I had been with AT&T for 20 years I decided it was time to switch to a more reliable, less drop zone cellular company. At my kids recommendation I called T Mobil. I had spoke to more than one rep., and decided to drive from Menifee to Corona to go to the Ontario Ave. Store after speaking with James. I had gone from Corona to Menifee and back to Corona again, and was it worth it. James was so patient with me, thoroughly explaining plan's, phones, rebate incentives and billing options. Jennifer has the worst customer service ever. She was eating skittles and drinking water while talking to us and talked as if WE WERE BOTHERING HER. We asked her if we could see the phones and she pointed to the area and said "they're over there you can go see them." Like she couldn't even walk us to the area in the small store and show us???? She talked to us with attitude, as if we were stupid. She's the customer service representative, who is supposed to be knowledgeable about the store products and is supposed to educate us or help us with any questions, but the whole time she just sounded bothered. One of the worst experiences I've ever had at T-Mobile and I've been a customer forever. If you have the option to go to another T-Mobile, go to the one in Norco. I went in to get an upgrade on my phone. The experience was okay, not the most helpful but that's besides the point. I was asked if I wanted to get the screen protector for $80 and said sure why not. I should've questioned the reason why it was so expensive but didn't. I left the store, realized I could get a screen protector 3 pack with the same quality on Amazon for $10 and so I called the one in Norco cuz it was closer to me. The manager explained and broke down the charge of $80 (40 for screen protector, 20 upgrade fee and 20 for screen protector). He also told me the 20 upgrade fee could be waived by a manager. He said unfortunately he couldn't return the screen protector cuz it was bought at a different store. I decided to call the original store to ask if I could return the screen protector. I knew it was a long shot cuz it had already been installed. To my surprise they said yes as long as it's within 14 days. I was like great! The next day I went in and the same people were working. They asked what happened and I explained I wanted to return the screen protector and just get the cheaper one off amazon. They said we can't do that but would double check with the manager. They went to the back and she said no. I told them this was upsetting cuz this was the reason I called in advance & drove all the way back. They said the manager was in a meeting but I could wait 20 mins to speak with her. I agreed to wait since this store wasn't near my house. 45 mins passed and the team member said she was texting the manager but the meeting would be another hour. The manager told her that I wouldn't be able to return it regardless. I was very unhappy because I had been waiting 45 mins already but yet she still couldn't just come out and speak to an unhappy customer. Long story shortttttt.. I went to the Norco location, the manager there refunded my $20 upgrade fee which was crazy cuz he did it for me but yet the location I bought it from refused to. Then I called customer service and they refunded me the $40 for the screen protector because of my really bad experience. It wasn't even about the money the entire time, it was just bad customer service and a lot of time wasted that could've been avoided. I absolutely hate getting new phones or cars because the process is always so grueling and misinformation usually given. Well, I am so happy to say that was definitely not the case with the T-Mobile store on Ontario Ave. in Corona. Andrew S was beyond patient, kind, informative and very trustworthy not to mention very accommodating!! We were migrating from Sprint and had eight lines so it was a bit difficult to get all the phones into the store at the same time. Andrew was so patient and never got upset when the appointment had to be changed due to the locations of the phones that had to be turned in. He even came in on his day off to do the transaction!! Everything went so smoothly that I wouldn't even mind if I had to upgrade again in a month as long as I had Andrew as my salesperson!! He is definitely an excellent salesperson that cares about his customers needs!! read more

