Its customer service 611 service SUCKS…read more The reps you will get if you call in to Technical Support and try to get answers/help SUCK. I have had Verizon for over 3 years and have YET to get an intelligent person on the phone. And living in Granite Falls, the signal SUCKS. I have to have a Network Extender just to be able to get calls at my residence....and 3/4 of the time IT doesn't work...So...........with that in mind realize that I am a pissed off frustrated desperate person by the time I drive the 15 miles to town to go in to the Verizon subcontractor store here in Lake Stevens............ Thankfully, that is where the sucking STOPS! LAKE STEVENS VERIZON RESALER STORE REPS ROCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED BY THEM. I wish I got the names of the people I've dealt with...I need to start doing that - one was a guy, one was a 30 year old or so woman, one was a very young woman..ALL were very helpful and knew their stuff! You'd think I'd learn to not try to call Verizon - to just get in the car and make the drive. But ...........well, anyway, this is a big SHOUT OUT to the quality of the people at the Verizon Store in LAKE STEVENS.............too bad they don't work for Corporate Verizon! (P.S...let us not confuse the Lake Steven's staff with the Snohomish staff or the Marysville Staff. In my experiences with those facilities I have not met anyone who possesses more than the collective intellect of a gnat.)

Went to the Verizon store in Lake Stevens on December 15, 2025 and get the upgrade. Picked out the new phone, had it activated with new protective cover and was told it had to have a new charger and cord. I got home and found out the phone was a standard USB "C" which I have numerous ones already. Returned to store to drop off old phone for credit and return the charger. Everything seemed to be in order until the bill came. Upon reading Invoice, claims a $50 restocking charge on an unopened merchandise, $61.99 charger!! But have not received any credit at all for returned charger. No credit on turning in old I-Phone or explanation. Free upgrade turned out to be 3 year contract with plan price increase that will end up costing me $2321.64 by the end of contract for a $840 I-Phone 17. Invoice showed ($840) credit but on further reading found the ($840) credit was the amount being financed at over 18%. None of this was explained before I left the store and agreed to a new 3 year contract. Should have purchased phone outright or better yet, gone to a different provider where the I-phone is included in the plan and all prices and that I have financed a free upgrade phone would have been explained before signing any paperwork. The store front says Verizon, but nowhere on the invoice letterhead is Verizon mentioned. Will never do business again with this store Victra or Verizon again. Telling all my senior friends this is not a senior friendly store and they will be ripped off like I was. You get lied to about a free upgrade. You get scammed into a load. You get cheated out of your money by not honoring returns. As soon as I can get out of this contract I am switching to a customer friendly wireless phone company.

    Went in to get a new Iphone to replace mine that had a battery that wouldn't stay charged. I had…read morean upgrade to use. I did NOT request anything else, but just to change to a new phone. I had to pay two charges that day. Then I got my bill, and it went up $261 a month. Unbeknownst to me, they upgraded ALL three of my lines and added an additional line and services. I called customer service and they suggested not going into stores because they work on commission. After one hour, it finally got taken care of. I am waiting for the credit. Absolutely unacceptable.

I was helping out my 79 year old grandmother with her plan and she needed a few things changed. I went in to help her and was greeted by an employee from the back sitting down. I explained the few things she was needing help with and was shown a phone number on his (Reilly's) phone. Reilly told me he can't help because when he's tried in the past he gets in error and it just happens all the time so to call in or go visit the corporate store in Everett as they maybe able to do it. Now you would think if this was an on-going issue you would call in to have it fixed so your customers would not have to drive 20-30 min out of their way or call in to an already hard enough phone system to navigate (especially for an elderly person). In the long run I was able to get the changes needed done, but with no help from the employee Reilly other then here's a phone number do it yourself. If your are looking for any help. I would highly suggest seeking out a corporate location vs franchise owned. Corporate stores will actually help you no matter what, even if they aren't going to make money off you (commission) during that visit.

I totally regret moving from T-mobile to Metro. After being with Tmobile for over 10 years, they said due to changes they could no longer offer the $30 federal Lifeline rebate to me & referred me to MetroMobile which Tmobile owns. They said I could still get the $30 rebate per month at Metro. Same great service, right ? Not even close. In fact, It's been a total nightmare. Thinking it was time to migrate to 5G, I upgraded a new Samsung A13 phone at Metro. Flat out, phone was a 'lemon'. Could not stream Amazon Video on it, and the 5G never worked. I spent 2 weeks bouncing from Amazon to Metro tech trying to make it work. Finally I was told it had a bad chip or power problem. Worst part was no tech help from the store which is privately owned & could care less. I really & truly wanted my new 5G phone to work.. Returned to store to return the phone within the advertised, guaranteed 2 week 'Buyers Remorse' period. Here is where things really go downhill... A. I was told because I did NOT return the phone the SAME DAY I bought it,, they could only issue partial credits & then to add insult to injury they did not even give me back the partial $27 credit as Luis, the Manager promised, a discount that was supposed to be applied to my monthly bill. Never happened. B. Have tried numerous times to get resolution from Luis, the Manager on my returned bill credits promised..no cooperation. Bottom line: I lost over $50 in the A11 to A13 phone return transaction.. which wasn't even my fault, it was due to their bad phone. C. I decided to keep using my 1 year old Tmobile A11 phone. Why? Because the managers of this 'privately owned' substandard Metro store could not guarantee me that IF the factory replacement A13 phone they offered me for the bad phone turned out to be faulty AGAIN thenI was stuck with it.. they would not guarantee it. That's illegal. THIS Marysville Metro store is the worst. I have filed a complaint with T-mobile/MetroMobile & reported the Marysville store to WA state Attorney Generals office for fraud. ZERO stars.
