She saved me money, switched the phones and added the new line for my daughter (in-law) making everything work seamlessly! Today two employees could not help me get a physical SIM after Online customer Support told me they could. They demanded that I had a physical drivers license with me to be willing to help me. I went down the street and got everything I needed with no drivers license simply using the Verizon authentication process that everybody else in the network uses. It is annoying how constantly incompetent they can be, so save yourself the time and go to any other location

I expect that if I walk into a Verizon store, I am going to be opening my wallet, right? It's a sales store. That's what they are supposed to do. CM Wireless send Carl and Mark. To say they were amazing doesn't give them enough credit. They located both where they could bring the connection into my home AND found an appropriate location for the satellite. That was the easy part. I made an appointment for them to return with the Dish Hopper and Joey. They 'inherited' my mess from the previous owners of the house. Cables, CAT5, speaker wires all ending in a heap on the floor in a small closet. They sorted out the mess. Installed the Satellite, ran new ethernet cable where necessary. Sorted out other ethernet connection problems. They worked tirelessly. Patiently. Successfully. They did not let the job ruin their disposition. They were nothing but polite and friendly the entire time.

As a new Cricket Wireless customer, I needed to transfer (port) my old Straight-Talk cell number to Cricket Wireless. It seemed the folks at Straight Talk were doing everything possible to delay releasing my cell number to Cricket Wireless. While Straight-Talk was making a simple "porting" process unnecessarily complicated, the excellent staff at the Glendale Cricket Wireless hung in there with me for over hour, and they would not take "no" for an answer from Straight-Talk. Finally, thanks to the Cricket store team, the transfer of my cell number to Cricket Wireless prevailed. Over the last five months, I have absolutely enjoyed my new service with Cricket Wireless. For my needs, I find the Cricket Wireless service to be better than Straight-Talk.
