The worker here knew what it was right away, ordered the battery, let me know when to expect it, and texted me as soon as I came in (less than 2 days later). He then replaced it in 15 minutes and assured me the rest of the phone was in good condition. He was very polite and knowledgeable throughout, and the battery came with a 1-month warranty. And the whole thing was cheaper than I expected!

A little tricky to find their small but well-organized store, think Chick-fil-A near Super Target, South Square, Durham NC. Their "CPR Red Cross" sign is small, their location is in the inner corner of a small 'mini-mall' next to a Middle Eastern grocery. Once you find it the first time, it's easy to get to. You realize that the repair shops in the BIG MALLS like Southpoint are going to have to charge you more, don't you ? Their 'overhead' is way higher than a modest location like CPR. I'm EMT~Paramedic so I like the name and play on words.

Other places were going to charge over $300 for the job to be done. CPR was able to restore all the files and provide a flashdrive (free of charge) all for under $150. The best part was that it only took half a day from the time I dropped off the hard drive to when I arrived to pick everything up.
