They diagnosed that the battery needed to be replaced. I was quoted an additional $300 for the battery. Truck still would not start. I was told an additional diagnostic test would be an additional $700+, which did not include repairing the potential problem when found. What!!? Do NOT use this shop! I told them to keep their battery and had a different towing company to pick up my truck and deliver to a reputable repair shop. If this review makes it to the public, I will be surprised. Luckily, Tim from Maverick Motors was more than willing to head out my way and replace the battery with a higher quality battery at a very reasonable price. Tim is a military veteran and takes pride in his work. He worked on my ride quickly, and was respectful of the workspace. I was quoted $1050 for Service B, and their rate is about $400 if I remember correctly. I was also quoted $488 for rear brakes by Mercedes dealer, for which they charged only $260. I always check with them before doing anything at the dealership because they are honest and hardworking people who will do what they can to help you out without breaking the bank. Love them!
