-Mobile website with the listed price. They tried to insist that we needed to buy a $100 plan instead. A woman sales rep there then said she had to "check this" in the backroom with another coworker, and they both came out and said, "Oh yes we found the plan, but it'll cost you $65 before taxes" even though the plan only costs $30! They claimed that all T-Mobile outlets charge a "different price" and wanted to charge a $25 activation fee on top of the phone plan price. They tried to swindle us that day but failed because I knew what my usual T-Mobile store in Bellevue charges. Do yourself a favor and never, ever give this branch your money!!! read more

Dustin is the store manager at this location and he provides the WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I went into this location to get a new phone on the plan I have had with T-Mobile for 20 years. They didn't have the Galaxy S21 I wanted in the store, but rather than order one, Dustin said he would have one in for me in a day or two on his normal shipment. I went back a few days later and Dustin wasn't working. The employee couldn't find my phone, but said Dustin would be working the following day. I called the next day before going in since I live over 20 minutes away from the store, but Dustin was not available. I left a message with the employee for him to call me back. I never got a call. I did this four times between 10a.m. and 3p.m. and Dustin never bothered to call me back. For a store manager he lacks any knowledge of how to treat customers of the company he works for. I went to another store and got a phone ordered in about 10 minutes and the employees at the store I went to said they hear similar things about Dustin's store all the time. If I could I would give this store no stars! Never in my life have I had such horrible customer service! I have been with t mobile for almost ten years now and the staff at this store have completely ruined my love for t mobile. I bought a new phone from them a week ago and have had nothing but problems ever since! I want to warn everyone to read everything before signing because what they tell you is not true. I had spoke to customer care before going to the t mobile store they told me with my Insurance I could trade in my Samsung note 3 that I owed $200 on and get a new phone and that I would not owe anything on the note 3 I would start paying my new phone. When I went to the shop the lady helping me said the same thing. She switched my insurances to on demand and said she just had to make a call so I wouldn't owe anything. When I went to turn in my note 3 a week later they told me I had to pay them $90 that is not what I was told! It took me 2 visits before I could even get helped I had my two children with me and waited for over an hour with a return but everyone even customers who came in after me got helped because they were making a purchase. I decided to come In first thing when they opened the guy who helped me called customer care got my phone down to 30. I had know choice but to pay and turn in my phone. I was already so upset that I had been lied to and every time I came in I could not get any help. I thought I would be done with this store and their rude staff. On Thursday October 8th I turned in my phone at 11 am I forgot my SD card in it that had all my pictures this was a 32gb full of memories. I remembered and called them at 6 spoke with a male who said he would go look for it and put it to the side he asked for my name the phone and my number. I said do I need to call back and make sure u found it this is extremely important. He didn't seem to care he said there busy but he would take care of it and that the phones had not been sent to out yet. I called first thing Friday morning as soon as they opened spoke with a lady who had no idea what I was talking about again asked for my name number and phone and said she would call me back. At 4 I had not heard anything I called again. And spoke to Colleen told her the whole situation at this time I am panicking she said we are busy I need time to figure out if it's here I will call you back. I said please please call me back everyone is saying they will call me back I need my SD card! Colleen promised she would call me back. Nothing! I called first thing on Saturday morning another guy answered the phone I told him everything that had happened he said well they sent the phones out yesterday morning I don't see anything so ya sorry. That was it he did not care I was in tears I told him how horrible the customer service was. He offered nothing for the Sim card I paid for they just kept. Not even a real apologie. I have worked in customer service my whole life. I manage shops and I would never ever treat a customer like that. They should be extremely embarrassed. I had been a long time Verizon customer for 10 years and was pretty happy (paying $185 two lines 8GB data), but I saw very competitive pricing advertisements from other carriers so we decided to switch to T-Mobile. The ONLY good thing about T-Mobile is the unlimited data. Every things else I've experienced from T-Mobile has been horrible. We've had T-Mobile for 3 months and with the promo we are actually paying much more $220, until we recieve our rebate then it will go down to $166, so only saving us $20 bucks/ month. Even so it is NOT worth the trouble and we will be switching before we even get to make the lower payments. The calling service sucks, drop calls constantly or won't even dial through (why even have a phone if you can't make a phone call). Text messages and phone calls only work if your data is on. I had to get a replacement phone after a week because there were so many glitches. Switching to T-Mobile has been the worst decision and we will be switching back to Verizon as soon as possible. read more

They make you jump thru hoops even after they say it's Covered by warranty over the phone when the battery in your phone is about to pop out the back then we go into the store then all of a sudden insurance and warranty won't cover it they go back and forth saying one is supposed to cover it but in the end my grandma had to pay 100$ for a phone that is probably going to have the same problems that her phone has now. They have the phone that she is supposed to get here but they have to send it back to the wear house and send the same one back to the store in a week just because of their incompetence. We have been here for over an hour with them all saying the same thing. " The battery is covered under warranty until sides of the phone are separated by the expanded battery that is not covered under warranty" and the expanded battery is an error from the phone company not user they even admitted that in store. I highly recommend not using this company or just gambling and not getting insurance or warranty because it's worthless they don't do anything to help you even if it's not your fault your phone broke. read more

