    Responses by this company are borderline ridiculous. If you try to call, there is always a wait…read moretime of well over two hours. If you try to use the "chat" option, you receive vague information and are told that questions cannot be answered. When you request a supervisor, you are told you have to call to speak with someone. When you question anything during the chat, you are told that the "person" on the other end of the chat is unable to help you and will terminate the chat. If you leave a yelp review, you receive a nice note from "Jackie" with a request to send a PM with your specific concerns. Too bad Jackie doesn't exist and there is no information on how to PM anyone for actual assistance. $500+ a month for services is beyond ridiculous and you only get bots to "assist" in answering questions regarding the $500 bill and why $280 of it is all fees. Edited to add: received my notice from "Jackie" and I can send a note via Facebook or X since there is no PM option. I have neither, by the way. Also, thanks "Jackie" for reminding me that Astound suspends additional comments - forgot about that part.

The older man and supervisor at the front desk were hostile and try to push us out of there , couldn't ask a single question without getting a I don't know why they would tell you that I can't help you while the supervisor giggle with no help All we can do is send a tech Thursday .I could personally never hold my company's values that low definitely was My first time visiting the office and was not a welcoming Experience.

    Terrible Reliability and Service after only 6 Days…read more - Signed up for Service on the morning of March 13th had to wait 4 days for install Appointment on March 17th - On March 23rd (6 Days) the Internet Service went dead due to a Frontier Port Issue (their fault) - Was told to wait (2-3 days) to have a technician come out to fix the Frontier Port Problem - Also, their setup fees of $149 are unreasonable, they also charge you for your own Router $10. I was told by the Install Technician that Frontier will not wave the $10 per month router fee even if you have your own equipment.

Unfortunately for us, the only service provider for our apartment is Frontier and they are crap. When I signed up for service with the rep for our apartment, I did not ask for any extra services like an internet "security" service I didn't need; nor did I ask for their router; nor did I ask for HBO Now. When I realized these extra services were tacked on "free" I called their customer service and had them remove them from my account as I didn't need them and wouldn't use them. I still got billed for the HBO Now, even after calling them twice and telling them to remove it and that I would never use it. When the service was connected to my apartment, I asked the installer about the router...I told him I had my own and wouldn't need theirs. He tells me its already included in my service fee and I wasn't going to be charged extra for it. Yeah. OK. That's why a monthly $10 router fee is permanently listed on my bill, even after repeated calls to Frontier about removing it. They said I signed a contract that required it (I specifically didn't sign up for a contract plan as we aren't sure how long we would stay in this apartment, so I'm not sure what annual contract they are talking about). And tonight (09-25-2018), I paid the bill online using my credit card. The due date on the bill is 09-25-2018. However, the confirmation number date from the receipt I received says 09-26-2018. How much you want to bet they are going to charge me a late fee next month? This company is crap and shady. They're going to nickel and dime you to death at any opportunity. If I had a choice of service providers, Frontier wouldn't be in the top 50.

    I have been with verizon for almost 30 years and have not had a contract with them for several…read moreyears.This started in August 2015 when I canceled the movie channels. The lady told me my next bill would be $ 179 I got the bill a couple of days later at full price and paid what was told over the phone. The next bill came with the difference of what wasn't paid and a late charge after contacting them several times over the next several months they kept raising my base rate to higher than I was paying with all the movie channels. In Nov. 2015 they turned off my home phone, no reason given, and turned back on as soon as I called them and gave them my name and phone number. Sent them a letter stating I would cancel them if someone would not contact me about the bill problem and got the Dec. bill. It did not show my Nov. payment of $200+ dollars so I called to cancel all services. They would not talk to me about it but had all the info on me in front of her, she told me how to spell my last name, and would not cancel any thing with out the account #, that I did not have with me at the time. So I wrote them a letter the same day stating I wanted everything canceled and to come a pick up their equipment. Shortly after that the phone calls started 2-4 times a day and one day 3 time in 10 minutes, not a person an automated dialer to where you punch numbers and be put on hold for next available representative nice customer service.as soon as I get a copy of my phone I will post it online. The calls continued and bill kept coming until April of this year and now I have a bill form frontier whom I never had contact with at all. I not the only person who has had trouble with them as I see TWC installing more and more in this area. People do not use Verizon for anything transfer you phone to another company as fast as possible. They do not deserve to be in business after treating customers like this that has been with them as long as I have.
