    We have dealt with this Verizon store a LOT in the past. We have always received absolutely wonderful service. Today, things seemed a bit disorganized, and we had to wait longer than normal while it seemed there were a lot of people standing around idle. One guy kept guiding us to the kiosk to pay our bill, which was not what we were there for. Once we finally got someone to help us, he was amazing! I believe his name was Chase. We were there to increase our anytime voice minutes. We expected to increase our bill, and he actually found a way to get us unlimited minutes and decrease our bill by $10/month. We may have grumbled momentarily, but we left happy customers, as usual. :)

    Very dishonest. I brought my Apple Watch to fix the broken screen by Cellaris in Grapevine Mills…read moreMall and they sent the watch to this place to repair, which I did not know. When I picked up my watch, the battery was drained and yoke 3 hours to charge and the battery went dead in less than 6 hours. It would not hold charge. They must have swapped my good battery out with a junk battery to scam for more money to repair. I brought my watch beck to the kiosk in Grapevine Mills and they told me they send my watch to this place for repair so I drove all the way to Denton to confront them. The Indian guy immediately said it was an old watch so the battery can die any minute. I told him my battery was working fine and hold charge for more than 26 hours each day until the watch was returned from repair. Lithium batteries don't drop their charge capacity from 26 hours to 6 hours in one day. They degrade gradually no more than dropping an hour each day. They don't drop the charge capacity from 26 hours to 6 hours and stay at 6 hours capacity thereafter. The guy kept denying it and said the battery can die any minute so certain without doubt and without even looking at it that he knew what he was up to in the scam trying to scam for more repair money by swapping out a good battery. He is bull shitting without blinking his eyes. The other girl next to hi. Was pacing around knowing what their scam is without saying anything. So be warned. These are crooks. They scam money for a living. I would not bring my Apple Watch to repair in this place but I had no idea it was sent to this place from the other Cellaris kiosk at Gtapevine Mills Mall. Don't trust any mall kiosk cell phone repair, they have no address and can disappear the next day.

    Words cannot explain how angry I am with this place…read more I thought a 3D printer at the end of April, and I went back to the store to add the protection plan. Over the past few weeks, I've been having nothing but issues with it. The AMS is clogged, having to consistently restore it, the fan cover keeps falling off. And now, it won't reset. It is stuck at "calibrating" - and it sits there and hangs. It will also not pair to my enterprise grade network. I reach out to bambu support. And all I can get is their chat. They send me links. They tell me to restore; despite telling them that I literally have tried that and it locks up. I went to the store on Saturday to look into my options with the protection plan. They spent probably 20 minutes trying to figure out what the procedure is. And they finally tell me that it's in store replacement but it will satisfy the $100 protection plan. So I go home and try to work with Bambu and it is LITERALLY impossible to get ahold of a human- that, and there are MULTIPLE things wrong with this $600 printer I bought two months ago. I go to the store today. And yet again, it takes them 20-30 minutes to figure out what the plan is. All of a sudden since Saturday it changed from replacement to calling geek squad. Before I bought the protection plan - I asked the customer service person how it works, and he told me it's in store replacement. Today, a supervisor tells me that I have to go through Best Buy customer service. Best Buy customer service is HORRIBLE; so I have a 2 month old 3D printer that is a paperweight. I'd like to thank supervisor Eli, for going above and beyond - to help me with a $600 printer, and help me successfully use the $100 "pRoTeCTion pLaN" ((sarcasm)) My advice to everyone. Don't buy the geek squad plan. Use Best Buy to window shop. Check out your items - and then check Amazon, crutchfield, etc - to buy for the same price but with better service. Will never step foot in this of a store again.
