My go to tire shop in the area. I've gotten some really nice and friendly workers at this shop, good conversation and understanding when you talk through a tire situation. I've been using this franchise since I turned 16, likely wouldn't take my cars anywhere else for tires. I'd recommend making an appointment, I did wait a while because of how busy they were. read more

Outstanding service! Had an issue and the Manager, Kolby, was attentive and really bent over backwards to assist me. Let me extremely thankful to have someone give service and care like the good old days. read more

What the point of an appt if you're still waiting 30min to an hour before you get your car in? This place is like a bad dr's office

'Twas the day before Christmas Eve... we were traveling from Oklahoma to San Antonio and we had a nail in our tire along 35. We pulled into Discount Tire to get it patched, unsure how long it would take (the line was nearly through the door). Colby and the team helped us out in a jiffy and even recommended restaurants nearby that had a patio for our doggie. It was fast and completely free. Holiday lifesavers read more

Did you know they check your tires for you? Mine showed low pressure. There was a long line of people waiting. It literally took almost an hr. But can I tell you, how pleasant the young employee who filled the air for me. Please be patient. If you don't have time come back another time. It's a free service and we come here for tire rotation/replacement etc. great service and honest! read more

Don't recommend! Took my car in for its regular rotation only to be told I need new tires - after 2 years and 30,000 miles - and they tell me the tires they sold me didn't have any mileage warranty so I'm stuck. I don't plan to return and will be sure friends and family know of this. And then they offer a discount but of course they likely just adjust the pricing accordingly. Such shady practices. read more

I always receive great service at Discount Tire. The manager went above and beyond to ensure that I could combine my military discount with the Discount Tire card. They made sure my appointment was on time and that the tires were available when I needed them. Bravo! read more

These guys are fantastic. Teamwork is fantastic. I've been customer for many years. Always happy with their exceptional customer care. Thank you gentlemen!! read more

I love this location! They are friendly Ns very knowledgeable. I had a flat tire today and I took it there to have fixed. I did have to wait 2 1/2 hours due to not having an appt. I was able to keep track of what was happening through the link that was sent to me so I did not need to stay and wait until less I choose to. They were able to patch my tire and did not charge me. So plan to replace all my tires this spring and will be taking my car to this location. I will make a appt ahead of time though. read more

The Roanoke location is the best one in the metroplex. I have been going to this location since they opened. About a month ago I came in for a routine tire balance the day after getting my oil changed. My check engine light was on but I wasn't sure why and it's obviously not their problem I just needed my tires rotated. They went above and beyond and noticed oil leaking from my car, tightened the cap, and returned my car to me with the check engine light gone! (And the tires rotated of course). Seriously every person I've been helped out by has been great. read more

Always honor the appt time and have you out within the hour. Professional service that keeps you up to date during you visit.

My new tire shop from now on. These guys were great, the service was great, the price was very good and they had me in and out in no time. A whole lot better than someone else who shall remain nameless. They really helped me out and i really appreciate all they did. read more

My brother-in-law, now a design engineer, used to work for Discount Tires. In his opinion, it is the best place to buy tires. We took his advice, and we are happy with the decision. We recently had a flat due to a large nail puncture. We had to replace the tire. Logan and the rest of the team at Discount Tire in Roanoke took good care of us. I am impressed with the courteous and professional employees at this and other Discount Tire locations. read more

Cameron went above and beyond to help me in a tough situation. I was told they had the two tires needed and when I came back the tires were not there. He was willing to do everything possible to make the situation right. I will be a discount tire customer for life! The customer service has always been top notch at this location. I know if I ever need to go there I will be taken care of. Thanks for all you do to take care of the needs of your customers! read more

This has to be the BEST Discount Tire location of all!!!!! They are so friendly and courteous. I arrived as a "walk in" with a nail in my tire and they had me back on the road in less time than originally promised. Not only was the service fast and friendly, they did not even charge me!!! Highly recommend this location and kudos to the manager for such a well run operation!! Side note: I actually have another location closer to me, but I will continue to drive to Roanoke for their exceptional service! read more

While on a road trip to Kansas one of my tires picked up a nail. It was late afternoon on Saturday when I stopped at Discount Tire. They were very helpful and fixed the tire quickly. We were back on the road in less than an hour. On top of that there was no charge for the repair. read more

Stopping here was easy, they provided excellent service and cared for the car as their own.

They made us sit over an hour and still didn't fix their mistake. Been there three times and still the same issue. Also, cockiest workers at this location. read more

This is the best tire shop that I have even been to! Had a flat tire, brought it in at 4:30pm was able to pick it up the same day. Fast, quality, professional is just a few word I would use to describe this shop. Will definitely be recommending and returning to this store. Excellent job!! read more

Had two Michelin front tires with an unusual wear in contrast to the two rear tires still being almost perfect. I've had them rotated regularly. (front end misalignment of truck is most likely the root cause) Discount tire took responsibility and worked with Michelin to get me some $ credit for the tire failing well before the 70k warranty. Outstanding customer service! I've been coming here for tires & rotations for decades and will continue doing so in the future. (You should too!) read more

Did not follow up, left car sitting outside for entire day without checking it in, then didn't call back after asking for an update before closing. Had to patch twice because first one was done incorrectly. read more

I went into see about a slow leak in my tires, Nick met me at the door and listened to my problem, checked all the tires and we went from there. Ashton filled my tires and let some air out. Just had the best experience at Discount Tire Roanoke. I walked in on a busy Saturday knowing that my wait would be long, but was pleasantly surprised when I was there for half the quoted time and my car was being pulled in. Ivan delivered the unfortunate news that my tire was too worn, too damaged to be repaired (again). Extra credit because He didn't roll his eyes at me when I asked him to show it to me. He walked me through picking out a tire that made the most sense based off my current situation and had me out the door prior to the original wait time I was quoted. Everyone I encountered today at Discount was polite and helpful. The waiting room was clean. Thank you! read more

