I had already made a deal with a supervisor regarding my billing, yet they continued charging me more than agreed. I had to call four separate times, speaking with representatives from overseas (India), to fix my bill and return the credit to my account -- but they never resolved it. Each time, I was promised a correction, and each time, nothing happened. Due to this ongoing frustration, I switched to another provider, and I couldn't be happier. Seems like a trend here, but the overseas help departments are the absolute worst. However, if you hang in there long enough you'll get someone from the states, and the lady from Alabama I finally got directed to went above and beyond to get my ticket to go through. As soon as she got on the phone and said "I'm drivin' the boat now, don't you worry honey" I knew I was in good hands. She got a ticket through for me and after the xfinity billing bot shot the first ticket down she got her supervisor to send through another ticket that got approved. 10/10. When I walked in, a nice young man helped me. I brought in my XB7, and he immediately knew it was old. Without me even having to ask, he told me he would get me the upgrade (XB8) that goes with my plan. All in all, I spent maybe 2-5 minutes in the store. I was offered a promotion when I called them to cancel the service. It was a good promotion so I took it, which they said I will only be charge $55/month for 5 years for the same plan I was on. I got the email confirmation for that as well. However I was still overcharged and I called the help center but they were ready to shove another promotion down my throat instead of helping me solve the issue. All they said was "don't worry, since u're a loyal customer we got a great promotion for u" I don't care about the promotion, if I am a loyal customer I expect to be treated as one. Everything about xfinity is so scammy and never straightforward. I had to go in to exchange the voice remote for a regular remote, but I have been a big fan of Xfinity since I realized how great their services are. I gave this location 5 stars because of the following: 1. Location: They are extremely close to my new place and easy to find. 2. Parking: Plenty of parking spaces within the well-lit parking lot. 3. Setting: The store is neat and organized with plenty of things to play with when you're waiting for a rep. 4. Wait Time: There are a lot of reps available to help. A team member greets you when you walk in the door and make sure he/she is addressing your concern before pointing you to the correct rep, so with the smooth process, your wait time is very minimal. I was in and out within 15 mins, but I stayed to play with the new phones for a little bit. 5. Management: After reading the reviews before my visit, I was very hesitant about coming, but they might have recently received new management because things were great when I was there. I have had the absolute worst time with Xfinitys customer service. I'm the 25 years I have worked at and lead contact centers I have never seen something so awful. To top it off, it took me a full year to get a new router when I upgraded. When I finally got it they failed to sent a shipping label and I was unable to explain this to the chat service or customer care. If it didn't route you to the correct destination then it just hung up on you. Needless to say I had found out through word of mouth, not Xfinity that you could return the router to a store. So I stopped by the Alpharetta office and spoke with an agent named Eddie and talk about night and day. Eddie was polite, listed to me rant about the awful experience I had with the customer care line, returned my router and did it all with a smile and the utmost professionalism I would expect from the Contact Center. You need to give this agent Eddie a BIG raise as I'm sure he hears this all day. You also need to promote him and teach your contact center how to do business the correct way. When I called the store directly and asked for Juan, my original rep, I was told, by Fernando, Juan would email me in 15 minutes, then hung up on. For a supposedly confirmed account and appointment, the lack of follow-through and dismissive behavior were unacceptable. They have more than 2 people working at all times and you will most likely be in and out of there in under 10 minutes. The staff is courteous, respectful and energetic, ALSO unlike any Comcast Center you'll find in Atlanta. I recommend that anyone with a car AVOID the location on Malone Drive like the plague. Drive the 12 minute one-way drive up 400 to Alpharetta. It is worth the extra 24 minute drive to avoid wasting 2+ hours of your life waiting at the other centers. read more

This location is newish and well maintained. There are plenty of seats ranging from bar stools to comfy seats. Try to grab one of the chairs near the large hd T.V.because you are more than likely going to have to wait even though they are well staffed. Ohhhhh that pesky wait! Part of the problem is that people are usually unhappy when they come in and there is quite a bit of back and forth arguing and other customer service issues. . The Xfinity store at North Point Parkway was very accommodating. I dealt with Rich this week, after the service technician from Xfinity did not handle the job. Tech came to house (Leroy) and was supposed to replace the box, could not because did not have. Said would return the next day, no showed, despite texting he was on the way at 1:30pm. Never responded to any texts after that. Had to call Xfinity at 8:30 at night to find out should go to the store. Rich handled everything in the store and explained some of the things to be aware of when changing out boxes. I was in and out within 10 minutes.
