Shady sales people. I purchased lifetime screen protector service for my sister's IPhone 17 and they told her that she didn't have it on this phone but she had it on the IPhone 15. Went there to get a new SIM card, was supposed to be an easy fix. The girl Roenne i think was her name confused the numbers for the new sim card (my phone number) and ended up switching my phone number to my sister's number. Had i not called my fiancé immediately after i left the store, i wouldn't have known she switched our phone numbers. She locked my sister's phone + SIM card. She was unable to receive or make outgoing phone calls. So inconvenient! Causing her to go into a t-mobile for a transaction that didn't even involve her. Roenne didn't apologize in store or offer to fix it. She definitely seemed new but if you don't know how to do something, management should've fixed the situation, which he was also there. Did nothing to absolve the issue either. Been to this location plenty of times and never had an issue but would not return simply because of this particular employee and manager. 0/0 stars if I could. read more

Neither of them welcomed me in, acknowledged my presence or made eye contact. I feel they think I'm irrelevant and insignificant. Wow... horrible customer service. My parents are older, my mom forgot her pass word to unlock her cell phone.. 1. They could have unlock and done or 2. Sell them a new phone. My parents are not stupid. They said make a 6 digit pass word and when they got home I looked at it and it's 4 so they go down and unlock this new phone that they supposedly couldn't do with the old phone. After work I had to call them and went straight to the answer machine ok so I get home and see a peace of paper and now they have a new phone number not sure why this was not mentioned. Communication is key no matter your age. I'm just happy they have a working phone just in case they need direction or an emergency happens. read more

Beware when preordering phones with a trade in at this location - they will not help you if they mess up. I came in last week to preorder an S24+ because I saw tmobile was offering a good trade in credit on a 4 year old backup phone I had laying around. When they were taking my preorder in store, I told them I wanted to also trade in my old phone. They told me that was fine and to just bring the trade in after I received the preorder phone in the mail. I was a little uncomfortable about how little they were asking about the specifics of my trade in phone and that the contract they asked me to sign did not mention the trade in anywhere, so I asked multiple times if everything was set on the trade in, and they assured me it was. One week later, I get the phone in the mail and come to in to trade in my old phone. When they pull up my account to complete the trade in, they told me there was no trade in listed. They then told me there was nothing they could do in store and that I had to call tmobile directly and solve it with them. So I called tmobile 611 and after 30 minutes of talking they confirm that the salesperson at this location did not list any trade in when I did my preorder. However, they agreed to send me a shipping label for me to send the phone in and work with me to get the trade in value credit. Now I have to ship the phone, and wait two weeks for a call back to hopefully get my trade in credit applied. We will see how that goes I guess. So basically the employees at this location did not properly do the trade in despite being asked multiple times, and when the error was found the next week, their only solution was for me to figure it out myself as there was nothing they could do in store. This is particularly worrying because there are no consequences for the store that made the mistake here. I am now the one who has to resolve it with multiple phone calls to tmobile corporate and shipping the phone back, while the person who messed up my trade in has no incentive to fix their mistake going forward for other customers. read more

Fantastic service from Valeria J. I had come from the T-Mobile in the mall, upstairs location, where I had received the worst service, no willingness to help and they didn't understand the promotions offered my T-Mobile. I almost gave up, but decided instead to walk over to this location, where's I was immediately greeted by Valeria. She looked into my account, helped me with my 2 phone upgrades and was a pleasure to talk to while my phone's information was transfering over. They originally didn't have the phone I was looking for in stock, so the manager ran over to the mall grabbed one and came back a few mins later. Now that's customer service! read more

