This is the worst experience i've ever had at this location. I came in for a simple oil change. There were multiple things that concerned me. 1. Not enough techs to do the job. They were all working alone. It looks like that they did not know what they were doing. 2. The oil was dispensed by a big oil container that they carry around. just took a lot of time by lugging it around all over the place. And then lifting it to put in vehicle. and then constantly remeasuring it to get the right levels which meant more time going up and down the stairs. 3. The techs did not get any help from the management. They were checking in vehicles instead of working on them. The management was doing inventory and it was starting to get busy. When I came in there were two cars an hour later they were six cars. 4. And I do not think that these techs had been experienced to do the job correctly. One tech told me that the guy that was working on the vehicle in front of mine had only started that day A truck went ahead of me get to the bay and I timed it. They worked on that truck for just an oil change for over an hour. The technician kept going up and down the stairs to get things done, he was the only one working on that truck. The shop was in disarray not only with having unexperienced technicians working on the vehicles, but it's equipment or like lack there of to do the job right. I would not trust them to work on my vehicle. Even for a simple oil change. I was not gonna wait another hour or more for my vehicle to get the oil changed ,so I left. I will never be back here again. I don't care how much cheaper it is to have your oil changed here. it is simply not worth it. I've had been here in the past I wanted to give it another chance. The people are nice. They just don't know what the hell they're doing. If I could give it no stars I would do so Beware ,stay away from this place that will rob you of your time and your sanity. read more

Waited longer than reasonable for a single tire change. Witnessed a technician agressively "joy riding" the vehicle in the parking lot. Multiple check/sensors were activated (that weren't on before the tire service). Granted, my son did NOT maintain his composure while voicing his complaint to various members of management..... NO resolution was offered. read more

I've seen paint dry faster than the techs here . Over 3 hrs to change my tires even though they had no one in line or in the bays . Guy went to the office over 20 times to just waste time and other 5 guys were just walking around . If you got time to waste or drop off your vehicle all day it's ok but I've honestly never seen suck poor work ethic or laziness . Definitely not coming back unless I just buy the tires and have them installed else where . read more

We have waited 2 nights this week trying to get a replacement battery that was still under warranty. The first night, my husband waited almost an hour for a manager to "turn a key." After almost an hour, he could not wait any longer and decided to return another day. The next visit, a manager was there to "turn the key" but told us that we would have to wait 24 hours for them to test the battery and we have to return tomorrow and were given a red carnival ticket. This is unreal. I do not know why the battery needs to be tested when, we would not be returning the battery if our car were working. We have the purchase ticket that shows that it has not been three years and was purchased in the Walmart auto center; our battery is dead. The warranty is a scam, and it is unreasonable for a customer to have to wait so long multiple times to get an item we desperately need replaced. I bent my tire rim and needed to have it replaced. After horrible past experiences with Good Year charging me over $300, I bought the rim myself and simply needed someone to change it for me. Other auto shops wanted to charge upwards of $50 and make me wait for over an hour. So when Walmart Auto wanted to charge me about $14 and only take up about 30 minutes of my time....it was a match made in heaven. So why only 4 stars instead of 5? Because I needed to take the car to get inspected once I fixed the tire. When I brought the car to be inspected, I discovered that Walmart only put 3 of the 4 lugnits back on the tire...which made me have to run to auto zone and buy a new lugnut so I could pass inspection. Also, they didn't dispose of the damaged rim and left it in a box in the backseat of my car. When I finally went to dispose of the rim, I found the lugnut in the box with the damaged rim. Why they didn't dispose of it I do not know, but I still only paid $14 so I can't complain. read more
