So when we got there we were greeted by by girl named Delia. I explained the problems my friend was having with her phone and I also asked her if she could see if my friend could up grade her phone. We were there for a while but that was okay because Delia was absolutely amazing !! She was able to get rid of all the viruses (and let me tell you there were a lot) and my friend got a new phone (the exact one she wanted), and new phone case, and a screen protector (that Delia put on) all for 1/3 of what I paid just for a phone at Tmobile. Thank you Delia Sorry for taking so long to do this review

He was knowledgeable, patient, and had us laughing the whole time. His employees were joking around and called him the "Mother of Verizon," which was pretty funny and honestly seemed fitting because he was making sure everyone was taken care of. Great atmosphere, great customer service, and we left with new phones and happy family members. Highly recommend this location!

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly employee. I told them I needed my screen protector replaced and purchased the warranty. They took my phone to the back, and what felt like less than two minutes later, they returned with my iPhone looking good as new. I was honestly surprised because other places I've gone to usually take much longer, and there's often dust trapped under the protector. A few days later, I managed to crack my screen protector again (of course!). I headed back to uBreakiFix, and they immediately pulled up my account, confirmed I had the warranty, and replaced it for just $5. The entire process was quick, easy, and hassle-free both times. I highly recommend uBreakiFix if you're looking for fast, friendly service and a warranty that's actually worth it!

We brought a Galaxy Z Flip here to fix/replace the interior screen through an insurance claim with…read moreAT&T, and they repaired the screen so that it looks new again. We were pleased with the service until we realized that the inner screen sometimes doesn't turn on when you open the folding phone (this was never a problem before the repair). This has rendered the front-facing camera inoperable (also never a problem before the repair), and when we brought the phone back to explain that the repair must have not been done properly, the owner rudely repeated "just submit a claim then, just submit an insurance claim, we won't even look at the phone until you submit a new claim". Instead of apologizing or even trying to understand that this issue was caused by their faulty repair, he was very rude and dismissive. So, we submitted a new claim and brought the phone back to get fixed. We explained the issue again, and the same man says "well then you should've submitted a claim for a broken camera so that i could replace the part but we don't have any replacement camera parts now". We tried to explain again that the root of the issue is from the way the inner screen was installed, the camera part itself is fine, but he insisted that we need to resubmit the claim with a different description. Again, with the same rude and dismissive attitude - refusing to take accountability for the mistake they made during the initial repair. This is seriously the worst place you could bring your phone for any kind of repairs, it's a shame that AT&T contracts with them through insurance. Look for a different location to entrust your repairs to, this place will leave you with more issues because of the shortcuts they take.

As a tall individual with long arms, finding professional attire that fits correctly off-the-rack is nearly impossible; I usually resort to buying cheap shirts and paying for custom tailoring. Brittany's expertise completely changed that. Her deep knowledge of fit and body types allowed her to find shirts and coats that fit perfectly right then and there. Her ability to assess my frame and provide stylish, accurate suggestions is a level of service I'd expect from a high-end custom tailor or Nordstrom. I wasn't even planning on buying shirts, but I walked out with three because of her skill. Brittany is a remarkable asset to the store. Because of her, I won't be going anywhere else for my business clothes. She deserves to be recognized for her exceptional talent and the success she brings to your team.
