Everyone here was so friendly and patient. I worked with Trevor, Jiang, and Faith. Faith had only been there a week but you would never know it, She is a pro. Never once did any of them make me feel in a rush because they were going to close the store. I wound up upgrading my phone to the edge 6 +. I love it. I got a case, screen protector and wireless charger. I had issue with the screen protector because in all reality a curved screen is horrible for a screen protector. I took the phone back in that Saturday and they took it back and refunded my money, no issues at all. I would HIGHLY recommend the folks at this location. It is brand spanking new and they have plenty of staff to handle it. Thanks guys!!!

I switched to T-Mobile from Verizon because I was told it would save me money and simplify my bill…read more At Verizon, I paid about $150 for two lines. After switching, my bill jumped to nearly $300 with multiple add-ons and services I never clearly agreed to, including home internet that has been unreliable from day one. The home internet service constantly drops in and out, making it difficult to work and use basic online services. What's most frustrating is that I feel like I was sold services I didn't actually need, and the final cost was nowhere near what was presented when I signed up. This experience feels misleading and extremely disappointing. I went in expecting honest information and left with a much higher bill and worse service than before. I would strongly advise anyone considering switching to carefully review every line item and not rely on verbal promises alone. I am actively seeking resolution and considering filing formal complaints if this issue isn't corrected. This situation needs accountability and better transparency for customers.

I contacted Alee with HiTek Telecom to get a quote on a complete network job for my home. Not only do my spouse that I work from home, but I also do a lot of photography and video that I transfer back-and-forth on my network and into the cloud. I was tired of poor and drop connections with my consumer level Wi-Fi system. In addition, I wanted a local security camera system that I can control without relying on a cloud service. After receiving a quote and agreeing on the scope of work, I scheduled the installation. Alee came out on time on the date scheduled and we walked through the plan of installation and confirmed what all my needs were. Alee and his team worked through the day and completed the install job in an incredibly professional manner. The installation and the cable runs, and all of the final product was exactly as described. After the install, Alee walked me through downloading all of the software that I needed, how to access and navigate the system, how to navigate and operate the security cameras, and ensure that everything was working properly. To be sure, this was a relatively large install for a residential application. I wanted ethernet drops in every room of my house, a new professional grade network cabinet, in-ceiling WIFi network, and a new suite of security cameras. I couldn't have asked for a better end product. I am quite pleased with the attention to detail of the install and making sure everything was perfect, workmanlike, and care was taken in my home. Alee came back out to adjust a couple of things for me after the fact and install an additional camera. Again, he was on time on the scheduled day. The workmanship was just as good and the communication has been stellar throughout. I truly can't recommend HiTek and Alee enough. Top-notch product and top-notch service.

T-Mobile tried to deliver the device but the store closed for good. Six weeks later I still had no device and I was told to come to the Marysville store to receive customer service as they didn't know where my device was. I drive up here where I was told to call customer service for a delayed refund or they were willing to sell me another device. I already paid for the device. I waited six weeks for the device that they can't locate. I called management twice in that six weeks and was told I would receive a call back. never happened. Do not give this business your money. They are not a corporate store and will do nothing to fix their mistakes. If you have to use T-Mobile find a corporate store that can actually help you.

He assured me that the deal her was offering was real. New iPhone, unlimited text and calls for trading in my iPhone and $50.00 a month. I've been with Verizon for YEARS and I told him I felt it sounded too good to be true. He assured me no it's real and here's my name and number. He gave me a sim card/business card and told me to take it into my neighborhood Everett Store and they will get me set up. The next week at my local T-Mobile store I was told they had no idea what I was talking about, they had no sort of deal. The clerk took the sim/business card into the backroom to the manager and returned several minutes later to sorry, no idea what the guy was talking about. fast forward about 6 weeks (start of September 2021) and I get a notice that I'm being sent to collections for not paying T-Mobile. Needless to say I was pretty upset. Called Customer Service, the gal was very nice. Told me to disregard the notice, she would reverse the charges and close out the unused account. Now Mid-October 2021 and I've received a notice that I was sent to collections!! I once again call T-Mobile customer service. The gal listened and then proceeded to tell me she knew exactly how I feel but I've been sent to collections. I told her that "No, unless T-Mobile did the same to her, she has no idea how I feel". She then asked me "who helped you last call" - seriously?? I told her that if she could see what's going on with the account number I gave her, she should be able to see the notes of my last call. Again, "I know exactly how you feel". I asked her that even though I was told the account was closed and the charges were reversed, T-Mobile still sent me to collections? She refused to answer, just to say about 4 more times that she knew exactly how I feel. I asked to speak to a manager because this whole situation was WRONG. I am now sitting here TWO HOURS later because she transferred me onto a line that is not being picked up, just music playing and I haven't given up yet. Now, my credit is in danger of taking a hit and I'm going to have to pay a collection agency for a T-Mobile product I never tried, got or used. If I could give negative stars I would! If you know the manager that scammed me - let him know he's a thief and an A**hole. Stay as far away from T-Mobile as possible!!!

Look out Customers, this store is not legitimate & operates on a Bait & Switch policy! I am a…read moreretired professional & was looking to work within a retiree budget so went here. I totally regret moving from T-mobile to Metro. After being with Tmobile for over 10 years, they said due to changes they could no longer offer the $30 federal Lifeline rebate to me & referred me to MetroMobile which Tmobile owns. They said I could still get the $30 rebate per month at Metro. Same great service, right ? Not even close. In fact, It's been a total nightmare. Thinking it was time to migrate to 5G, I upgraded a new Samsung A13 phone at Metro. Flat out, phone was a 'lemon'. Could not stream Amazon Video on it, and the 5G never worked. I spent 2 weeks bouncing from Amazon to Metro tech trying to make it work. Finally I was told it had a bad chip or power problem. Worst part was no tech help from the store which is privately owned & could care less. I really & truly wanted my new 5G phone to work.. Returned to store to return the phone within the advertised, guaranteed 2 week 'Buyers Remorse' period. Here is where things really go downhill... A. I was told because I did NOT return the phone the SAME DAY I bought it,, they could only issue partial credits & then to add insult to injury they did not even give me back the partial $27 credit as Luis, the Manager promised, a discount that was supposed to be applied to my monthly bill. Never happened. B. Have tried numerous times to get resolution from Luis, the Manager on my returned bill credits promised..no cooperation. Bottom line: I lost over $50 in the A11 to A13 phone return transaction.. which wasn't even my fault, it was due to their bad phone. C. I decided to keep using my 1 year old Tmobile A11 phone. Why? Because the managers of this 'privately owned' substandard Metro store could not guarantee me that IF the factory replacement A13 phone they offered me for the bad phone turned out to be faulty AGAIN thenI was stuck with it.. they would not guarantee it. That's illegal. THIS Marysville Metro store is the worst. I have filed a complaint with T-mobile/MetroMobile & reported the Marysville store to WA state Attorney Generals office for fraud. ZERO stars.