My family has been purchasing from Discount tire since I was very young. We've always had tremendous service. This location is no different. Great team here. We will continue purchasing all our tires here. Highly recommend! read more

My family and I have always chose discount tire because how they take care of their customers. However, this time was different. I stopped by to get air in my tires and one of the techs highly recommended that I get my front tires replaced. So I went in and talked to Brandon about getting new tires. We found some tires he recommended and they put them on and I went on my way. As I was driving to work my car started to shift very hard in 1st-3rd gear. I didn't think it was related to tires at all. So I called James Wood and spoke with the service department, when I told him I just got two new front tires he said that's most likely the problem. He said it matters because my car is an all wheel drive (AWD) and that if the tread depth is not within the specs of the manufacturer it can cause rough shifting due to the wheels spinning at different rates of speed. So I was upset that discount tires never mentioned to me that I needed to replace all four tires because it was an AWD. I felt somewhat responsible because it's my car and I should know. However, I trust they know best and would inform me at the very least. But how Jimmy and Kolby handled the situation is why I put them at five stars and will continue to do business with discount. Not only did they take back the tires but they found a set of four outstanding tires and worked with me on the price due to the inconvenience. He also said he would train the associates better. It's situations like this, that sets them apart. They take ownership in the mistake and take care of the customers. Thank you Discount Tire you guys rock! read more

Logan the assistant manager is just the kindest most personable guy I've ever worked with at a discount tire. He just wants to do the right thing and is very helpful whenever it comes to just about anything. Definitely recommend this discount tire and if Logan is there, he is super helpful and will help you make the best decisions with your car! read more

Came back on a Monday at 12:30. Pretty busy. Slow going. Waited 45 mins + for balancing tires and checking for a flat. Their fridge with water bottles seems to be broken and ridiculously small. So the waters inside were pretty warm. For a chain company, I feel they can afford a new and bigger fridge. Still waiting..... read more

I stopped in yesterday with a slow leak in a tire and was pleasantly surprised. They were pretty busy but I was out the door in a little over an hour with a complimentary repair. These guys all seem to be well trained, know what they're doing and appear to work well as a team. They treated me with professionalism and courtesy. My only real complaint is that they don't have nitrogen. My 2013 Jeep Wrangler came with nitrogen in all five tires for it's greater stability but my repaired tire had to be filled with plain old air. Oh well. read more

Since when does Discount Tires write your name on a piece of paper, never enters it in the computer, you wait almost an hour and you ask for a status (of where you are in line) and they added another 30 minutes so now you are waiting another hour and a half! I was originally told almost two hours then they added another 30 minutes! I left and went to another Discount Tire in Denton, excellent customer service and accurate of when my vehicle would be ready! Roanoke Discount Tire used to be excellent but since summer 2021, forget it!! I understand everyone is 'under-staffed' but you don't have THREE PAGES of customers written names and D.T. employees have NO CLUE who is waiting on their vehicle much less what time customers checked in (in person)!!!! Terrible!! read more

Called on Saturday morning and spoke with Ivan. Was in a hurry, did not have much time. Needed 4 wheels and tires for A Subaru Impreza. Ivan found 4 wheels and explained sizes, etc. Very through and knowledgeable about fitment, value, and style. Drove over there and he had a wheel and tire ready for us to look at. We left the car and several hours later car was ready. Will ask for Ivan again! Thanks!! read more

Discount Tire - Sweet! - Tires Near Me - Roanoke, Texas

I was very impressed with my experience this morning! Was originally given about an hour and a half wait time and a recommendation to get two front tires, but preferably all. After explaining that my car isn't driven often, and I didn't want to spend too much, I paid for one just one tire and a rotation. Jesse went out of his way completely and was able to find to able to find a used tire and replace one that he worried about, completely free. I really appreciated the extra effort they made to make sure my car was safe to drive in! I was in and out in less than 45 min. total and got 2 new tires, at a pretty good price! read more

I had the best experience from the time I arrived to when I left. I can't remember the first guys name that helped me-- I think he has a manager but he was extremely nice and professional. I had a screw in my tire and I had an appointment to get to. He made sure I would be out in an hour and 15 minutes max-- and I made it on time. Next, Jordan-- the guy who worked on my car AMAZING!!!!!! Everyone at this location was professional and courteous. I would recommend this location to anyone. Thank you again for getting me in and out. read more

Legit! Great service. Free flat repairs. Tyler got me back on the road fast. I will be back.

These guys are there to make people happy. Probably one of the best chains in America for customer service. If I had a kid, I'd want them to work here first to learn how to treat customers. I dropped my truck off close to closing so they could have the entire next day. Garrett told me he'd knock it out that same night if I wanted. I told him not to worry, I didn't want to keep anybody late. They did it anyway. It saved me a trip back. I will always be another loyal Discount client. read more

Two years ago I purchased four full sets of tires for my family. Wes Hanna from the Redwood City, CA. location promised me if there was any issue with my tires I could drop into a local shop and they would locate my receipt of original purchases and perform the necessary services. This came true while I was visiting my son in Roanoke, TX where two nails punctured two of the tires due to a construction area I accidentally drove through. Carlos, Kolby and Jessie were kind and understanding to get me back on the road well within 1.5 hours. Purchasing tires from a national operation makes sense expecially if traveling from your local area. Thank you Store #TXD 75 in Roanoke TX. read more
