I went in and Tv on and no one there I sat until 8:00. I thought this is crazy. Sign on bay says not to go in so I yell HELLO! A guy pops up out of a chair he was asleep. I said I need to get inspection I have been here for a while. Like 15 min! He said well you're not supposed to park here you need to park over there. I said ok I'm sorry! He then proceeds to say you're not supposed to come inside. not see at the it was hazardous to go inside. I said young man I did not go I yelled and you were but I will park over. I never have I'm sorry! He kept on by saying don't you see the arrows. I said yes I understand. I will go and park on the other side. Do you not want to do my inspection and he looked at me with a blank look on his face. Took him a while to answer. I said I guess you don't want my business then. And he said whatever. So I've been saw another guy pulling up. I decided I'd go over and park over where he wants me to park. No problem with that. That guy then comes after me sitting there for. I don't know how long and I said I need to get inspection, but I also need the name and a them a number or email in the guy that I do not have a way to contact the . That's when I decided I would take my business elsewhere. I want to help small businesses, but when they have people that are so rude and have no idea what Customer Service really means and how to talk to people very sad. I've gone there several times. I cannot give a value on the service because I did not get service. So now I'm going down the road to a chain called grease monkey.

I was over joyed because other places could not do until the next day and that would not work out due to our schedule. The following repairs were made on her car: New battery, starter and alternator. I will have to say I thought the price was a little high but sometimes for good fasts service you have to pay for it. (I checked my bill for my alternator repair and new battery vs. hers and it was $125 cheaper and I live in Connecticut). Again good fast service sometimes you have to pay more (and I understand different cars etc). While I was there I was without my cell phone charger since I did not expect to be out and about so long and they found someone who had the same phone so I could charge mine. That was a life saver! Overall they were great. I found coupons online when I got home but oh well my fault! Regardless I thought they were great. They took he time to explain everything with me and give me options.
