They diagnosed that the battery needed to be replaced. I was quoted an additional $300 for the battery. Truck still would not start. I was told an additional diagnostic test would be an additional $700+, which did not include repairing the potential problem when found. What!!? Do NOT use this shop! I told them to keep their battery and had a different towing company to pick up my truck and deliver to a reputable repair shop. If this review makes it to the public, I will be surprised. Christian Brothers Automotive in Roanoke are gouging predators. Beware.
