When we approached the building and went inside, no one greeted us. I don't think it takes 4-5 T-Mobile members to handle one family. It was frustrating because we were pressed for time but the workers never gave us a look, and they sat away from us without asking us if we needed assistance. the age of the workers were so where between 20's and 30's. My impression I got that those people who were on the clock failed to live up to the T-Mobile expectations in terms of customer service. I am very dissatisfied. Young adults who showed laziness and not a good aptitude of customer service. We came in September 23, 2023, and no person in the shift showed us a warm welcoming. We stood in the building without proper instructions from the people on shift. It doesn't take 4-5 people to handle one guest. Also there backs were turned away from us, very rude

One of the most recent trips in was told in the very near future that my model could be turned in and receive a $50.00 credit for a new phone. I decided to wait for the promo and but didn't get a message so called again, "Oh it just stared". Cool, I drove straight over. The new phone had already picked out but found that had also been recalled "due to the battery sparking and catching fire." Wait what, could you repeat that please? The idea of walking around and having my purse or pocket ignite into flames was a bit disturbing (ladies you know how much we spend on our bags). Disappointed but determined to get a new phone started a little homework on two others that were worth looking at. This is a corporate store so all phones and promotions are current. They delivered a custom dresser I had ordered and helped me get it past a few patio steps and down my narrow hallway so that the dresser could be placed in my bedroom. It hadn't even occur Ed to me to measure the width of my hallway or my doorframe, so if It's Brown hadn't come up with a plan to move the dresser in vertically in order to manuever the dresser over the stairs and down the narrow hallway I don't know what I would have done. Probably ended up with a patio dresser instead of my intended bedroom dresser. Ira Brown was extremely professional and communicative regarding the delivery date and time. The date before the delivery he provided two delivery windows and allowed me to choose the time the works best. On the day of delivery, he texted when he was 30 minutes out and arrived exactly when he stated he would be there.
