I was relieved when I learned of the new location. Upon arrival I scored a metered parking spot right across from the entrance. Staff greeted us and there were no lines. I gave the sales associate my barcode for the return and she found the right size and my daughter tried them on. We checked out in less than 15 minutes. Hassle free shopping experience, excellent service and plenty of styles and sizes in stock. A win.

STAY AWAY From servicing your treadmill with these guys!! I…read morecalled them to maintenance my working treadmill- Again, the treadmill was working when they arrived. Although, it was an older treadmill it was working fine! The first thing they did was break a belt after they opened it. Then told us it would be $40+ to replace (although, they broke it!). We agreed to get the belt replaced. When we called to find out when they would be back to fix what they had broken- they weren't even aware they were supposed to be back. After my husband explained the situation, they ordered the belt and a couple of weeks later showed up to replace the belt. Unfortunately this time they blew up the PCBA (the board). So, after $182.00 and a lot of headaches. We went from a working treadmill to have to pay to trash it. Very sad! Very disappointing! **I Disagree with some of your techs untrue comments. Yes, the treadmill was 11 years old. but, it was working FINE! Also after they broke it, they recommended for us to fix i- and we decided not to. In fact my husband called when they were there (both times).

The Clover is one of my favorite cocktails. I am a regular at The Commons. The plethora of shoppes and dining makes it a convenient one stop shop location. Yesterday was my second year attending the Star Spangled Block Party for the 4th of July. This is a wonderful free event for all people to enjoy. Bring a chair, participate in the festivities and people watch. My mom is 70 and enjoyed the community gathering. Despite how crowded it can get with many in attendance it is a very organized annual event that hope continues. I love to see everyone dress up and this is a safe community to gather in where all are welcome. The cons here include how busy traffic can pile up, parking is scarce on a normal day and how dated the Regal Cinemas is. This area is deserving of a luxury movie theater.

He did not check the charge on the battery before giving it to me. I get the battery home and install it into my UPS and the unit shows no charge in the battery. I call the store and speak with Megan. I tell her I am going to charge the battery and she says the UPS itself may be faulty. I agree. I charge the battery for 16 hours overnight with little hope. I turn it on, and lo and behold the UPS is showing a full battery charge. When I call to tell them they sold me an uncharged battery Megan tells me that this was "impossible" because all their batteries are sold fully charged. She speaks with Chris the manager, and comes back again with the same lame excuse "We only sell fully charged batteries." Well, pretty obvious that was not my experience. The arrogance is unreal. I am not offered a discount for my inconvenience, or at the very least, a longer warranty (they offer 1 year with battery purchases). Not even an apology. I doubt they care, but I will not return to this store.
