We chose between cost to join & with the cleared trade in value of my existing phone we would get added $ for the added new iPhone & + a new addition to. Eric, concurred with our transaction & we all were on board. So far it's just the actual time spent to get all info from new to old phone info. We left that evening @ 3.0 hours with Cloud info & passwords access. I came back the next day & he rechecked the information & Cloud to be complete. Eric, gave me thorough instructions regarding erasing info & all other information are carried over. As I mentioned earlier, I'm very adamant about my requests & Eric's customer service & professionalism came thru. I spoke & my opinion varied from my wife's perspective & as always I rev people up & I was one star less!? Eric came thru bc I'd be coming by or calling on him regarding future inquiries; Eric is the best person to see & customize your contract with a list of options that'll make you get the most for the money that you spend! This was unprofessional as no customer was able to get service. I waited and the repair associate did not return. They fix broken phones, but only certain brands. This significantly limits their customer base. The process for repair are higher than competitors. They do not do software phone repairs. There is room for significant improvement.

When I explained that I did not currently have phone access, the staff offered no alternative solution other than to go to another location until I asked to use their phone. I then spent over two hours (2 hours and 13 minutes) on the phone with a Verizon representative while in the store, with very limited assistance from the staff. During my visit, I also observed another customer come in needing help, and the staff appeared to quickly find reasons they could not assist them either. I was later informed that this location is a third-party (indirect) Verizon retailer. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend visiting a corporate Verizon store for assistance, as the level of service may differ significantly.
