This was two days before Thanksgiving 2024 and after a couple weeks went by receiving no communication, I posted a review on Google still no phone calls. I reached out to them YET AGAIN after another week and instead of communicating about my vehicle she wanted to argue about the bad review I left stating they attempted to call me. I printed out my phone logs just to further prove my point that during this entire fiasco they have attempted to call me only once. I sat in their office having a face-to-face conversation with them stating that the cosmetics mean nothing to me I need my vehicle to operate mechanically and safely just as it did before I was hit. Weeks go by and still no word. Once again I call them and I was told was that they completed cosmetic work prior to even looking at the mechanical work and were still waiting to assess the mechanical portion. On what planet would a mechanical shop perform cosmetic work prior to any mechanical work?! What if the car is totaled? I mean, I'm just a mechanic too, What do I know? We have now started a brand new year. It's a week in to 2025 and the last time I have heard about my car was at the beginning of December. If you want your car fixed correctly and in a timely manner, do not bring your car here.. I wouldn't wish this place on my enemies. Lessons learned.

Can't thank them enough for the fantastic service and support. Glad to know I have a shop that I can trust to take good care of my vehicles. Highly recommend.

He told the police that HE was the one that called to have the car removed, but has refused to provide contact information for any towing company. There are no signs posted on the garage itself nor on the lot or the property. They never gave me an estimate on repairing the engine which is the reason it was on the lot to begin with. BUYER BEWARE!! What a mistake I made choosing Addison Foxhole!…read moreThese gentlemen are both incompetent and have no idea how to work in a real business environment. I left a message about the wiring job for two DRL running lights that I had already installed on the fender of my Honda Rebel 1100 DCT. A gentleman named Preston called me and advised that his technician could do the wiring job easily. This is where I screwed up! I brought my bike to him to do the job. Big mistake on my part. On this first try, the technician named Dewan worked for 3 hours and got the wires connected but stated that he had to install a relay as the lights were not bright enough. So I had to take the bike home without the DRL lights connected. After 7 days and multiple phone calls, Mr. Preston advised me to bring the bike back to him and he could "get this job finished " BIG MISTAKE ON MY PART!! I'm in the Addison Foxhole waiting room. It's been 4 plus hours and no end in sight. His technician is not available and Mr. Preston will do the job himself WITHOUT the RELAY. - Mr. Preston is very argumentative and can't or won't tell me when he will complete the job. I'm stranded in Addison Foxhole waiting room. What an experience. I paid Addison Foxhole $159 after the first installation attempt. Addison Foxhole won't refund my money and advised me that this was his shop and he was working as fast as he could. As I said BUYER Beware!!! If the system would have let me I would have rated Addison Foxhole a zero rating if I could have.
