Absolutely garbage drivers. No pun intended. Traveling down south Marietta Pkwy, one of their…read moretrucks swerved out of the right lane (presumably because they were following too close and were going to hit the car in front of them) into my lane causing me to swerve into the center lane. They did not stop me from getting their info! DO NOT use them, they obviously do not care about safety or paying attention and they might be in your house. Food for thought.

I was not satisfied with the DVW -- primarily because of up charging and failure to do what the…read morecompany promised when offering me service. I advised that my dryer had been inspected by an appliance repair service and another dryer vent company within the month -- both said my dryer was fine...I just needed my vent cleaned. DVW told me that they would provide vent cleaning without their standard inspection. They said their normal vent cleaning fee was between $169 and $285 unless something else was discovered. I agreed to proceed. The DVW representative showed me and estimate of $254 for vent cleaning, $59 dollar inspection fee, and $49 to clean my already clean lint trap. I objected to the inspection fee and showed the technician my communication from DVW and he agreed to only discount the inspection fee by $36. I paid the DVW $326 which I believe was price gouging. If money is no object to you...DVW may be your best choice. As far as I can tell their cleaning service was good. Personally, I was not happy with their business practices.

I don't leave reviews often but feel that others could benefit from experience. I am only stating…read moreexactly what happened and sharing photos of the work and others can make their own judgement. I originally reached out to Citrus Fresh Carpet Cleaning to clean my sectional sofa. The technician came by, inspected my couch and told me he could not perform the work because it is a cotton blend material and water would ruin the fabric. He recommended I reach out to ChemDry. I reached out to ChemDry, explaining my experience with Citrus Fresh and verified that they have the tools to clean this type of material with no water and I was informed by the Office Manager, Solybeth, that they could. The technician arrived early and was very friendly. I explained to him why the other company wouldn't attempt our couch and he assured me it would be fine, but we might not get the stains out. I told him that was fine as long as his methods don't ruin my couch. I left him to his business and when he was done, he said it would look a lot better when it's dry. It's been a couple of weeks and my couch cushions are ruined. He used water which he should not have used. The original stains are hardly visible, but the cushion color completely changed from cream to black/green. I have included photos. The small cushions dried to normal color and you can see the large cushions did not. I will say, someone from Chem-Dry tried to call me once after I emailed them. I returned the call, but did not receive any calls back. As I mentioned to them in my email, I'm not sharing this information looking for a refund. The damage is done and the $200 is nothing compared to the cost of replacing my couch. I simply want to share with them so they can learn from it and share with others who may be looking for upholstery services so they can make their own conclusions.