This place goes through sales reps like my husband goes through books. Needs a new one every 3 days. But that is another story. So, we came in today because of a two day sale. All phones on sale. Actually, most if not all, phones were FREE because of a special rebate offer. The only reason we knew of the sale/rebate was, we had gone to this store the night before when Oswaldo, the latest of many team leaders, was putting up the sign on the door. Bingo. Mr. B had to practice some self restraint. He had to wait until morning! Turns out Oswaldo saved us $500 for the two phones we were interested in. Whatta guy! So, we did it. Oswaldo was there. Don't they let him go home? He personally took care of us. Patient guy and wonderful multi-tasker. Of course, we bought. Naturally, it took tons of time. Seems their computer system, thanks to AT&T, their arch enemy competitor who has a stranglehold on the internet, was either down or seriously retarded. Two hours later, we managed to git er done! What did I buy? The Samsung Galaxy S II, 4G technology. Don't worry. It will be obsolete in two days, after the sale ends. Keenan was very helpful and professional. We came to this store after first visiting the other T-Mobile store on 6th street. We were looking to upgrade our phone to the iPhone 12 pro max. The 6th street location's lack of customer service made us decide to try another store. We called the store on McKinkey and supposedly they said they had the phone in stock. We drove all the way there where we got the run around from the T-Mobile store on McKinley. We finally called this store on Ontario. The sales guy said he would take care of us and would hold the phone until we arrived. Upon arriving, Keenan walked us through setting up our new phone, transferring all my data and explained each step of the promotion they were having at the time. I do not usually write reviews but because of the outstanding help my father and I received at T-Mobile today, I would be remiss if I didn't write this one. We worked with Keenan and the help he gave us went well above and beyond. The process to switch my parents over to T-Mobile was exceptionally convoluted through no fault of the mobile services. Yet, nonetheless, we were in great need of extraordinary support. Keenan gave exactly that. He was kind and respectful in his interactions with my elderly father; patient and long suffering in his perseverance to see us through the process; and thoughtful and resourceful in chasing every loose end. Terrible customer service. How can T-Mobile allow them to continue? My story: 1. First time we went in there a month ago the rep was clearly bored and gave us rude service. Left while trying to explain to my better half how after being a T-Mobile customer for over 4 years I can be patient. 2. Went in yesterday to pick up a new sim card that tech support gave to me for free. The rep was sulky and argued it. Then he and the other reps did a hard sell on phone cases, and sighed repeatedly when I insisted that I didn't want a case. There isn't going to be a third time. I'm switching to Verizon. Why? The next closest T-Mobile shop is miles away and I like being able to walk into a local store from time to time. This shop just lost T-Mobile a 4+ year customer. read more

I had the WORST experience ever in the T-Mobile store. I went to this T-Mobile store on June 18 because I want to get the new iPhone faster in the store. When I got in line I wasn't sure which phone to get, but also I wanted to get an iPad Air potentially. The sales person told me that I could purchase the iPad Air first - then when I receive the iPad and SIM card I can decided at the time keep it or not. The telesales person got me the wrong color of iPad Air, so I was forced to exchange it or return it. I decided to return the iPad Air and get an iPhone 12 Pro Max. The telesales person told me that since I already purchased iPad Air, the second product that I get will have higher down payments, so they suggested me to wait until they received the product. I did not want to wait for the shipping so I went to the Ontario t mobile store. The sales person Gaby did not understood my question clearly probably because it was about her off time so she rushed me to the other sales person and they got my order wrong (iPhone 12 Pro). I thought since they brought down the down payment $100 lower, so I decided to get it... well they got me the WRONG PHONE, which didn't bring down my down payment. He was then trying to void the transaction but he could not and none of the supervisors were answering his call. I waited there for another hour. He eventually sent me back and told me to come the next day because they were closing... I went to the store the next day to find Gaby; she assigned me to Justin and he was really rude, I kindly asked him to call in to ask if my down payment could go lower. He did not even bother trying to help and said "no. This is what it is." At the time he used a ball pen poking my new phone consistently... the phone that I was purchasing! Then he demanded my ID for identification and even left my ID card on the table face up with my private information showing to the public, when I ask him to give my ID back he said "no, I am not done yet." I did not think he was treating me right and felt like he was racist so I wanted him to just do the return. Gaby just finished her customer and offered to help... when I explained that I called customer services over the phone many many times and they all told me that when T-Mobile received the returns of iPad Air then I would be able to purchase the phone for lower down payment, but she said no. Then I told her that I just want a refund since I waited for two weeks already for them to receive the return iPad Air and then I could get the lower down payment for the phone. She said she could refund me, but the trade-in phone won't be returned back to me and I won't get the deal over the phone. She said it is best you get the exchange done now in our store. She forced me to pay more for the phone. I had the worst experience and now I am stuck in T mobile for 2 more years. read more

She called my mom back and assisted to the best of her ability. We were only able to go in New Year's Eve on Jennifer's day off and Jennifer still planned to come in on her day off to assist. Switched from Verizon in December and was on Mr Toads Wild Ride after being screwed by an over zealous ex employee.... I finally met the manager, Mandi Osborne, who was in leave back in December. She was apologetic for my experiences since she had tried to fire that employee prior to going on leave. That being said, she worked through the various layers of customer service to adjust my bill, eliminate a line, issue credits and unscrew my rebates from the switch from a Verizon. All I can say is I'm glad she is back with her team in place.... very business friendly!! This is the go to type service that a business requires.... read more

