I have had the absolute worst time with Xfinitys customer service. I'm the 25 years I have worked at and lead contact centers I have never seen something so awful. To top it off, it took me a full year to get a new router when I upgraded. When I finally got it they failed to sent a shipping label and I was unable to explain this to the chat service or customer care. If it didn't route you to the correct destination then it just hung up on you. Needless to say I had found out through word of mouth, not Xfinity that you could return the router to a store. So I stopped by the Alpharetta office and spoke with an agent named Eddie and talk about night and day. Eddie was polite, listed to me rant about the awful experience I had with the customer care line, returned my router and did it all with a smile and the utmost professionalism I would expect from the Contact Center. You need to give this agent Eddie a BIG raise as I'm sure he hears this all day. You also need to promote him and teach your contact center how to do business the correct way. Thank you again Eddie and the owner of this Xfinity store as you guys are the reason I will continue to do business with Xfinity! read more

Xfinity is the worst. Repeated outages for "planned service " without any notification. Their AI "customer service" is also terrible. Avoid at all costs if you have any other options read more

Went to this store was was very disappointed with the staff. They had a system down, which I understand. However, the staff decided to lock the store down and refuse any clients. There are things that can be down without a system: answer basic questions, refer to other stores, represent the brand in a positive way. However, all 4 of the staff were just on their phones and getting mad at folks trying to interact them. At least they enjoyed the easy $/hr paycheck. read more

I'm very disappointed with Xfinity's service. Not only was the internet unreliable, but the customer service was consistently poor, and the prices were ridiculous. I had already made a deal with a supervisor regarding my billing, yet they continued charging me more than agreed. I had to call four separate times, speaking with representatives from overseas (India), to fix my bill and return the credit to my account -- but they never resolved it. Each time, I was promised a correction, and each time, nothing happened. Due to this ongoing frustration, I switched to another provider, and I couldn't be happier. Their customer service is far superior, and they've shown integrity and transparency from the start. I regret wasting time and money with Xfinity. read more

I had a great experience at the store with Damon. He was incredibly helpful! I was in the process of moving a few weeks ago, and he did an excellent job updating my account, and assisting me with the mobile app when I was having trouble logging in. Overall, it was outstanding service! read more

Seems like a trend here, but the overseas help departments are the absolute worst. However, if you hang in there long enough you'll get someone from the states, and the lady from Alabama I finally got directed to went above and beyond to get my ticket to go through. As soon as she got on the phone and said "I'm drivin' the boat now, don't you worry honey" I knew I was in good hands. She got a ticket through for me and after the xfinity billing bot shot the first ticket down she got her supervisor to send through another ticket that got approved. Shoutout to the kind lady from Alabama! read more

10/10. When I walked in, a nice young man helped me. I brought in my XB7, and he immediately knew it was old. Without me even having to ask, he told me he would get me the upgrade (XB8) that goes with my plan. All in all, I spent maybe 2-5 minutes in the store. He provided me with excellent service and was aware of my problem just from looking at my device. He is truly a valuable addition to the team at this location. read more

I have had a very positive experience with the Cumming Xfinity Store! My personal guide to my Xfinity acct TAY has been a fantastic help! He gave me his cell number. TAY assured me whenI had any Xfinity issues, TAY said that he would take care of me and help me. TAY was a tremendous help when I really messed up my account! I've been with Xfinity for over 9 years! Tay is the best to help you out in Cumming will your Xfinity needs! He takes care of me! Go see TAY too! read more

The woman behind the counter had a really bad attitude. She refused to understand I wanted to lower my bill not increase it. I ended up calling comcast buy phone and was alfred a much better deal. Having been a Comcast customer for over 30 years. You would think they would want to retain long term customers, but the attitude of the woman at the store had me so upset. That I ended up leaving and going to a competitor meanwhile, I'm going to save over a $130 a month. If I'm going to have to stream and not have a cable box. What is the benefit of keeping comcast? read more

Incredibly rude employees working today when we dropped off equipment after changing service providers. Definitely reinforces that xfinity is not up to par with customer service, whether that be online/phone or in person. Shameful. read more

I was offered a promotion when I called them to cancel the service. It was a good promotion so I took it, which they said I will only be charge $55/month for 5 years for the same plan I was on. I got the email confirmation for that as well. However I was still overcharged and I called the help center but they were ready to shove another promotion down my throat instead of helping me solve the issue. All they said was "don't worry, since u're a loyal customer we got a great promotion for u" I don't care about the promotion, if I am a loyal customer I expect to be treated as one. Everything about xfinity is so scammy and never straightforward. I wanted to email this because I am sick of talking to these people at the help center but there isn't even a customer service email which is stupid. I expect to receive my refund and I will be canceling the service. Never using this sh it again and wouldn't recommend anyone to use this home internet service. read more

I had to go in to exchange the voice remote for a regular remote, but I have been a big fan of Xfinity since I realized how great their services are. I gave this location 5 stars because of the following: 1. Location: They are extremely close to my new place and easy to find. 2. Parking: Plenty of parking spaces within the well-lit parking lot. 3. Setting: The store is neat and organized with plenty of things to play with when you're waiting for a rep. 4. Wait Time: There are a lot of reps available to help. A team member greets you when you walk in the door and make sure he/she is addressing your concern before pointing you to the correct rep, so with the smooth process, your wait time is very minimal. I was in and out within 15 mins, but I stayed to play with the new phones for a little bit. 5. Management: After reading the reviews before my visit, I was very hesitant about coming, but they might have recently received new management because things were great when I was there. Overall, this is a great location and things seem to be moving in the right direction. read more

