(Not 4) He gave me an accurate estimate to replace my TOUCHSCREEN on my "antique" iPhone 11, buying me a couple more years with my somewhat obsolete device. No fast-taking "mumbo-jumbo" just a polite, concise explanation and an efficient repair, why is this so rare these days ? Maybe I can't get ALL THE NEGATIVE CAR REPAIR EXPERIENCES erased from my brain, maybe that's it ? A little tricky to find their small but well-organized store, think Chick-fil-A near Super Target, South Square, Durham NC. Their "CPR Red Cross" sign is small, their location is in the inner corner of a small 'mini-mall' next to a Middle Eastern grocery. Once you find it the first time, it's easy to get to. You realize that the repair shops in the BIG MALLS like Southpoint are going to have to charge you more, don't you ? Their 'overhead' is way higher than a modest location like CPR. I'm EMT~Paramedic so I like the name and play on words.

    Would definitely recommend for data recovery. I had an external hard drive that was not working…read morethat contained a lot of important files and information. Other places were going to charge over $300 for the job to be done. CPR was able to restore all the files and provide a flashdrive (free of charge) all for under $150. The best part was that it only took half a day from the time I dropped off the hard drive to when I arrived to pick everything up.
