So, this place took control and satisfied my warranty and was very pleasant to work with. Too bad they are not closer or this would be my go to place for battery needs.

Even though he already had an email saying the battery was ready for pickup, the person in the store (Nima) didn't even have it ready. Nima had to go in the back and look for the battery...what was the point of sending an email saying it was ready then?! My dad then brought up that he scheduled an installation as well. Unfortunately the weather was cold and slightly rainy, but you could still get work done if you had the proper jacket. My dad offered to help Nima install, but Nima vehemently DECLINED saying he couldn't do it because of the weather. My dad really needed to get it done today, so he just started working on it himself. Talk about terrible service!! My dad had to ask for tools and such while he just sat there. It wasn't until later that Nima went out and finally did a little bit in the installation. Even then, it looked like he didn't want to get his hands dirty!! Our family will never come back to this establishment. I've been to this store a number of times and they are always helpful and they almost always seem to have what I need. Plus they say on the phone that they will price match if you find something cheaper elsewhere. That's a good thing to know. Hopefully my car problems will be fixed soon, but I know that I can make a quick run over to O'Reilly's and I'm sure they will have what I need.

After a really bad experience at another local alignment shop I had trusted for 20 years, I wanted…read moreto share my experience with TRUXX for any Jeep owners in the area. I spent a good amount of money at the other shop having a 3.5" MetalCloak spring lift and Bilstein 5100 shocks installed along with an alignment, only to end up with a severe death wobble the minute I left the shop. I brought the Jeep back and explained the issue. They performed another alignment, charged me again, and then told me they couldn't stop the death wobble and had done all they could do. At that point, I was basically left hanging out to dry. I then contacted Ethan at TRUXX. They looked over my 2023 JT and immediately knew what needed to be addressed. I left the Jeep with them, and they had everything corrected within 24 hours after the parts arrived. The Jeep now drives the way it should -- and then some. If you own a Jeep in Denton County and need suspension, steering, alignment, or death wobble diagnosis, I highly recommend TRUXX.