This company is incompetent and awful. I go into a store to say I'm moving and need to transfer service. They never disconnected the service at the old address. I was always using the app to pay, so I was paying for service at a place I no longer lived at. They cut off service at my current place... no notice... or letter... needless to say, I dropped them immediately and got internet with another company. I can't understand why this company has to exist with such incompetence and people I can't even understand on the phone. read more

I have never dealt with a company less effective than Xfinity - for house or mobile service. Unbelievably ridiculous people and business model. I will make sure no one I know EVER does business with Xfinity or comcast ever again. I cannot in good conscience say anything positive about service, customer care or operations. You should go out of business the way you conduct yourselves. Just trying to get a transfer PIN took over an hour. Not to mention being overbilled - paying for unlimited data yet still being charged for data? Total scam. Going to the BBB as well. May enlist aid of family lawyer. Just insanity. read more

Xfinity is horrible the representatives can't understand you. I was yelled at. All I did was move and they can't get it. Currently changing me for both residents. I only live at one. I have called five times. On hold for a supervisor at this very moment. Have been waiting 57 minutes. read more

My experience with Xfinity's customer service was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Initially promised a next-day technician appointment to set up Internet, I was informed after placing the order that the slot was unavailable, and the soonest option was the following Monday. Being that was my only option, I accepted and provided my credit card information to confirm the order and received the confirmation number. Come Monday, no one contacted me. No technician showed up. After 2.5-hours worth of calls, where one representative couldn't locate my account, another rep redirected me to a different number despite my explanation. When I called the store directly and asked for Juan, my original rep, I was told, by Fernando, Juan would email me in 15 minutes, then hung up on. For a supposedly confirmed account and appointment, the lack of follow-through and dismissive behavior were unacceptable. Considering AT&T for their better reliability and cost-effective options seems like a wiser choice given this experience. read more

I purchased an Ipad there a year ago, seemed like a good deal! No catches! Two months ago they added on a fee $12.00. I now either have to pay the new $12 or loose out on the $15 discount! Never in my life have I had a QUICK run in with comcast.....EVER!!!! But today I was in and out in less than 30 sec!! I promise!!! I'm all honesty it probably depends on what kind of issue you have.....I needed replacement cords because when I moved the cable connection in my old apt was stripped and I couldn't get the cord out of the wall so I just cut the cord (O_o) and packed up the cable box. I thought that I can just go to walmart and get a replacement cord! Wrong! The cords were stuck to the cable splitter and I couldn't get the old cords off!! Off to comcast I go on a Saturday ugh!! But there is a God!!!! I walked in, saw all the ppl in the waiting section and my face dropped....but the rep named Rocky greeted me with a "big smile I like my job" kind of smile and asked me what my issue was. I told him I needed new cable cords and a splitter, he said handed me the cords and said "anything else" ? I burst out laughing and said so you don't need my acct number? No ID? No names of my great grandparents and their SSN? He said no, I just want to make sure you walk out of here happy!! #FELLOVER Out in less than 30 sec!! Yes sir!!! read more

Comcast/Xfinity: I HATE YOU CONSTANT PROBLEMS with billing and getting set up with this company last year... then moved and Comcast couldn't be transferred here (not even offered).... and TOLD I wouldn't be penalized due to them not being here in Lexington KY. Now, I receive a freakin' Early Termination Bill!!! I have ENOUGH in life to deal with more important than fighting with a call-in automated woman.... who disconnected me TWICE!!!!! So now what do I do... can't get a human to answer the call. OH!!! OHHHH NOWWWWW Comcast is going to pull THEIR recording of our last call to REALLY see if I was told there'd be no penalty. For the love of God! I wouldnt have confirmed it with them in 3 different phone calls if they had said yes.... I'm so mad at Comcast and their evil sneaky ways. I write everything down during EVERY call and even who I spoke with..... GRRRRRRRRRRRR Said they'd call me back within 72 hours. Got nothing, so I assumed they had pulled the call and indeed heard that I was told I wouldn't receive a penalty. And today, ANOTHER Comcast bill saying the termination fee is "due now". I'm now notifying the better business bureau AND looking further into the Class Action lawsuit regarding this scam. read more

Unlike ANY Comcast Center you'll find in Atlanta, this place actually uses the air conditioning, has a number system and CHAIRS so you can take a number and sit while you wait. But also unlike any Comcast Center you'll find in Atlanta, there is NEVER a line. They have more than 2 people working at all times and you will most likely be in and out of there in under 10 minutes. The staff is courteous, respectful and energetic, ALSO unlike any Comcast Center you'll find in Atlanta. I recommend that anyone with a car AVOID the location on Malone Drive like the plague. Drive the 12 minute one-way drive up 400 to Alpharetta. It is worth the extra 24 minute drive to avoid wasting 2+ hours of your life waiting at the other centers. read more

This location is newish and well maintained. There are plenty of seats ranging from bar stools to comfy seats. Try to grab one of the chairs near the large hd T.V.because you are more than likely going to have to wait even though they are well staffed. Ohhhhh that pesky wait! The Xfinity store at North Point Parkway was very accommodating. I dealt with Rich this week, after the service technician from Xfinity did not handle the job. Tech came to house (Leroy) and was supposed to replace the box, could not because did not have. Said would return the next day, no showed, despite texting he was on the way at 1:30pm. Never responded to any texts after that. Had to call Xfinity at 8:30 at night to find out should go to the store. Rich handled everything in the store and explained some of the things to be aware of when changing out boxes. I was in and out within 10 minutes. Went home, installed the new boxed, etc. and all good. He and the store turned around a terrible service experience with a tech. read more
