Great service from Jason and team! Very attentive and easy to work with. They helped move our entire family over to T-Mobile.

My father and I came to talk about our service, when we approached the building, there was 4-5 people with a t-mobile shirt, and one family of guests. When we approached the building and went inside, no one greeted us. I don't think it takes 4-5 T-Mobile members to handle one family. It was frustrating because we were pressed for time but the workers never gave us a look, and they sat away from us without asking us if we needed assistance. the age of the workers were so where between 20's and 30's. My impression I got that those people who were on the clock failed to live up to the T-Mobile expectations in terms of customer service. I am very dissatisfied. Young adults who showed laziness and not a good aptitude of customer service. We came in September 23, 2023, and no person in the shift showed us a warm welcoming. Great customer service. I've gone in twice while trying to determine the best time for me to upgrade my phone. Phones can be a pain, especially when they break. I need my phone for work and needed it serviced ASAP. Parking was plentiful and the store was spacious. The staff at this T-mobile were more than exceptional. Special shoutout to Naya who not only showed a mastery of what she knew but also was empathetic. I have purchased 2 cell phones from this particular store and each time I had a positive experience. The representatives are very friendly and have great customer service. The only I had was the person didn't transfer my pics to my new phone so I had to go to another store to have it done, but other than that, they really worked with me, especially when I lost my phone. read more