Stay away from this store, their only concern is their commission, they have no concern for customer satisfaction. Been there twice in the past week and have been lied to both times and listened to them lite to other customers. They won't call other stores to see if they have products, they just tell you that other stores don't have the items. But when you call other stores they not only have the product they have multiple pieces. Then when you go in for customer service issues they tell you they can't handle those issues contrary to what T-Mobile customer service tells you. I saw tmobiles 55+ commercial so i used my app and called to get details..find out what i needed to do to switch after my upcoming birthday. I was told i needed to go to my local.store, present my id tp verify my age and they would be able to switch us over...simple right? Nope!! 4 days after my 55th we head to winco then over to tmobile. Lizzie and Amanda were at the desk next to the door...i told them we were there to switch to the 55+ plan..they get our account info and Amanda says they will have to r7n a credit check ....um..for what? We have been with tmobile on a month to month plan..bought phones..tablet even a speaker and you want to run credit so we can switch to a lower monthly bill?? No!! Amanda simply tells me she cant help us I repeated the reason i was there was to provide my ID so its in system so we can switch plans Lizzie chimes in and tells me they dont do that there. I told her i had spoke to tmobile through my app and was instructed what i needed to do and that i was there to do just that. In stereo they replied they couldn't help us. Frustrated..we told them we also had a data line we have been paying for that isnt being used (they verified it hasn't been used in months) and that we no longer wanted it. Again we are told they cant help us. As we turn to leave both Amanda and Lizzie with huge attitude wish a good night...we thank them for not helping us at all and leave. Parked right outside the door we watch Amanda laughing her way to the back counter..she plops down with a smug look and laughing so hard she can barely contain herself. Very displeased wirh our encounter i use my app to call tmobile and ask again what i am supposed to do to switch to the 55+ plan....again they tell me to go into a store and provide ID...i explain i had just done that and what had transpired. The lady i spoke with was so apologetic about my experience...took my word about my age and changed plans for me then transferred me to a supervisor. I again explained what had happened..the super apologized like crazy..told me it never should have happened..cancelled the data line and told me if i wanted to file a compliant i needed the names of the 2 girls I went back in . Lizzie was still at the desk by the door..i explained to her that i had called tmobile and they had switched my plan and told me it should have been done instore..without a credit check and with out hassle...i asked her name to which she replied "well they are in trouble THEY broke the rules" again i asked her name..she reluctantly told me..when i asked her co-workers name she replied "who?" it had been 5 minutes since we left..again reluctantly she said Amanda....this is not the first time Amanda has been rude and unhelpful..in fact the 3rd time...if you can avoid this store do it at all cost Complaints and exact details have been sent to the manager..sadly i dont think it will do much good read more

I know you all are aware that we are getting ripped off with the Big 3 phone carriers, but let me tell you how bad it is. at this store i needed internet connection and the young lady sold me s new phone line to get have a way to connect my computer to the internet. this was a promotional phone needed and it was free. she warned me i needed to keep this for 3 months minimum. So for the last 3 months or so I did this. this is not inconsideration of the fact what she sold me did not work in the area I live. even my regular phone did not work in my area. so i just canceled the service for that extra line, extra phone and now i need to pay for the phone itself. Buyer be ware, Tmobile and their employees will sell you anything that will put money in their pocket, rather it works or not. Tomorrow I am going to get another account with a new carrier because I am tired of people and companies selling things that do not work and then being lied to. I was just in the store3721 116th Ste 7 Marysville, Wa 98271. I had been being helped by Austin a new trainee for about 10 minutes, when I had a second question about my billing he needed help with & went & got Vanessa to help me. A man & his child had walked in about this time & Vanessa immediately got into a conversation with him instead of helping my situation that she was brought over for. Instead of asking the man to wait until she was finished with me, this conversation went on for about 5 minutes, at which point I asked Austin if I should return because clearly Vanessa doesn't have the professionalism to help the people in order. He shook his head slightly no. I waited another 2-3 minutes before I finally interrupted Vanessa & the customer that arrived after me & explained that I was going to go ahead & leave & find my help somewhere else & that I felt that it was rude what she had done. I immediately got ok have a good day from both Vanessa & the man, very sarcastically. This is the person you have training your new employees!!! Poor Austin! I have to agree that this store needs some real help in their training of professionalism to customers. What a pity, had this company for over 10 years, think of switching now. read more

I walked into this store and wasn't really noticed right away or none of the associates made it known that they knew I was there. Once one of the store workers acknowledged that I was there, he told me to get signed in with this other guy, as I was getting signed in another guy walked up to see what I was coming in for. I briefly told him that I was having some issues with not being sure why my phone won't download things. I then proceeded to take my phone out to show him and without skipping a beat the store employee proceeded to tell me that my phone wasn't made with a lot of memory and it was probably full. As quickly as he said that he walked away without another word to help another family that was getting new phones. I was left to sit and wait for them to come over and have a closer look at my phone... After a bit of waiting, that same guy came back over and told me to remove the back of my phone to see what memory cards I had in my phone. After the cover was off the back of my phone he noticed that my SIM Card was from Family Mobile which I know is from WalMart, but being that it is a T-Mobile Phone and didn't see any reason why the T-Mobile Store wouldn't be able to help me. After the store employee saw my SIM Card was from Family Mobile, he told me that he was unable to help me and to go to Walmart for help. I questioned it because I didn't understand why they couldn't help me with something that is their product.... What the most shocking part of the this whole ordeal was what he said to me when I asked this question, the T-Mobile Store associate's response, "We can't help you here because the plan is through Family Mobile at Walmart, and your not paying as much for your phone or phone bill as anyone that comes into this store." "The phone plan you're on is cheap and you can go to any Walmart and they can help you." He then went on to explain how T-Mobile shares some of their cell towers with Family Mobile and that is why Family Mobile is the "cheap" plan. Once again he walked away.... So I left.... I felt really put down by this guy just by how rude he was. He really made me feel as though everyone in that store was better and more worth his time because they were paying more money for their phones. The situation could have been handled in A LOT better manner than I experienced. I'm glad I don't need to go back into that store again! read more
