    these guys are some incredibly incompetent and dishonest individuals !…read more I brought my Gen2 12.9" iPad for a new charging port and a new battery ...after the "Phone clowns" had my tablet for two weeks I get a call that told me my tablet was waiting at their office for pickup, they also mentioned they had replaced the charge port and battery but had to remove it because it still wasn't working , they then gave me full refund . This is where lie #1 came into play. They said they replaced the charge port but they did no such thing ....... when I returned him I plugged the charger and to no avail, I still had to put pressure on the charger so it would make contact and actually charge the tablet ! My point is If they actually put a new charge port in I would no longer need to fiddle around with the plug to make it work, I'm sure they wouldn't have pulled the new charge port after realizing the tablet wouldn't start . There are other details that transpired but I don't have the time to write a dissertation on this company, I'm only here to warn others to steer clear of these people ! After researching this tablet I find out that it takes a trained and seasoned tech to change the charge port , the newer charge ports are an easy swap but the Gen 2 needs a micro solder and an incredibly stable hand. The pads are very close and there is zero room for mistakes. My guess Is the tech took the tablet apart and realized he couldn't do the job , he put the tablet together (leaving glue EVERYWHERE and not even bothering to clean it up after he/she finished ..... bottom line is these guys cannot be trusted.

Also, the phone is junk. It shuts off constantly. Cannot make calls without repeated restarts. And the screen broke during Sim card installation. I called immediately and was told to bring it in. When I did I was told to do better research before buying and the store took no responsibility at all for any of the phones problems. This phone was beat up with damage all around the edge of the phone body. The stores refusal to offer any solution at all is not just very poor customer relations but dishonest. Considering small claims court. What a farce.

Another customer walks in with his daughter about two minutes after my initial interaction with the store manager serving me, and asks for the same IPhone model in black loud and clear to everyone in the store. The store manager, rudely stepped away from me to serve the man and his daughter. After some quite whispering, the store manager came back to me and told me that the black IPhone was no longer in stock. Perhaps ask me politely to forfeit the last black IPhone to the other customer's daughter, which I would most likely have been happy to do? Yeah, that actually happened. Fortunately, I received the IPhone model in black at another nearby TMobile store. Lack of ethics much Mr. Manager? No patronage for you!

I informed the employee that I recently traded two devices at the Marysville store without issue, so I asked for his manager. The manager looked like she had just rolled out of bed, and nothing about her was professional. She said they don't take trade-ins even after I asked her if she could look into it. After leaving the store, I called the Marysville store, where I had done my original trade-in, and they informed me that the Snohomish branch should be able to do the trade-in, but they are too lazy to do it. I then called T-Mobile and filed a formal complaint because it was a massive waste of my time, and I went to Snohomish out of convenience after work. I then drove to the Marysville branch and traded in my devices without issue. Please do better, Snohomish. People have lives, and you are there to provide a service, not make excuses.

    I have been a customer of Verizon for over 30 years. Been receiving texts from Verizon to get a…read morefree upgrade to an I-phone 17 or I-phone 16 pro with trade-in and 3 year contract. Went to the Verizon store in Lake Stevens on December 15, 2025 and get the upgrade. Picked out the new phone, had it activated with new protective cover and was told it had to have a new charger and cord. I got home and found out the phone was a standard USB "C" which I have numerous ones already. Returned to store to drop off old phone for credit and return the charger. Everything seemed to be in order until the bill came. Upon reading Invoice, claims a $50 restocking charge on an unopened merchandise, $61.99 charger!! But have not received any credit at all for returned charger. No credit on turning in old I-Phone or explanation. Free upgrade turned out to be 3 year contract with plan price increase that will end up costing me $2321.64 by the end of contract for a $840 I-Phone 17. Invoice showed ($840) credit but on further reading found the ($840) credit was the amount being financed at over 18%. None of this was explained before I left the store and agreed to a new 3 year contract. Should have purchased phone outright or better yet, gone to a different provider where the I-phone is included in the plan and all prices and that I have financed a free upgrade phone would have been explained before signing any paperwork. The store front says Verizon, but nowhere on the invoice letterhead is Verizon mentioned. Will never do business again with this store Victra or Verizon again. Telling all my senior friends this is not a senior friendly store and they will be ripped off like I was. You get lied to about a free upgrade. You get scammed into a load. You get cheated out of your money by not honoring returns. As soon as I can get out of this contract I am switching to a customer friendly wireless phone company.

I had…read morelost my phone and had to get an emergency phone with a new phone number. they made me sit there for an hour ignoring me then talking about me like I was some kind of stalker. I was there for my phone number. I couldn't access anything because my emails my bank accounts everything wanted me to get a second tier validation, which meant a text on my cell, and I didn't have a cell with that number to receive the text. and they wouldn't give me my phone number. I started raising my voice and asking them to call the police because they were holding my whole life hostage with this phone number finally I sat in one of the chairs at one of the desks and I just refuse to leave they threatened all kinds of things I said nope not without my phone number finally they gave it to me after sitting at that desk for approximately 30 seconds they told me it was unlocked I immediately left and went to T-Mobile across the parking lot and they verified that they were able to give me my phone with my original phone number. thank you T-Mobile!
