Without hesitation, the owner personally picked me up and drove me to the school so I could get everything I needed for the upcoming year. I took my car to Auto Revival to check the engine car light on September 2025. At that time they claimed they fixed the problem. Since then (September), I have been taken my car to them with the same problem (check engine light) and every week they said that is a different code. So far I have spent over $1K and still with the same situation. Yesterday, November 6, 2025, they said that the check engine light now is something related to my car transmission. Don't take your car to this place!!! In my humble opinion, they have no clue of what they are doing. You will be throwing your money away. read more

Avoid this shop if you care about your car. Took my Mazda 2017 CX5 here for an oil change and it started leaking right after. I took it elsewhere for urgent repairs because oil leaks are pretty concerning. The technician at Auto Experts in Colleyville showed me the leak came from the oil pan and informed me that either the crush washer was not replaced or the bolt was not properly installed, I call the shop and ask for a refund because I am having to pay for another oil change and the shop refused a refund because I didn't bring it back to them first. I'm Not going to continue to drive my car with an oil leak to potentially cause damage. I can definitely provide proof provided from the other auto shop but they didnt care...Definitely not going back. Stay away!! read more

We had a very bad experience on two occasions. We are new to the area and selected this business by the so-called good reviews. Our experience began with my wife calling and making a reservation to have her car inspected and an oil change. Our appointment was mid morning. When we arrived we were told we couldn't get it inspected that day because the "one" person that inspects vehicles is out sick. They could have called but no they waited until we arrived to tell us we needed to make an appointment for another time. Ok things happen. A week later was the appointment. My wife got her car inspected and an oil change. Oh. by the way the car passed the inspection. I also had my vehicle inspected the next day. I picked it up at the end of the day went in and paid and was told the paperwork was on the seat. When I got into the vehicle I noticed it had failed. They provided no advanced or information about where I could go to get the issue resolved. The next morning when we went into our garage we found a significant amount of oil under my wife's car. We called and they had a tow truck come and pick up the vehicle. They kept the vehicle the entire day. Not once did anyone reach out to advise us or what had gone wrong or when we could pick the vehicle up. It took most of the day to clean up the oil on the floor of the our garage. Since we had not heard from the shop we dropped by the shop at the end of the day and they were just finishing up on the vehicle. The issue was they failed to replace the washer on the drain plug. We will not return to this establishment and we don't recommend this shop. I fully understand mistakes can happen, but the measure is how one tries to recover from their mistakes. Direct and Honest Approach I brought them my aging '08 Expedition with a list of problems I already knew about. They explained what I needed to get done in addition to what I already knew about. I explained that I just needed it to be repaired to allow me to sell it. Had a #6 cylinder misfire and originally quoted me $450ish to get it out, plus a decarbon treatment (220K miles on original plugs). Ended up with a bill of $225 after not needing the extensive work to remove. They could have charged me the $450 and I would not have known the difference - that's an honest shop in my book. read more

On a road trip​ from Florida to Texas, with 4 children in tow, our air conditioner on our van went out, in June nonetheless! We hopped on google maps and found a few nearby auto repair shops and started calling around, it was 4:30 in the afternoon and we were not hopeful. Auto Revival told us to bring it in and they'd take a look. They looked it over and gave us a few options and once we decided, they started looking for and ordering parts right away. We had to stay the night in a local hotel (that they shuttled us to and back from!) but they had us back on the road in the cold A/C by early afternoon the next day. I know they had other customers ahead of us but because of our situation they bumped us ahead of others and it was very much appreciated. I recommend them to anyone in the area. read more

Fantastic experience. I was at Buc-ee's and my car wouldn't start, seemed to be a battery issue. While waiting for my insurance to send roadside assistance I called Auto Revival and Kerry answered. Told him my situation and asked if they had batteries in stock, he said he thought they did but if they didn't they could get one there within a couple hours. After I got my jump and arrived at Auto Revival I was greeted with smiling faces and positive attitudes. Kerry's "bedside manner" was great, he had fun stories and good jokes. Within a couple minutes Kerry confirmed the battery was in stock and he had taken my keys to start the process. Office was very clean and had comfortable seating. Other amenities included a Keurig, water, customer-facing restroom, TV. After maybe 45 minutes I had a new battery in my car for a reasonable price and was good to go. I'm often intimidated by auto repair places but the folks at Auto Revival made it a totally comfortable experience today. read more

Auto Revival was recommended by a friend. I was hearing some clunking noises now and then in the front of the car when hitting bumps in the road. Wanted someone who I could trust to give it a good once over and make sure nothing was loose. While i was there, asked for a front end alignment (car was 7 yrs old) and an oil change. Kerry and Mike took the car through it's paces and only found normal wear and the wheels slightly out of align. The price was better than most shops - and they almost beat out Walmart's estimated price (based on on-line searches)... but I left feeling very confident that my car was in great shape. read more

I was referred here by a good friend of mine and brought in my 2009 car to have a few issues looked at: check engine light, bouncy ride, window not rolling down and mount license plate. From the get-go, they were so friendly and welcoming and really made me feel like I was in the right place! When they figured out the issues, they let me know all costs involved and did not try to surprise me with any extra, unnecessary costs. My car needed to have the inspection done and they offered to take it down and get it inspected and it did not cost anything extra than the fee for the inspection. I had taken my car to a corporately owned car repair shop previously and was given some quotes I was questioning. Very glad I made the decision to give Auto Revival a try because the cost was considerably less and the check engine light ended up only being something unplugged, which was a huge relief since the quote I had gotten from the corporate place was about $400 to fix!
