I was greated by Mel and had a wonderful conversation with him while I waited for someone to show me the products I needed. He contacted the store manager when he felt I had been waiting to long. Then Hayden came up to help me. He showed me several options for what I needed. He was so kind and understanding and informative. I feel that he did not take advantage of my ignorance. Maybe that is because it was around Christmas shopping time that I was here. I mean what store doesn't look messy during the holiday shopping time. I needed a PlayStation 5 for my son and I could not find one! Everywhere I looked they were on a wait list to get. My wife looked up BestBuy and was able to get one through the website and have it avail for pick up at this location... 5 mins from our house! The strange thing is when I looked it up nothing was avail?!? Oh well... it worked out perfectly and I was able to pick it up with no issue at all. It really went perfectly.

When I went back reasonably expecting a refund the store attendant, Ace, not only refused to help but had the nerve to call the Milton Police Department on me. Imagine that I get scammed and I'm the one who gets the cops called on me! Ace was beyond rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. Zero manners, zero accountability. And honestly, that attitude seems to reflect the entire business. They don't care about customers they care about taking your money and avoiding consequences. Now it makes sense why they push so hard for cash payments they clearly want to dodge refunds, chargebacks, and any traceability. Shady, deceptive, and downright fraudulent. If I could give zero stars, I would. Do yourself a favor and stay as far away from this place as possible. They do not deserve your business.

Bella is the Assistant Manager: purchase online or just make sure you know the price before you check out. That pricing is outrageous.

I left without the MacBook after an hour or so because there was no direct support from the staff. The genius bar was basically a couple of apple store employees trying to assist well over a dozen people; rotating between them. There was certainly no one on one support but for maybe 30 seconds at a time. Perhaps my expectations were too high, or I was led to believe there would be a short 'sit down' with someone to help me log in and familiarize myself with the product. The MacBook was almost $2k plus monthly subscriptions. I had a terrible experience. It really is disappointing because I still need a new laptop and was absolutely looking forward to this new MacBook. Shame on them for providing the exact opposite experience that many others enjoyed. They even stated that my 14 day return window started the day I placed the order and already had 13 days on the clock, so 1 day to evaluate. I would have left with the MacBook and tried to book an online session or returned to the store again with a 2nd appointment to get setup assistance but the team lead said he could extend that window but could not offer anything written, only a verbal 'I got you'. Seriously disappointing.

Walked in wasn't greeted, and the two girls working inside ignored me for a good bit till the girl with the horribly grown out bleached hair rudely looked up at me and said "are you paying your bill or what," caught of guard I explained my situation and she very rudely said "you have to call 611." I kindly asked if I was able to do it in store since I was already there and she said "no you have to call 611." Annoyed I left and got in contact with 611. Wasted 2 hours working with 611 to get this problem fixed which I didn't mind because the person on the phone was way nicer than the store lady but I did have to miss something because of the time wasted. It's not my first time having an issue with this girl though. She was very rude when I tried getting my daughter a new phone for Christmas, and I understand it's the holidays it's busy but she did not help us in any way she just said we're out of iPhone 16's and completely ignored us when we asked if she could check if others stores had any in stock. I really do despise coming to this location because of her disgusting attitude

Cell service: As long as we're in a range where our phones can reach T-mobile towers, we have no issues with the service! It's very convenient and one of the cheapest phone carriers for what you get. Store service: We usually come to this location because we've found the service is best in the area. The English and Spanish are both great and they pay great attention to the person they are currently working with. On this visit, however, I was porting my number in from another carrier and did not get very straightforward communication on the promotions available for me. The entire process took over an hour over two separate visits and the associate helping me messed up the process in the system, making me have to pay in cash. While they were apologetic, it was a little questionable for it to be difficult for an associate to set up a new individual plan... at a phone store.
