This is the worst experience i've ever had at this location. I came in for a simple oil change…read more There were multiple things that concerned me. 1. Not enough techs to do the job. They were all working alone. It looks like that they did not know what they were doing. 2. The oil was dispensed by a big oil container that they carry around. just took a lot of time by lugging it around all over the place. And then lifting it to put in vehicle. and then constantly remeasuring it to get the right levels which meant more time going up and down the stairs. 3. The techs did not get any help from the management. They were checking in vehicles instead of working on them. The management was doing inventory and it was starting to get busy. When I came in there were two cars an hour later they were six cars. 4. And I do not think that these techs had been experienced to do the job correctly. One tech told me that the guy that was working on the vehicle in front of mine had only started that day A truck went ahead of me get to the bay and I timed it. They worked on that truck for just an oil change for over an hour. The technician kept going up and down the stairs to get things done, he was the only one working on that truck. The shop was in disarray not only with having unexperienced technicians working on the vehicles, but it's equipment or like lack there of to do the job right. I would not trust them to work on my vehicle. Even for a simple oil change. I was not gonna wait another hour or more for my vehicle to get the oil changed ,so I left. I will never be back here again. I don't care how much cheaper it is to have your oil changed here. it is simply not worth it. I've had been here in the past I wanted to give it another chance. The people are nice. They just don't know what the hell they're doing. If I could give it no stars I would do so Beware ,stay away from this place that will rob you of your time and your sanity.

Waited longer than reasonable for a single tire change. Witnessed a technician agressively "joy…read moreriding" the vehicle in the parking lot. Multiple check/sensors were activated (that weren't on before the tire service). Granted, my son did NOT maintain his composure while voicing his complaint to various members of management..... NO resolution was offered.

I'm in the US and realized a couple of days after I had placed an order that I had ordered the…read morewrong part. I went ahead and ordered the correct part and was simply going to return the incorrect part. Pretty standard stuff in the world of e-commerce! Paid like $20 to ship the wrong part back to the UK, following all of their instructions on their website for returns. 5 months later and no refund, they don't respond to calls or emails. Not only did I not get refunded my original amount of $160 or something like that but I also paid $20 and wasted time shipping it back. Motone has one of the worst Better Business Bureau ratings I have ever seen for a company. Do yourself a favor and don't order anything from them and do yourself a bigger favor and look on AliExpress first. If I had to guess, 50% of what motone sells can be purchased for 5-10 times less on AliExpress, and Ali ships pretty fast these days.

I own a Triumph Bonneville and wanted to replace the stock gas cap with something retro. The stock…read morecap had a ratcheting mechanism on the bottom that trapped water some of which found its way into my fuel tank when I removed the cap to refuel. So I bought a British Customs pop-up cap that works fine but then I read on a Triumph forum that Motone UK made a nice cap, very traditional. I found the cap I wanted, a satin finish Aluminum Billet cap, but it was out of stock everywhere including on the Motone Customs UK website. My second choice was the "Rippled Top" aluminum Motone cap. Similar to the one I wanted. So I googled. Motone USA, based in Roanoke, Texas, had a great price, $20 cheaper than anyone else and with free shipping. Motone USA uses the same Motone logo as Motone UK so I thought they were a US affiliate. I ordered the part, got a tracking number in two days and received the cap in four days. It arrived in a plain brown cardboard box that had seen better days. The cap itself had some corrosion around the base of the inner vent valve. I tried to clean it off and was only partly successful. I decided to stick with the British Customs cap and gave the Motone to a friend. A little later I regretted my decision and reordered the rippled aluminum cap from Motone USA. A day after I did so the satin finish cap was back in stock at Motone UK. I asked Motone USA for a refund, indicating that if the item had shipped I would simply absorb the loss. A day later Motone USA sent an eBay notification indicating the order was canceled. This was followed immediately by a second notice indicating the order status was refunded. I checked my Paypal account that day, the following day and again on the third day. No refund was issued. I sent a message to Motone USA asking what happened. No response. I sent a second email a day later. Again no response. I checked my Purchase History in eBay and to my surprise the item was listed as shipped but there was no tracking information, unlike the first order. I called eBay and the customer service rep said, "Upon checking here on my end I can confirm that this was not refunded and despite you reaching out to the seller still they are unresponsive." eBay opened a case to ensure I would not be ripped off. I left negative feedback on eBay: "Seller canceled the order as I requested and marked tge [sic] order status as refunded but did not refund the money or respond to subsequent messages." I also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau indicating that all I wanted was a refund. At a loss to explain the complete lack of customer service I googled "Motone USA complaints" and found a thread on a reddit Triumph forum. A forum member, whose account is now inactive, replied to someone named AlternativeRhubarb99 who asked if this unresponsive behaviour was typical or an isolated event. The reply was enlightening: "Motone UK or Motone USA? They are different companies. Motone USA was doing such a [expletive] job of stuff like this for Motone UK, that Motone UK pulled the ripcord on that relationship entirely. However, they can't stop the US arm from doing what they want, so they still exist, but are just a reseller." A poster named Usuallyontwo, on the same "r/Triumph" forum, said, "There are two different motones - US and UK. They used to be partners, no longer the case now. If dealing with US, I wouldn't expect any sort of customer support as they are just selling of [sic] old inventory and starting new company." These comments explained the condition of the box that housed the first cap as well as the corrosion on the cap itself. And of course the lower price tag. Regarding the current order: To date I haven't received a response from Motone USA, let alone a tracking number, or a refund. I would avoid Motone USA. I wonder how Motone UK feels about Motone USA continuing to use the company logo.

I had to make an unexpected trip to Autozone because I needed a special tool. Why did I need a special tool you ask....because I was in a neighborhood off basswood taking my kids to a group swim lesson and someone literally stole the front grill off my car...(they too had a special tool.lol) Anyway I figured I would equip myself with the special tool so I could replace the part. I popped into Autozone, and immediately my day got better! There was a guy in a gray shirt and his name started with an R...it was Ray, Or Ryan. He is the BEST employee I have ever met at Autozone. Not only was he super helpful, but he took the time to help me use the tool, and I was able to fix my car right in the Autozone parking lot! Now how is that for service!! From now on, when I need tools or ANYTHING else that Autozone might sell, this is my go to place. I wish they sold food because this would be my new hangout.lol Ryan/Ray (sorry can't remember his name exactly, but I did get a picture of him from the back while he was helping another customer) is the best. This guy is so awesome! The store was clean, parking was good. I just can't say enough positive things about this store. Thank you Mr Gray shirt for all of your help!!

This time the young man said she didn't buy her Duralast battery there and he sold her a new one. He didn't replace it cause he said he couldn't take the battery off her 2015 Ford Fusion. He said he had to take the car apart to get to the battery. So she came home and I changed the battery with the new one in 7 minutes. Will be back this week to try to get a core refund from the old battery you didn't take off last time, and see if there's still a warranty on her last Duralast battery.
