I love this T-Mobile. I came into this T-Mobile to try to get an upgrade and they did above and beyond what i asked. I got a better upgrade that i expected and they were able to look into my bill and reduce the payment. I am the type of person that doesn't write Yelp's, but i love to read them and i felt that their work deserved me to finally write one. this is a great team with a great customer service!!! read more

AVOID this location! Instead of helping me with my phone, Mohammed---who goes by 'Mo'---was RUDE and got upset that I wouldnt buy what he kept pushing for. You know what he did? He MESSED UP my phone instead and the problem got worse! I had to make another trip to the Arcadia branch to get it fixed. read more

Went in quickly to replace a damaged head set for my work phone. Kaitlin was very helpful and was able to track down the exact make and model of head set for me after the originals had been destroyed. All in all it took about 10 minutes and I was happy to have the replacement. Definitely recommend them. read more

Hello T-Mobile Tuesday fans. I went to this Duarte location for my T-Mobile tote bag and took my 4 phones from My account that I pay for. At this Duarte location I was told I could only receive 1 bag for 1 phone on my account. I had to go on my break, I told them they are my children's phone and currently in school, and if I waited until school was out they would be all gone. They told me it is T-Mobile's new policy. This is completely untrue. I called customer service and was told that is not true that I am able to receive an item per each phone. I was also told that corporate will email the store and inform them that it is completely poor customer service on their part to lie to their paying customers. T-Mobile Tuesdays is a perk and for me a selling point as to why I chose this cell service. What terrible customer service at this Duarte store though! read more

This store is the worst. The employees are so rude and unprofessional. They are too busy on there own phones to help out the customers. I purchase my plan, phone, and accessories when I purchase was told that if my screen protector cracks just come in and they would fix it for me for free as long as they put it on. Well my screen protector cracked( and I didn't drop it, just poor quality for 50 dollars) I went in to get help with an issue I was told "just go online and fix it yourself. Last time you were here some one gave you wrong information and there's nothing we can do about it". Please don't shop here, spend your money somewhere else. The employees here lie to customers, own up to the lie, and then don't fix the problem. They aren't even nice about it. All you will get here is an eye roll and a bad attitude. read more

Employees at this location do little to nothing to help you. Most have ugly attitudes and, don't greet you when you walk in. They had every reason and excuse as to why they couldn't resolve my issue. Went to another T-moblie (on huntington) and the atmosphere was completely different. As i walked inside i got greeted and within 10 mins all my questions and issues were resolved. read more

My wife and I had been to several T-Mobile stores near us and were quite dissatisfied with the poor service and unprofessional way the staff handled customers. Then we found the Duarte location. A breath of fresh air. The staff here, starting with the manager, on down, has a friendly can do attitude, and they deliver! My wife and I have been with T-Mobile for over a decade now. I am very satisfied with the services that is provided to us. As a former service member, I've traveled to distant and remote places. T-Mobile always has service when I need it. Our recent trip to the Duarte store was one of inquiry. Abby and Jerry were our sales reps and they did a wonderful job answering all of our questions. They were professional, courtesy, and very knowledgable in the product they were selling. Long story short, we walked in Galaxy Note 3 (yes, note 3) in our pockets and walked out with a brand new Galaxy S8+ in our pockets. For all your T-mobile needs, come to this store. nasty rude disrespectful employees working there 1st off there liers ... the girl with green /blue hair and her side friend are a bunch of bullshit ..both of them need to be fired they gave me wrong info on my account to upgrade she took my driver's license for got to return it . when i went back to get my drl 4 days later after i realized it was at the store she was rude .i dont understand why the employee couldnt call me and say we have your drl? i was at the store for over 3 hours to find out the information she gave me was all wrong !!!! i will never return back to that store the girls need to go back to hair and makeup if they dont like to work with people also when i paid my bill she tried to keep 100$ lol tried to tell me she didnt owe me change and put the money in her pocket!!!! yup i did not leave till she gave me my money !!! ugh worst store ever ive been with tmobile 10 years !!!! read more

I was on the phone for hours trying to figure out why my bill was so high. I tried going to 2 tmobiles this week and none were helpful. I finally came to this tmobile and carlos was very helpful. He knew exactly what was going on and fixed my bill! I definitely recommend this location. read more