I would not recommend t mobile to a bum on the street, not only did they give my sister a watch and promise of a phone, while she didnt sign any contract, and was also charged for a phone, she never got, all while still under the, "30 day return policy," she decided to return the items, to whit $130 dollars later, which she was also promised by corporate in Fairfield and the main corporate headquarters, she never got any of her money back, at all. My sister did, however get a bill, for service, which she never had a phone to get service, and in ghe end was only promised, $38 dollars back, which sh still hasnt received. This all started back in December, I believe. Still nothing. I would not ever recommend t mobile, at all, due to their lack of honesty, living up to their own return policies, nor their customer service attempting to help solve a problem which they created. I was directed here from vacaville due to covid. I was going to wait on another seller but decided to go with who was available at the time. I wish we waited. The man who helped me moved at a very slow pace, barely was able to answer my questions, burped and let me wait so he can continue texting on his phone. Another worker was having personal conversation with him as he was helping me which was also not professional. Hoping the vacaville location opens up soon so I do not have to deal with that type of mediocre service again. read more

I am trying to update my review but seems that I can only override. My visit to this location was the first and the last I step foot inside. Back in December my wife and I wanted to surprise our daughter with the latest version of the iPhone -12 Pro Max 256 GB. We were greeted by the representative who denied access to my wife and daughter since they were not the account holder. They claim that due to COVID-19 they must impose this restriction. I was very disappointed but told them I understand the restrictions BUT there were no other customers in the entire store. There must have been ten employees. I WAS THE ONLY CUSTOMER and yet they still would not let my wife and daughter in. How could my daughter pick the color she wants or set up the phone if she is not present?? I went ahead with the purchase just so I could give my daughter her birthday present. The representative tried four time to run the transaction each time I had to give my personal information. I had enough of their incompetence and walked out wasting about an hour of my time and ruining my daughter's birthday surprise. We ended driving to the Vacaville location. They too had a COVID-19 restriction but their policy made more sense. Limited to 10 people inside. We waited about 15 minutes for our turn but were able to go inside as a family. We made our purchase with no problem. Thank you Vacaville location. Fairfield on Gateway Blvd take some customer service training from Vacaville. Your service sucks. You lost my business for life and believe me my friends and co-workers heard how crappy your store is. read more

This is the worst experience I've ever had with any company. Raina was the manager on the floor who dismissed me from my scheduled appointment at 12pm. The appointment was made a week in advance. When I arrived Raina told me her technician's didn't have the equipment needed to repair the screen on my phone because it was a year older than the supplies they had. I don't understand why they didn't call me and let me know before I showed up for my appointment. I have insurance on my phone, she should have offered a replacement phone instead of dismissing me and telling me to complain to customer service. I ended up calling my insurance and they replaced my phone. The point is Raina has horrible customer service and no empathy. read more

If I could do 0 stars I would. Horrible customer service. When we came in the store we were greeted by this rude young girl who did not care for her job and kept giving me attitude every time I would answer her questions and made me feel like I shouldn't have even came in the store. I made an appointment, yet I still had to wait over an hour because she said their technician was on break. When I came back after an hour, another worker helped us who seemed much nicer and he said they'll message my dad, who was with me, once my phone screen was done and said it would take about an hour. We waited over 90 minutes and they sent us no text message. We were so ticked off so we decided to go in to see what's taking so long and had to wait 30 minutes because the person who worked with us was busy and the other employees didn't bother to help us. The phone was just sitting on their desk ready to go yet we had to wait half an hour just for them to check us out. Once we checked out this other employee told us we have to fill a survey at the end and said that even though we waited for a long time that they did the best they can do for us since it's the holidays. Like girl please y'all weren't even busy when we came back AND we made an appointment why didn't they tell us their technician was going to be busy at that time. They knew what we were coming in for. All of that together took 3 hours when it could've just taken 1 hour if they honored our appointment and not have us wait for so long. Basically in conclusion, don't come here. Drove from my hometown 30 minutes to come to this particular T-mobile location in Fairfield. I initially had gotten help from Jeremy on Saturday , (super nice and explained to us everything in detail) I later when back on Monday and was helped by "Jesse" sells rep. I had several upgrades and needed an additional line. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He explained everything to me, and offered excellent deals that my account qualified for. His manager (wish I would've gotten her name) was super helpful and supportive. I really like the way they work in team work. I will continue to come to this location, even if I have to drive 30 minutes. Thanks Jesse, Jeremy, the manager on duty, truly appreciate the excellent customer service. You guys Rock!!! read more