Lexii Tate gave me the best customer service I have ever had with T-Mobile. I came into the store a little bothered about the fact that I spoke with someone through their customer service number a few weeks ago and ordered a phone that never came. I was just going to start service with them leaving Verizon. I was promised 2 different dates and that my phone was still on back order. Turns out T-Mobile cancelled my order with no notification to me. Lexii was very welcoming and greeted me as soon as I walked in the store. I explained what had happened and I was confused as to why I never received my phone. Lexii got down to the bottom of it for me and figured out what had happened. She promised she would take care of me right then and there. She made everything happen for me and went through a lot just to sort everything out for me! I feel like she definitely went above and beyond for me and she made me happy that I switched. Not only did I get a phone but I got a tablet too which I had not intended to get. She handled everything so professionally and made me laugh. She made my experience enjoyable! I recommend this T-Mobile because everyone was friendly! Ask for Lexii she was awesome!! read more

The staff here is absolutely terrible. Unhelpful liars who say whatever they can to get the sale and back out of it afterwards. Came to get my screen protector replaced after ALREADY HAVING IT REPLACED TWICE BEFORE and being told it is a free service that can be done anywhere even at a kiosk in the mall. This slow woman tries to tell me I have never had it replaced before and told me to buy a new screen protector. I'd love to call out this employee by name but, due to their commitment to a lack of professionalism, she didn't have a name tag on. Claims there are no notes to suggest I have ever gotten the screen replaced after previous reps told me they added notes so this wouldn't happen again. Awful experience and highly suggest going elsewhere if you expect any honesty/help. read more

I did not recommend this location as I had some bad experience a couple years back but this was the closest location for him. No one greeted us when we walked in so we stood and waited. The salesman named Henry that sold the phone to me informed me if Im not happy with the phone I can return it with $10 restocking fee. After a week of using the phone, i wasnt satisfied and I got an iphone. So of course, I returned the droid. I walked in there, they all said the "store policies" has been changed and re-stocking fee is now $50! I got VERY disappointed on how tricky they are! I visited this store on Monday, Sept. 9th and by far it was the worst experience ever had with any T-Mobile store previously visited. The sales associate Gabi, was not only rude but disrespectful. No greeting, she did not even asked for my ph #, which is the norm and mandatory by the company. I even asked her to please be patient with the senior citizen that I am, not used to this new technology of an iPhone 10. I've been a customer for 17 years, but she did not care; another sales associate came from inside and was a bit helpful, but I left the store embarrassed and with no solutions to my problems. Unfortunately, I had to go back today, since this is the closes store, to check on another problem, and while I was talking to another agent, Gabi and Manny recognized me and started laughing and talking about me. This is a serious matter, which needs to be addressed by the manager of this store. I like to think of myself as a logical, reasonable 0erson to do business with. However, when I feel like I am being taken advantage of I immediately demand an end to it. My point is simple... I have had some good people help me find resolution. But it is without a doubt that 5 Mobile has its policies set up to weed out people who had an unlucky or low percentage year. I have had problem after problem with my pbones, my service, and it has become clear that I am never going to be compensated for equipmennt problems and weak technical support that resulted in my losing business. I have been in this store many times and have always had great customer service. But not today. What happened to the customer is always right? What happened to people showing empathy because you were mislead over the phone? I don't know the girl that was helping us because she couldn't be bothered to tell us her name. She had long dark hair and was absolutely no help at all. We told her what we needed and she barked at us and told us to call customer service. Not sure why she felt she had to be so rude. I was with sprint for about 2 years and a half. Worst service provider ever. I decided to go to t mobile to see if they would buy my contract. I talked to Christine over the phone about it and she said yes they would buy my contract. As soon as I got to the store I asked for her and she helped me right away. The prices she told me were true and no hidden fees unlike sprint. I was able to get everything done within 30 mins and she was helpful the whole time. read more

This Tmobile store is horrible! The reps are lazy and do not know what they are doing moat of the time. Jeff is very rude, he tries to make small talk but comes off as a jerk. I walked in and was waiting in line. He told me I looked sad and should take a seat and try to smile in front of other customers. Talk about making someone feel awkward.... he couldn't get my upgrades right either. Took him 3 tries and an hour and a half to tell me there was a system error. The manager seems nice but is a also very rude.... I asked when they would be getting the new gs4 and both times I went in there and asked she had no clue and wouldnt call neighboring stores to ask for me. I ended up getting my phone at another store and when I went to get a case she laughed at me and said to the other reps" oh heres the girl that wanted the s4, shes back" as if she had been talking crap after I had left the first time. read more
